This restaurant has a great atmosphere and decent food! You can reserve a table on Yelp or walk in, but outdoor seating will have a long wait normally. Entres come with an appetizer which is a great deal. The calamari flatbread is really good! Tostones and Brushetta didn't have much flavor. Mahi Mahi dip was alright too. For entres we liked the Mushroom Tortellini, Seabass, Miso Glazed Salmon (more cooked salmon), and Seared Toro Salmon (super light and fresh salmon). The restaurant is right on the water so it's beautiful outside. Overall a good place to try out in Brickell! read more

I absolutely loved the view of this place but there were a couple of things I didn't like. Like for example the chicken that we got those supposed to be fried chicken on top of mac & cheese the fried chicken was not as fresh at least it didn't taste as fresh. The vegetables on the salmon plate were terrible also I felt like they were for a day or more I didn't like. I did like the salmon and the Mac and cheese. There's no parking around they have valet parking and maybe if you want you can park on the street but you will have to walk. read more

I don't know how they manage to stay in business, but this is one of the tackiest restaurants I've ever been to. For such poor quality food, their brunch menu prices are outrageous. A photographer walks about taking pictures of you, frames them in a glitter frame with sharp edges, and tries to sell them to you for $20 each. Made a reservation at Crazy About You for my birthday dinner and if restaurant reviews were only about food this spot would get a 5. Vibe: crazy about you is decorated like the classy Miami condo of your aging single friend. They clearly have the money and eye for nice things but you feel like you can actually sit on the furniture. There is a bar area when you first walk in that gives me great first date vibes. The main dining room is sophisticated and a little vibe itself. The outdoor patio takes the cake for places to sit. Food: I had been to there sister restaurant Delores but you can call me Lolita so I knew exactly what to expect. I ordered the Spring roll, mahi smoked dip, miso salmon and the oxtail tacos. I have not single bad thing to say about the food. The portion sizes are just right and everything tasted delicious. Service: my waiter was sold. He checked on us consistently and was very pleasant. When we arrived to check in for our reservation the hostesses looked dazed and confused. There was clearly a line of people waiting to check in and when very rude people skipped ahead to speak to her she just went right along to helping them. Then it took about 10 minutes and 3 people standing around the computer screen to figure out how to get me seated. Who knew reservations complicated things so much. The front of house confusion and lack of order was were the one star loss was for me. Overall I loved the food and the vibe was perfect. Above all else, I appreciate the inventiveness of this restaurant's dishes. I can't say every dish was executed with perfection, but I did love their attention to detail and attempt at trying something different. SEARED TORO SALMON - 5/5. SO good! To be honest, the rice texture was way too hard. But it's a small gripe compared to the fish itself, which was seared just enough on the outside to let the inside be nice and tender. I enjoyed that the seasoning also wasn't too heavy so that it didn't overwhelm the salmon but instead let the quality of the fish shine. Highly recommend. I am a big fan of variety, so it is nice that your entree gets paired with a complimentary appetizer. For appetizers - TOSTONE AND BRUSCHETTA - 2/5. Tostone texture was that weird in-between of mushy and crunchy, making it hard to chew, and it had little flavor. The bruschetta was mixed with strawberries, which I don't think mixed well and stood out oddly to me. But I am willing to forgive this dish given the quality of other items we had. SMOKED MAHI MAHI DIP - 4/5. Comes with plantains. Exactly what you think it is. Not as inspiring as their other options but still good. Other general notes - PARKING - found metered street parking. We went to crazy about you with the fam, and oh boy, it was awesome! The place had a cozy vibe, and the staff were super friendly. The food? Mouthwatering! Seriously, we tried a bit of everything, and it was all delish. The servers were cool, helped us pick the best stuff, and even suggested some tasty drinks. Perfect spot for a family feast. This place is dreamy. When you first walk in there is a little lounge area by the bar. You can grab some drinks and hang out if there is a wait on the table. Food is delicious! We hosted a bridal shower here and they were super accommodating and extremely nice! 5 star for service!! The manager was very involved into making sure the set up was perfect for us. We were able to move some tables around from the original set up they gave us & at the end everything was PERFECT! Our server Dominca was AMAZING!! She was very attentive, on top of her game and made sure all (15 guests) glasses were full during our unlimited 2 hour sangria time. By the end of our lunch we all felt like we had known her for years. There is a small fee for hosting events and having a cake table- and there is a whole menu online for hosting events. All you have to do is choose the food and bring all decorations! Def recommend this restaurant for small events. read more

