I haven't been here in awhile. I ordered the same item I ordered last time. Cajun Pasta with Shrimp (5 pcs) and chopped Andouille Sausage for $15.99. It was pretty good but needed some more spice. The female cashier that took my to go order was nice. My food was prepared pretty quick.

We came back to celebrate my birthday, took our kids here this time, and we were seated almost right away! yay! Our waiter was friendly and promptly helped with our orders and drinks. He repeated our orders, and within 10 minutes, our orders were out. We had our 1 pound of peeled shrimp with all-in sauce, spicy; another pound of peeled shrimp; sausages; quail eggs with all-in sauce, not spicy; garlic noodles; and calamari and regular fries on the side. The sauces seemed off on the spicy one; it was really bland and not spicy at all! Thankfully, the other one in sauce tasted more flavorful (too bad we left it at the restaurant, lol, after I had asked for the lid to bring it home). The peeled shrimp was okay, it was cooked well, would have been better with the right spicy sauce. The garlic noodles were great, salty and garlicky. The calamari and the fries were also a family favourite; they came with 3 different dipping sauces. They had a hand-washing station; they offered us bibs and gloves but did not have any wet wipes during our visit. Thank goodness for those sinks and soaps! The ambiance here is very casual; the establishment is well-lit and kept clean.

I've had a lot of seafood boils but this ranks at the top. Food was fresh, flavorful, delicious!! Service was top notch!! Shout out to Brett for the awesome service and introduction to Crab N Spice as we were first timers. I love the atmosphere it's so cool and CLEAN inside! Absolutely love the hand washing stations . Brilliant idea. You can easily walk the park right after so solid location. I will be back 1000000%. Any bad reviews I see are outlandish. Thanks again!!!!

Crab N Spice delivered excellent customer service from start to finish. My brother brought us here for their AYCE seafood boil, but we arrived a little too late for it. Luckily, we ended up ordering a variety of other dishes and everything was fantastic. For our party of three, we ordered the Castaway Combo, popcorn chicken basket, fries with crab meat (plus extra crab meat), garlic noodles, and a shrimp po'boy. We were given extra lemons. Honestly, I would rate this place a 100 out of 5 stars. The food was incredibly flavorful and well-seasoned without being overly salty. The seafood tasted fresh, honestly, everything we ordered was fresh. We definitely over-ordered, but we happily took the leftovers home. Have you ever ordered popcorn chicken from a restaurant, bit into it, only to discover that it's 5% chicken, 95% batter? Not here, friends. You get juicy and flavorful chicken and it tastes even better after you squeeze lemon over it! Just grab the popcorn chicken so you can snack on it as you wait for your seafood boil. Parking can be a bit limited directly in front of the restaurant since it's shared with other businesses, but if you don't mind a short walk, there's additional parking available in the nearby mall lot. I also really appreciated how clean the restaurant was: the dining area and restroom were both spotless. A nice touch was that they provide gloves, which makes eating a seafood boil much less messy. The next time I'm in California, I will absolutely be coming back!

What a gem in Dos Lagos! Crab N Spice is a great place for buffet! Travis is a great host and server! Love the seafood boil here: shrimps, mussels, potatoes, sausages and quail eggs! Super yummy! There's cool decors and ergonomic tables and chairs! The music is cool and not overwhelming ! $49.99 eat all you can buffet so come in hungry!

Its been a while since I've been to a seafood boil spot, so I decided to give Crab N Spice a try. The inside of the restaurant was roomy, with plenty of seating available. Our server was very friendly and attentive and took good care of us. They offer a variety of seafood options sold by the pound including different types of crab, shrimp, mussels, and lobster tail. I ordered their one pound of shrimp, half a pound of sausage, corn, and potatoes, along with a side of their garlic noodles. As For the sauce, I chose the Crab N Spice flavor. Overall to me the flavor was decent but it didn't really wow me. The garlic noodles however, were really good and had great flavor. I might come back to give them another try.

Oh man, the flavor in all the food we ate was amazing! The service all around was great, waitress was very attentive, clean restaurant tvs with sports and beer. But yeah be ready to spend a pretty penny $$$, but well worth it in our opinion.

