I LOVE Cracker Barrel, but not this location. I tried to call in a to go order and was on hold for 10 minutes, by that point I just went inside and put the order in and waited which took another 45 minutes. There was no silverware in the bag and my dish was missing half the ingredients it was just eggs on top of hashbrown casserole and an extra glob of cheese. It didn't have the tomatoes, green onion, fried onion. Was it edible yes, but 45 minutes for eggs is excessive. The other dish was French toast with no syrup. Their store was really cute though as always but service wasn't good and the order wasn't really complete.

This place has improved overall for the last few visits. We were craving some southern comfort food and ended up here. There is plenty of parking, and no wait to be seated on Friday at 6:00PM. Hillary, our waitress, was attentive throughout the meal. I must say the younger people working here now make this place better. This is the first time we saw ALL young staff. We ordered chicken fried chicken with mac and cheese, corn, and coleslaw, and she ordered the chicken pot pie with the fried apples side. We both enjoyed our comfort food and the very good service. Even the cashier was young and very friendly. My guess is that kudos to the management are in order.

This was my second time at Cracker Barrel, and wow, it was pretty bad. We went on a Sunday afternoon, which is a busy time, but we were told it would only be a five-minute wait for the two of us. It ended up being a 25 minute wait. We got seated and received our food, but our waitress did not give us utensils or napkins. I then had to go to the kitchen door and ask someone for utensils, which took a few minutes. She also forgot to bring me my side, which she brought only when I asked 20 minutes later. I had the Homestyle Chicken n' French Toast with a side of Bacon Mac n' Cheese. These were both pretty good. My friend, however, got the Stuffed Cheesecake Pancake Breakfast. The pancakes were too sweet, and the sausages were horrible. They were burnt and tasted awful.

So this is probably going to be shorter than most of my reviews. It's Cracker Barrel. So the food was ok. I'm more of a Waffle House person, but we had a gift card. Eggs were done well, bacon is hard to mess up and the hash brown casserole could have used a little salt. Overall we all enjoyed the food, but didn't take home leftovers. Service was really good. The waitress was polite and attentive without being overbearing. Was quick on refills and patient while we figured out what to eat.

Service was great but quality of food has gone downhill. Chicken was rubbery, bacon not fully cooked, and pancakes were stale.

Long wait, food was terrible (still frozen), and they were out of so many things, including biscuits. I live locally, will never go back.

I rolled in there hungry enough to eat the bumper off a truck and ordered the meatloaf ciabatta sandwich with hand-cut fries, and sweet mercy... somebody's grandma must be back there running the kitchen because that thing was borderline life-changing. The meatloaf was thick, juicy, and had that "somebody's been perfecting this recipe since 1978" flavor going on. The ciabatta held it together like a champ, and those hand-cut fries? Lord have mercy. Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside -- the kind you keep saying "just one more" until suddenly the basket's empty and you're thinking about ordering another. Now here's the real kicker: they've got gluten-free options, which means I can bring my wife this weekend without her looking at the menu like it personally offended her. That alone deserves a round of applause. So if you're anywhere near Buford and your stomach starts talking louder than your good sense, do yourself a favor and stop by. Just be warned: You might leave full, happy... and already planning your next visit before you even get to the parking lot.

Complimentary bread served with a tomato balsamic like dipping sauce. Prices are great given the craziness of how expensive everything in our current economy is. Food came out hot and fresh. That's a big deal for me. Don't give me warm food, give me hot food! The tartar sauce, and the ranch... so yummy. The chicken and berry jam sandwich is a great size. The server was pleasant but very matter-of-fact when I asked about the lobster bisque, simply saying it was on the way. The lobster bisque was flavorful, though saltier than usual. K said the Caesar salad was average. The bread was fresh and warm, though I would have preferred butter instead of the tomato sauce (even though the sauce itself was enjoyable). Service was slow overall and the food took a while to arrive. The crab cake was fairly bready and fried dark, but acceptable. K said the 14-oz ribeye was well prepared. The crab Oscar was overly salty. The mashed potatoes and fried chicken were solid choices. I substituted broccolini for green beans for a $2 upcharge, and it was worth it. The piano player until about 9 p.m. on Friday night added a nice touch, and the restaurant is attractive inside.

My birthday is Christmas week and I typically don't go out as I simply would rather not have to deal with the anticipated crowds. It was indeed crowded (on a Tuesday!) but my experience is one I'll never forget. She had made reservations and so to save a bit of time, we did valet parking. And from the friendliness of the valet, to the near immediate greeting and seating upon arrival, Seasons52 truly made my birthday special. I honestly can't give enough kind words for our server Tori - she was a genuine treat! Professional, attentive, kind ... just a beautiful soul. Please acknowledge Tori for the kind human being that she is and the wonderful service she provides. And my steak - the 8 oz. filet - oh my! Easily one of the best I've ever had! Perfectly cooked and seasoned. I savored every bite! Even the young guy at valet parking (wish I had gotten his name) was attentive and pleasant. I left them both nice, FAT tips with the hope that I made there day just as much as they made mine. They were even intentional about thanking us for our visit as we were leaving. To their credit, the staff did apologize and replaced the meal, and also offered a Caesar salad. However, the salad itself was not good and didn't really make up for the situation. The replacement entrée was fine--it tasted good--but by that point the experience was already affected. For a place like this, you expect a higher level of quality control and attention to detail. While they did try to fix the issue, finding something like that in your food is hard to overlook. Overall, just not the experience I expected for the price. Only good thing was my server he was excellent, I wish I could have remembered his name.