We were hoping to enjoy the Saturday brunch at a table outside on the water, but since the weather wasn't cooperating, we settled for a table inside. Unfortunately, the A/C was so cold, we were freezing the entire time. The decor inside is eclectic and a bit odd and seemingly random. We were trying to understand it but could never figure it out. The brunch menu also felt a bit random, but we didn't have trouble finding something to order. Each brunch entree (starting at 27.99) includes an appetizer of your choice. We ordered the sunny side brunch pizza and a tuna poke bowl for entrees, and the Chihuahua cheese casserole and maki mahi fish dip for the appetizers. The poke bowl was spicy and flavorful, but the pizza was completely boring. The cheese casserole was not much more than molten cheese with toasted bread, and all I could think about was my cholesterol as I ate it. The best thing was the fish dip and it made me think that if I come again, I would sit in the bar for drinks and appetizers. Though the bar area does not have a water view, it has a great cozy vibe and seems like just the place for happy hour cocktails and snacks. My assessment is that this was not worth the price to sit in a freezing dining room for brunch, but it might be a place to return for lunch when the weather makes it possible to sit outside and enjoy the view. read more

Service: our waiter was very friendly and the manager came to check on us at the end. Views: inside is meh and gets loud but outdoor seating was beautiful. Saw a few dogs on patio. Little birds kept coming nearby table but there weren't a crazy number of them around Food: Buddha bowl 2.5/5 the taste was bland and nothing was really that good about it. I didn't finish even half. The burrata app I chose was 3.5/5 only bc I love burrata but it's a very basic taste. The eggs Benedict was also 3.5/5. The croquetas were actually good and the box it came in was cute. I was in the area and wanted to watch a sports game, so I sat at the bar. A lovely bartender named Kat took care of me. She provided excellent service, gave me recommendations on drinks (I had 2-3), and suggested the calamari flatbread, which was delicious and filled with seasoning and flavors. For my main meal, I ordered the fried chicken with cheesy mashed potatoes, and OMG, it was one of the best mashed potatoes I've ever had. The moment I took a spoonful, they melted in my mouth--very delicious and filled with flavor, just like the fried chicken. Overall, it was a 10/10 service, and it's a very nice spot to go on a date. This place just really underwhelmed you. Great Brickell location with views of the bay. The food is just OK. I had the chopped salad with Wagyu beef. One piece of bacon, The lettuce was strewn on the plate not a chop. The beef was tender but it could've been a small piece of churrasco. The Serrano ham croquettes are very good. Crazy About You was an on the spot place for us and it certainly did not disappoint! We were seated indoors without a wait at around 8pm on a Friday night. The food was great and very reasonably priced! Each entree comes with an appetizer which made it very affordable. We ordered the Smoked Mahi Mahi Fish Dip with the I Can't Believe it's not Pasta Carbanara with Chicken as well as the Mediterranean Antipasto with the Mexican Ox-Tail Tacos. We were really surprised by how delicious everything was. My favorite was definitely the zucchini carbonara - guilt free yet just as delicious as regular pasta. Perfect spot for a romantic date. The view from the restaurant is gorgeous. The attention is superb and they have a nice wine selection to choose from. We got a bottle of the Pinot noir that was recommended by the bartender and it was delicious. They have yummy items on the menu to choose from but I would not say that their food is anything out of this world. I had the seared salmon and it was cooked nicely but on the saltier side for my taste. I also tried their croquettes which I enjoyed since they had a nice creamy filling. Overall, I had a great experience here and will return. Logistics- they only have valet parking which is $18, nearby garages, and very limited street parking. Reservations are a must on the weekends. On Wednesdays, if you sit at the bar you get 25% off your meal and I believe 30% off the drinks. read more

