He was very up front about the time frame, the detail of the work and options. I had them take care of a few things above what the other drivers insurance would cover, so it was a big job. It's always an unfortunate thing to get into a car accident, but Crash Champions really pulled through in getting our car back in shape again. Our car ended up getting towed to the junk yard, but we were able to work with our insurance and Crash Champions to get it towed seamlessly to the shop. We were quoted about two weeks, but thanks to their incredible team, we got our car back earlier than expected. We drive a 2024 Hyundai Ioniq 5, which is an electric vehicle so we weren't sure if there would be any nearby shops that could fix it. Now that our car is back, everything looks and works great! Definitely would recommend getting your car fixed here, especially if it's an electric vehicle. They really seem to know what they're doing. read more

If you prefer a place with HORRIBLE Customer Service from the Receptionist, Service Rep (Edwin Velasco) and Manager Brandon, then this is the place for you. They did not once explain to me exactly what they were going to repair on the vehicle, NOT ONCE!!!! I received a text saying the vehicle was half way completed on Friday, March 15th around 1 p.m. Edwin Velasco called me at 4 p.m. to inform me the car repair was complete. I explained to him my wife is still working and does not get off until 5 p.m. and that we could pick it up on Saturday, March 16th. He said we are closed on the weekends and I need you to come now and pick it up. He said you have a rental, right? I said yes, but I need to take it back to Enterprise. He said they would handle the car being returned back to Enterprise and needed me to pick up the car now. So, I headed over to Crash Champions Brea and arrived about 4:30 p.m. The receptionist (Intake person), had me complete work and provide the deductible, even before seeing the vehicle. Edwin Velasco walked me outside and I say the trim did not match. I said do you see anything wrong with the car. He said no it looks good to me. I said the trim does not match and his response was we could put some armor all on it to resolve the problem. I said if this was your car, would you be happy if you saw how it looked. He didn't say a word. He said he would let the Insurance company know. It wasn't until I contacted the insurance company that the Manager Brandon called me. I missed his call and left him a voicemail message. I left him another the day after with no response back. First I do not recommend Crash champion collision. They put me on long hold on 3 different people before getting the service I need. I felt like the person I talked is arrogant and don't need my business. They said they don't have the parts for my Van. That's ok but at least be nice talking to costumer. Crash Champions Collisions is not was I expected. I had work done on my car in October after a collision on the passenger side door. 1. My door still does not seem to shut all the way. You can hear incoming air. 2. My car did not start within 24 hours of picking up my car at 5:00 PM 3. They come to take a look, they say it's my battery when I recently had my battery replaced. They end up replacing my battery 4. My smog won't pass after months of allowing time for my car to reset. Smog company says the catalytic converter is not ready due to a possible repair issue.
