Hello, I had an awful experience at Craft Grill the food was on the short end of all sticks but what really struck me was the young waitress. I do not remember the name but could be identified as an individual with dyed hair, big chess, and said she had just started out. When being served I got a swiff of marijuana just being around her. Then when she would only look down at her pad instead of making eye contact, her pupils were exploded. Like she was on some drug. Will I come back? I'm always down for second chances. read more

My dog passed away yesterday. It's heart breaking. He stopped wanting to eat. However, I ordered a Craft grill chicken sandwich for me... he smelled it and wanted it. I broke it apart and he ate all the chicken. This sandwich will always have a special place in my heart. I ordered 2 more the next day encase he would eat them. I ate 1 and he ate the other. Wanted an after-work drink & snack, and decided to try this spot. We've tried their breakfast place (just across the parking lot), and said "why not". Our server, who was training a new employee was very attentive & personable. I enjoyed the Ingenious * Smarty (Boo Berry Fluff), and the Hubby enjoyed his Spring Creek Smash (beer & cocktail). As far as the food, we ordered the Nashville Chicken Wings, Smashed Tater Skins, and the Bama Balls. if I'm being honest I only cared for the Bama Balls, but I doubt if I'd order them just for myself. I just didn't find anything "great" about the food, but I'd probably go back to try some of their other drinks, and I'd probably sit at the bar. read more

We really love coming here! Close to home, consistently great quality food and service. It's dark and cozy and has the intended sport pub feel without being loud. Our bartender was brand new and wasn't familiar yet with the wine list. (No biggie we all gotta learn!) They have a few great European wine options which I love! This French cab was yummy! We typically split the ribeye and add side salads. Steak was perfectly cooked and salads were super fresh and had a variety of greens and toppings, not just the typical iceberg you get at some places. The funny part was there 2 tiny toast things on the plate. They were seriously as big as your index finger. not sure what the chef's intentions were. Craft has an amazing selection of food, apps, and drinks. My absolute favorites are their soft pretzels with Queso (order your own and never share), The Keys Chicken and Rice, and their Southern Salad. You can also never go wrong with their Texas Smash cocktail. This drink was so good we bought all the ingredients and started making it at home. This place was so cozy, almost felt like home. A1 customer service. Managers came around multiple times to check on us. Jay, our waiter, was phenomenal. My friend left her phone at the table and as we were driving off, he came rumning outside to get our attention. Needless to say, he deserved an additional tip for that. Food was made fresh. Oh my god! This place was SO good. The employees were really nice and great. I got the croissant breakfast sandwich with the home fries and it was amazing! I was full but kept going until it was all gone because I did not want to waste any of it. I also got a hazelnut cafe latte and it was great. A lot of places make them too sweet but it was perfect. Such great options on the menu! We love their catfish, burgers, chicken fried steak and nanner pudding. But the star of the show is the mason jar salad. The presentation alone should require a trumpet tear to accompany the waiter. I also really love that their children's menu is called "crafty plates for small appetites of all ages." They must have been down a cook, also, who knew anything: My salad came without the main stars, goat cheese and pecans. It looked very sad. On my husband's Belgian waffle plate were 2 little quarters of a frozen waffle. And they served him scrambled eggs that took 20 minutes to get over easy eggs versus his original order of medium eggs. We went right when they opened, restaurant in general seemed overwhelmed. Server was reason we'll try restaurant again. Aren't you just tired of paying too much for mediocre food nowadays? If your looking for variety and quality. This is your place. We started with fried pickles and you have the option of dill or bread and butter pickles. We opted for the latter and they were delightfully delicious, crisp, sweet, salty and oh so good. My lunch partner opted for the Spring Chicken, a sandwich featuring grilled chicken and a myriad of veggies. I opted for a brunch item, a pulled pork egg waffle but asked they substitute the traditional waffle as that much egg and I would not agree. The waitress kindly brought all the components of the dish in separate dishes to allow me to build it to my specs. I chose a side of house fried potatoes and I suggest you do the same if given the option, they were cubed, crunchy, seasoned to perfection with an airy interior. Amazing! Not a good night. We live in the neighborhood and had friends in town so we went up to craft grill. My wife and I each got a cheesesteak sandwich. The bun was chewy like it had been microwaved which tells me it wasn't fresh. The meat had several pieces of gristle in it which made it hard to eat. The first time my family and I went to this restaurant, our waiter was fabulous and knowledgeable about the menu options. The food was fresh and AH-mazing!!! The atmosphere is similar to an upgraded Chilis. My family and I went two other times and each time was worse than the previous. The staff didn't seem to care as much and the service was slow. The Craft Grill is an excellent place in Creekside with a good menu, great food, excellent service. A small outdoor area as well is available if the weather permits. The atmosphere is upscale casual and they have a nice bar area. I have not had a dish I didn't like and seem to find myself trying something new every visit. Strongly recommend. read more

Place is amazing! Now we have a place to take the dogs everybody is so friendly and welcoming they really get customer service. We started w the deviled eggs and a bloody Mary and a Texas mule everything delicious! Patio was so nice we brought our 2 little dogs they got a treat and a water bowl. Nice touch! Hubbie got the battered wings and I got the signature burger with side of coleslaw was so yummy. All and all perfect experience great service and good food. Experienced dining @ Craft Grill based on a recommendation from co worker who lives in the area. Resturant offers a southern/Texas comfort cuisine. I had selected the Rockport Redfish which was good & flavorful. Fish was nicely blackened and dressed with a light lemon cilantro flavor with avocado. Good dish highly recommend. My only gripe, if any was based on portion, cost and theme I would have though at least one side would have been included with dish. Not here. Noticed on menu some of the fish dishes included at least one side while many others did not. No rhyme nor reason. Staff was very accommodating and no gripes there. The server did provide a great deal of assistance helping to select a dish and provided accurate and solid description based on my confirmation once i took my first bite. My score is tied to my dislike of how sides are offered. Will give it another try next time i'm that area. Noticed this weekend(after the fact) this resturant was featured on one of the local food shows so perhaps many are taking. read more
