We were greeted right away by Isaiah and sat down promptly. We enjoyed an all you can eat seafood boil with head on shrimp, crawfish, quail eggs, sausage, & crab legs for an additional charge. The food came out hot & fresh. My only downer would be the shrimp as it was head on wasn't cleaned which was downside for me. The restaurant itself was very clean along with the restrooms. Did all you can eat for two people. First plate of item came in a reasonable time. Second never came out. Nearly waited an hour and still nothing. Food is bland as well. Avery, the server was great though. She was actually being mindful of our issue. The management on the other hand did not. She let us know the system wouldn't put the second order in until about 40 mins after. Update-- as we were leaving they stopped us and asked to make sure we paid when it's a QR code. Really really bad service. Avoid this place. Update #2 - reply to Sherif. The first round of food I acknowledged The service and timing was fine. That's when you stopped by as well. No problem with that. The first order was still wrong and we didn't get the lobster tail. Avery was working on fixing that for the second order. From the time we asked to put in our second order to the time we asked for the meal to be "COMPED" was nearly one hour. Please, tell me if anyone would be happy waiting one hour at an all you can eat establishment for their next plate while other tables are getting their food well ahead of them. 1)The fact you never heard of people asking for meals to be comped says more of your lack of experience working in the service industry. The various pricing options comp packages discussed is what is called compromise. Our initial ask was not met and what you first offered did not adequately meet what we felt like as reasonable. 2) The lack of proper training prior to your soft opening shows a lack of business preparation 3) The wait staff showed more empathy than the manager and owner. As I mentioned, Avery did great trying to get our second order ready, kept us informed, I could see her physically trying in the kitchen to expedite the order. Management on the other hand was defensive and took little accountability. 4) The fact you profile people that are argumentative for poor service says even more about you as a person. A "simple case of done and dash" now equates to disagreement of services and compensation. 5) You had people standing by the door as if they were instructed to by you to make sure we didn't leave without paying. When the young gentlemen with glasses stopped us as we were leaving, I didn't try to run out. I stayed at the counter, showed the receipt on my phone, stayed and talked to him and even asked him "what, you thought we weren't going to pay?" And he nonchalantly said "what bro why would we do that?" Even he was more understanding about our situation when he went to the table after the long wait. Hopefully you have that conversation recorded too. If you were really concerned about people not paying via the QR code, why even offer the option? 6) if you charge market price for the portions that were received, that means you're charging for not even a pound per item. The pricing chart for market price compared to other seafood boils means you charge more per pound than others. For those reading this thinking about going here, we rely wanted to like this place as we've been looking for good food in the area since moving here, but please save yourself from the headache that is this management. The atmosphere is nice and wait staff is great, but the direction from management is poor and it trickles down to the customer. read more

So stoked to see this open! This is a great local crab boil restaurant. It is beautifully decorated and the staff is very attentive. The menu is awesome, and I wish you could smell the photos! Had the Crab Fries and they were amazing. The captains Chowder in the bread bowl was really tasty, and all the garlic and butter shrimp were to die for. And the Lemon Pepper wings were like a stand out too. You can order ala carte or go with a combo. Either way you will be very happy! I will be back soon to try out more stuff! read more

Came in this afternoon, staff was friendly and was seated right away. We got option 2 for AYCE food was hot and flavorful, tried the garlic and CNS. Server was very attentive never had to wait for refills or round of food. They even have a robot roaming around to help out bring items to the table. It was very nice to have the owner come greet us and make sure everything was going well, that is rare now. I gave it a 4/5 only because of the strict rules with AYCE, but understand why they have to enforce it. Overall we will be back. Give them a try! read more

I was so stoked to find an all you can eat place. Not disappointed by this one at all. Food was great. Prices are good. The sauce was decent but no my fav. I wish they had crab crackers too cause it was difficult working with the utensils they gave us and I LOVE that they have a quail egg option which are delicious and they give you tons! Ugh we really wanted to like this! First off, don't order the "all in" seasoning unless you want it to be sweet with coconut and Hawaiian. This isn't typical so we ordered the "everything" we were disappointed by how sweet it was. Service was slow but I try to understand because they just opened up. But we waited 15 min just to be spoken to- forget about being seated. I liked the scallops even tho it was very soft and overcooked. My family didn't like it but I know it could be better! Initially our potatoes and corn came in a bag with no sauce and they tried to make us pay for more sauce until we complained bc it had none initially. Went there on Tuesday for a to go order. Ordered the Castaway Combo with the signature sauce and medium spicy. The shrimp was terrible, super over cooked and basically was mush when we tried to peel it. The lobster was fine but a little tough. The crab was fine. The mussels are tiny. The sauce seemed to be mostly all oil/butter and we had to ad some lemon pepper to give some flavor.