Great food in a lively atmosphere. We just came back from this wonderful establishment and we were all very impressed. We ordered a large plate with lobster, shrimp, potatoes, corn and crawfish in a lemon garlic sauce. It was bursting with flavor and it was fresh. The waiter Jose did say that it served 4-6 people which made me wonder why it only came with 4 baby potatoes and 2 small 3 inch corns. For a $170 plate, I wish it would've came with a few baby potatoes and maybe 4 small corns. Either way, everything was tasty and we enjoyed our visit

I stopped by this spot while walking around Dos Lagos, curious to try it since I'm a fan of Kickin' Crab and this place is closer to home. Ambiance: Visited on a weekday--quiet, with only one other couple. The decor is fun and inviting, with TVs everywhere and plenty of space. Food & Drinks: I had the "Captain's Choice"--great flavor and fresh seafood, 10/10. The $9 Lemon Pepper fries were a very small portion and tasted believe average 4/10. The Lagunitas comes in a mason jar that looks small but actually holds 16oz--surprisingly generous. (I had to research myself as looks are deceiving the glass looks small) Portions & Pricing: Seafood broil was priced fairly but could've used more food. Fries were $9 for a small portion. I left still a bit hungry and ate some of my wife's leftovers. Pros: Great service Tasty, fresh food Nice atmosphere and convenient location Handy trash bins at each table Cons: Small portions, especially sides Prices are a bit high--likely due to the location If they improve portion sizes or pricing, I'd definitely become a regular.

First time here and I was a bit disappointed on the flavor of the food. The butter/sauce of the boil was a bit too thick and it congealed fast. It didn't stay hot making the flavor of the shrimp and crab legs a bit off. The service was great though. Server checked on us constantly. Very attentive.

10/10 AYCE Seafood Boil - Omg this was insanely delicious and such a steal. I'm already dreaming about coming back. As a total sides girl my top picks were the onion rings, Cajun fries, and fried green beans. Cost - $39.99 for AYCE seafood boil and it's so worth it. Just a heads up the crab and lobster in the video aren't part of the AYCE deal since they're an extra charge but totally worth adding. And don't sleep on their $10 po'boys all through August.

Isaiah and Dylan were our servers for tonight and they were accommodating even though they were short staffed. Food takes a little while to come out and sometimes forget to come back to get us what we needed but it wasn't too much trouble. They were nice and it wasn't hard to get what we needed. The sauce is more on the milder side so even if you get the most spicy it will be pretty tame. The fries were probably our favorite dish! read more

Saw this place on Tik Tok and had to try it out! Came an hour away from OC and ur was so worth it! The vibe of the place, service, and food was a 10/10. Soooo much flavor and such good portions. We had the $140 seafood monster special and it was so worth it. Plenty food for 3-4 people. They also accommodated us outside since we had dogs, which we greatly appreciated. First and last time I come here. The food is so salty and has no meat in the crab legs. The owner is so rude and when confronted about it he denies everything. And the crab legs way over steamed and we were able to bend them like rubber. The sauce also stuck to the plate and we had the plate sideways and still didn't move. The crab legs were so small and once again had no meat, left still hungry. For the price there are way better options. read more

First time for my daughter and i to have dinner at Crab N Spice and it was so delish BUT before I talk about the great tasty food... I would like to acknowledge the great customer service we had received from here.. Our waiter was OUTSTANDING.. he made us feel very welcome and explained the menu to us and how we can choose to have our seafood seasoned.. check on us and was on top clean cut and always had a great smile... what I loved the most is his knowledge of his menu, food choices, explained how AYCE works and what days is AYCE, etc... all of our questions were answered with no problem .... The food was yummy! I suggest going Monday -Friday when they have AYCE... my boyfriend and I ordered until our stomachs and hearts were content! First round : shrimp, crawfish, mussels, lobster tail, potatoes, corn, sausage.. in a CNS lemon garlic sauce. This sauce was good-medium heat, has a good kick of heat. Second and third round: shrimp and mussels. This was our second time enjoying this restuarant...during our first time, we tried the Hawaiian Cajun (has pineapple pieces in it with more of a coconut milk base)-bomb! , it is a thick and richer sauce that sticks to seafood and pairs well drizzled over white rice. The sides we got were onion rings, fried string beans, and Cajun fries... no sogginess, everything was crisp and seasoned well. The staff are attentive and nice. The ambiance of the spot is well lit, chalkboard drawn seafood art, wooden booths, and boat/beach vibes. All different genres of music plays in the background. We paid about $140 (for two & 3 rounds of food). Overall, this spot has flavah! & I would definitely recommend this spot. read more

My family and I stop in here for lunch for the first time. Our server Isaiah was very friendly and explained everything about the menu. I really really wanted to like this place.. Unfortunately, the food was extremely bland, Not enough salt or spice. The fries were not good either. Somehow even the corn was messed up. The sausages were awful as well. Really wanted to like this place since it opened up in Dos Lagos but man.. Nothing like Kickin Crab or Boiling crab. Beware!! read more

very disappointed, our go to spot recently shut down out of the blue so we were very excited that a new place opened up. It smelled delicious driving by, but going there the shrimp were soggy being barely cooked, the sauce barely had any flavor at all with no spice. Seemed like it was over shadowed with too much butter I'm not sure, and we had gotten two different kinds of sauce and they tasted the exact same. The sausage didn't have any flavor and was over cooked, and actual hot dog would have been better. The potatoes were waaayyyy over cooked , they were like a soup inside of the skin. The white rice tasted like it was 4 days old that they reheated in a microwave. The best part was the corn and that was over cooked as well so that's saying a lot Very upsetting read more