Honestly I have to say it was the worst experience I've had at a restaurant in a while. We arrived on a Saturday at 7:20 PM, were initially told a table would be ready in 20 minutes, but it ended up taking over two hours due to a series of delays and miscommunication on their part. We waited patiently, but our frustration grew as we were not seated promptly despite our table being ready. We received no compensation for the prolonged wait and by the time we got our food, we were too exhausted to enjoy it. It's appalling that we were strung along and lied to for hours, and at the end the manager came, quickly gave us the check and walked away without offering any discount or comp. Our experience left us dissatisfied, earning this place a one-star rating. What a waste of 5 hours. Additionally, the chairs outside were super uncomfortable and the bathrooms were very dirty. They also allow solicitors on their property to take pictures of you while you're eating and expect you to pay for a low quality framed photo of you and your party eating mediocre food. When it comes to trying and eating out at new Miami restaurants, having a list is important. I've been wanting to try Crazy About You for a while and there was no better time to go than on Valentines day with my Fiancé. We all know Brickell to be bad with parking if you don't know it, but there's valet as well as street parking curbside across the street. I wanted to say the ambiance wow'd me in particular. We had the most nicest host and server who were attentive the entire time. I had of course made reservations for this night and was quickly seated upon arriving. As always, for food we end up picking at a few different dishes to try out. The calamari flatbread to the burrata was beyond me. As for the entrée, I had the 'I can't believe it's not pasta carbonara with chicken' and though was tasteful, I'll stick to the real thing. The ham croquettes were suggested by Alejandro and they were so good. He also suggested we did the Lacon con papas and he did not disappoint. It's cooked for 4 hours and it's so soft and yummy. We were celebrating my girls birthday and he brought out a nice Dubai chocolate cake and sang happy birthday. Super nice I suggest seating outside in the patio. It's hot but there's many fans. My husband was sorry that he ordered the sandwich he ordered not very good and said he'd never order again. Heads up to all they automatically add a 18% tip to every bill! Make sure you pay attention and don't add an additional tip. Also a photographer actually sat in my husbands bench seat to take a picture of the diners next to us! Really??? Forgot to review this place after my trip to Miami but after going through my pictures and seeing our meals I figured better late than never. I came here with my girlfriend for dinner. She had made reservations for us before we came down to sit outside by the water for dinner. The day our dinner was scheduled there was a big storm, so we decided when we got there, although it wasn't raining at that exact moment, that we would like to eat inside. The hostess was able to accommodate us immediately being that it wasn't too crowded in there. It started raining while we were eating too so we made the right choice but it seemed like they moved everyone from outside to the inside dining room when it started raining, so it wouldn't have mattered anyway. Outside also seemed like there was construction on the building it was in so the outside scenery was all scaffolding and construction gear. This place was fantastic with both the food and the service. Our server was able to give us a full rundown of both the wine list and the food menu. Each entree came with an appetizer which was nice instead of paying for each separately. For appetizers we got the calamari flatbread and the burrata caprese. The calamari flatbread was to die for, and I also thought the burrata was good (I had never had that before) but my girlfriend who has said it was extremely watery and should have been more creamy. For our meals we got Porcini Mushroom Tortellini with Shrimp and the Skirt Steak with Roasted Confit Potatoes. The tortellini was delicious and so was the steak but the steak was cooked a little more than I had hoped for and my potatoes a little greasy. The waiter also suggested that it was our anniversary, which it seemed like he did to a lot of his tables which got us a free desert with a happy anniversary presentation. But the real fireworks happen on the plate. Start with the truffle burrata: creamy, molten cheese draped over heirloom tomatoes with basil oil and 20-year balsamic that made the entire table go quiet. Then the branzino "a la plancha" arrives whole, skin lacquered crisp, flesh flaky and sweet, finished with lemon-caper butter that I wanted to drink straight. When I google that email address it came up with a name of Rafaella Santos Corbetto. How do you get Rafaella from Agencia? Maybe she or they are in the witness protection program? I am going to talk about my experience today 19/06/2022, we were a family of 8 people and two children, all very well until I don't know why when we asked the waitress for the bill she came with a manager (I guess) and there the man began to explain us (something that we did not ask him and he only did it with us the whole time we were there) the account (emphasizing the tip) which for me is a lack of professionalism and above all of education, as wanting to underestimate people for the appearance, but I want to tell you that your waitress left with her 22% tip, because even if you look down on people, we are capable of giving out cookies without hands. The above said I express it so that they learn to do educated. Had an amazing weekend Sunday brunch at Crazy About You! The waterfront views were stunning, and sitting outside made the experience even better. The service was excellent--our waiter was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious with creative presentations. The croquetas were a highlight--served in an egg carton with a tiny cafecito cup, such a fun touch! The cornbread was hands-down the best part of the meal--soft, buttery, and absolutely delicious. It's a must-order! We also enjoyed the mahi fish dip with tostones and the branzino with cauliflower rice, both packed with flavor. The bruschetta, however, wasn't my favorite since it had strawberries, but others might love the sweet twist. People in my group raved about the wagyu churrasco and chicken and waffles--both highly recommended! The passion fruit Moscow mule was a perfect, refreshing drink. For dessert, we tried the chocolate option, which was decadent and satisfying. They also had a raffle for a free dinner for two, but the instructions were a bit lengthy to follow. It was a cooler Miami day, but they had heat lamps on the outdoor patio and even provided blankets for customers, which was such a thoughtful touch.
