I came here to eat tonight to have a one on one dinner with myself. When I first walked in I was greeted by Victor who is an absolute an amazing employee and team member for this place. Victor also helped me order a drink which is called the blue mermaid and it was so amazing!! You can't really beat non fast food that's open 24 hours. They're a bit overpriced for their quality of food, but they offer plenty of variety. The veggie panini is delicious. Such an amazing place for crepes or any other food since they have many options like tacos, burger, sandwiches and etc. My girlfriend and I usually go to the one in Van Nuys or the Woodland Hills one but since we were in Studio City area we stopped by this one. I saw that they set up a tent in the front for outdoor dining but due to the new limitations on outdoor dining, I don't think its possible anymore. We got the strawberry, banana and blueberries crepes along with their club sandwich. Their club sandwich is very good and you get a decent size of it. Their crepes was made very differently from the other places I been to because they put the fruits outside of the crepes and not inside. It also looks like they give less fruits here but I guess location vary on this. The parking situation is fine but I know for a fact pre-covid, it would've been a struggle to find a spot. Wow. What to write about my awful experience here. It's difficult to mess up late night comfort food but somehow they do. I guess one star for convenience. Being that it is "open 24/7". Which it's obviously not. Was just rudely kicked out at 1:40 am on a Monday (Sunday night/ Monday morning) when the website and yelp clearly say open 24/7 except for a TUESDAY cleaning time at 3 am. It would be one thing if there were clear signage, but even the shirts they are wearing say 24/7. Anyway, I could've forgotten all that if not for the ridiculously bland and overpriced food. I paid 20 dollars for a breakfast burrito and a mint tea with real mint leaves. I'll start with the tea. Half the leaves were brown, um okay? And the cup is stuffed so full that you're drinking the (brown) leaves with every sip. Not like any other mint tea I've had before. Whatever. It's just tea I think. The food will be good. HAH. famous last words. We live in California. Burritos are a dime a dozen here. And most of the time delicious. Cause again, it's really hard to mess it up. The breakfast burrito I got was the driest mess of a burrito I've ever had. They should be embarrassed. Total lack of flavor, I asked the girl for some salsa or something to punch it up. Pretty cool spot that's open during late hours if you're looking for coffee, tea, pastries and even food. My girlfriends and I were having dinner up the street for a long overdue reunion and wanted to continue the fun. We stopped by Crave Café after what had been a hot minute for me since I'd visited. The place was dark, kinda gloomy, but trendy at the same time and not so welcoming. The girls ordered tea but I decided not to get anything. The pastries looked alright but not that appetizing since they had been out the entire day I presume. Maybe using some more light in this place would brighten it up for a café that's selling lattes, salads and gluten-free desserts. The service was okay. Not so welcoming when we walked in. 3.25/5 STARS Order: carrot cake slice, nutella crepe, french toast This review isnt for any of the savory foods, just the three orders listed above. They were all alright, but nothing special. The carrot cake was far too sweet, had so many raisins, and the cream cheese frosting just tasted like sugar. The cake was moist and the flavor itself was alright, if you can ignore the sugar bomb. The nutella crepe was large, came out warm, and was drenched in nutella. It was a solid crepe that can satisfy that sweet craving. However, as someone who regularly makes crepes at home, the crepe batter itself didnt have much flavor. I usually look for an aromatic vanilla and eggy like flavor in a sweet crepe, and this one was lacking. I do appreciate though that it didnt taste like pancake batter or just plain flour. Finally, the french toast came out hot and you can tell its made fresh. This was probably the better item of the 3 orders, but again, nothing special worth mentioning. Overall, this place does it's job- satisfies cravings. On top of that, it's definitely a pro that it's open late and as ample seating both indoors and outdoors. We arrived around 11:30pm and there were a couple tables with people studying/working on computers, and all the tables outside were filled. The service was minimal but nice. You walk in, order at the counter, and find a place to sit until they bring out your food. The menu is expansive and ranges from omelettes to pasta to sandwiches and basic sweets. In their dessert case, I saw they offer brownies, some cakes by the slice, bread pudding, vegan choc chip cookie, etc. I don't really plan on coming back unless I'm in the area and have a craving in the late night hours, but I would say that this place is still a solid place to go since many other places dont stay open late. Slightly Overpriced and Understaffed! Had a decent experience here. Parking is rediculously tough. Great to hit this spot in combo with your Trader Joes after kind of thing, but finding parking here can be the bulk of the issue. Then getting in there, theres a wait usually, and the staff is usually either too busy for you or short with you. Stressors in hospitality really shine here at least it did when we attended, and now pretty much avoid from the customer experience being slightly low. The food was really solid here and the pricing a bit higher than expected for the quality of the food. Overall i can tell you if you're expecting food like Aroma Cafe down the street here go to Aroma. They are just (ehh) here. Great atmosphere and convenient if you are already in the shopping center but if not, just scoot away down the street to Aroma or another spot, you'll appreciate the food better on your pocket book. read more

I normally love the food here but I ordered through Postmates today from this restaurant only to receive frozen deserts. One of them was wrap in foil like saying here warm it up yourself after paying $13 for it to only receive it frozen and the cookie dough brownie ($7) was frozen as well. Except they tried hiding it like it wasn't frozen like the other desert. Then I had order a grill cheese for my daughter and it wasn't edible at all. It was literally hard as a rock. I could literally use it as a door stop to give you an idea how hard it was. The only thing that only came out right and edible was the French fries. Was excited to try some breakfast for dinner. I ordered the french toast and asked if anything came with it and the server told me I could choose a variety of fruits and toppings that come with it. We found after we paid and got our receipt that they charged me $1.50 for every fruit topping. Again, he said the toppings came with it. I decided on the Pepper Jack cheese as it is one of my favorites. It is wonderful that there is an option, instead of the standard fare. The panini was huge! And the chicken breast was a huge, quality piece of meat. The salad was okay, as there were a few pieces that were going bad. There was so much food that I only finished the salad and 1/2 of the panini. My friend only wanted a side order of fries and it was more than we expected! In itself, it was like a regular order of seasoned fries. They were delish! Perfectly fried, not too soft or overly greasy. We didn't know there were free refills of coffee so it was a pleasant surprise when one of the servers came by to ask if we wanted refills. After browsing on their website, there also appears to be a secret menu if one is curious. They have a window case full of desserts if you are craving anything sweet. I also love that they are family owned and operated. Trying to support more small businesses lately, as opposed to big corporate chains. So came here on a Sunday afternoon. There's a Trader Joe's in this shopping center. So, just think about every other Trader Joe's and their parking situation. NIGHTMARE! **Abusive boss warning** Don't give this place your service. Guy working there decided to yell at me AND his young female employee because I asked her a question about the wifi not working. Abusive, sexist boss vibes, I feel so angry for that employee.