Rude staff! This location changed the all u can eat days to Tuesday to Thursday and the website says daily and even the neon sign in the window is on saying all you can eat! AYCE is only Mon-Thur! So even though their pictures on their menu isn't clear you have been informed. I normally go to Bubbas in Rowland Heights but figured why not give this a try for their AYCE.... Well I should have went to Bubbas. Their size comparison doesn't compare. read more

We decided to dine here because we were intrigued by their AYCE offering. We were excited to try it out, but to our disappointment, we learned upon arrival that AYCE is only available Monday through Thursday. Since it was a Saturday night, this meant we couldn't enjoy the AYCE experience. Unfortunately, this restriction wasn't mentioned anywhere on the menu, which was frustrating. Already seated, we decided to order à la carte instead. For our group of four, we ordered two pounds of shrimp ($19.50/lb), a pound of clams ($15/lb), a fish and chips basket, and garlic noodles. We were provided gloves and bibs, which was a nice touch, as peeling Cajun shrimp can get messy. The sauce was fantastic, and the food itself was flavorful and well-prepared. However, the portions weren't enough for four people, and we were still hungry. When we wanted to order more food, we realized our server hadn't checked in on us since we initially placed our order. We estimated that it would take another 20-30 minutes to order more food (as it was starting to get busier), we decided to skip it, settle the $86 bill, and leave feeling unsatisfied. The food was decent but didn't quite live up to my expectations. Although it wasn't terrible, it also didn't wow me. One downside was the distance from our place, which makes it unlikely that we'll return anytime soon. Absolutely fantastic experience at Crab N Spice. The shrimp was outstanding -- perfectly seasoned and, best of all, they devein and remove the shells for you, which makes the whole meal so much more enjoyable. Every bite was fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, and the staff was incredibly attentive without being overbearing. You can tell they take pride in making sure guests have a great experience. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Sharif, who was warm, friendly, and clearly passionate about the restaurant. I recently visited Crab and Spice and would rate it a solid 4 out of 5. The restaurant was clean and tidy, which made for a pleasant dining environment. Our server was extremely nice and helpful, enhancing the overall experience. I ordered a pound of shrimp and crawfish, with added quail eggs and sausage. While I found the quail eggs slightly overcooked, the sausage was fantastic--packed with flavor and served in a generous portion. I'd definitely recommend adding the sausage to your order. Since they're in their soft opening phase, their hours aren't fixed yet, so it's a good idea to call ahead if you're planning to visit later in the evening. So I wanted to update everyone on the whole situation. I can't believe the owner of this place had the nerve or the gaul to message me directly and accuse me of lying and threatening me with the police! It's completely unprofessional and disgusting! I fully intend to continue to take Legal action because of the harassment. I have already contacted corporate and hopefully through the investigation taking place it will be shut down or sold to better owners! What a delicious, fun evening out, spent at Crab N Spice! Travis was our server and saw to every detail, even before we asked. There was so much on the menu that we wanted to enjoy, so he made some wonderful suggestions as to the best way to place our order so we could try as many incredible items as we were hoping to. :) We started with calamari which was DELICIOUS & served on a bed of crispy, seasoned fries. The dipping sauces that accompanied our meal, were so good and the portions generous enough to share with others!! We will definitely be back again!! Loved our experiece so much. read more

I had such a fantastic experience at Seafood Boil! Our server, Maya, was absolutely wonderful--friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. I just have to tell you about this mind-blowing experience I had at this restaurant! The all-you-can-eat deal is absolutely unbeatable, and let me tell you, the cajun fries are something out of this world - perfectly spiced and incredibly delicious. You've got to try the Crab N Spice Triple Assassin8 - it's the way to go, just like Mike recommended! And our server Maya was absolutely phenomenal! Food was good, not much to complain about. I will say more sauce should come inside the bag but we ordered an extra sauce so it wasn't a big deal. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because of the lack of awareness our server Makena had. Apart from having a condescending attitude, I watched her pick up a receipt with what I presume was a bad tip and make a disgusted face. Right in front of everyone. That is unacceptable. That said I could be wrong in my assumption and I will still be giving this place another try. Everyone deserves a second chance. read more
