We always get the strawberry croissant. I don't know how they make it but every time there's a perfect amount of crunch to it. And they don't over do it with the cream so it makes it addicting to eat. I can easily eat 5+!!! All their other baked goods are good as well, but nothing beats the original strawberry croissant. read more

This is a regular place for us on weekends, the strawberry custard danish makes it worth it to come early; otherwise get ready to stand in line. The pecan roll looks really good too, but there's way too many pecans inside even I had to take some out before eating it, that's too bad. read more

Came here right after Korean BBQ to get the famous strawberry croissant. I got there after lunch, so I think there wasn't as many baked items left. They have a wide variety of sliced breads packaged to-go, and even bao buns! The strawberry croissant was sweet, crispy, flaky-all the perfect qualities of a croissant. The cream was light and not overly sweet, but there were only two slices of strawberries :/ I also tried the red bean doughnut which was really good, although I'm used to the sweet bread ones. This bakery is really good. Had their sandwiches before, which was great. They are known for their strawberry croissants. Super soft and not too sweet. Also tried their strawberry banana croissants; which was good too. Tasted similar to the strawberry one, but I think they added chocolate to it too. I feel like their strawberries are organic, since it's so sweet. There is usually a line on the weekends, but it moves fairly fast. The croissants can be sold out sometimes. No wifi here. Limited indoor seating. Some outdoor seating. Lots of parking spots. read more

Who doesn't love delicious baked goods? Cream pan is like going to 85C, but better. Their food menu offers more choices.. lots of fresh made savory items in addition to the sweets. I really enjoy it here. A few weeks ago, I brought home a loaf of bread and I was pleasantly surprised (or not surprised, I guess) by just how enjoyable it was. I opted for the curry last time I was there (with chicken) - it was nice, but lacked salt to my taste (this is very rare in curry of all things, so I had to take a star away here). In terms of the pastries.. they have a savory one filled with beef. Highly recommend it. Of course the strawberry croissant is awesome. Lots of good choices here. Highly recommend eating here, just be ready for a line :) read more

I'm here for the strawberry croissants, the baos, and the tarts. Ok, I'm here for almost everything. So put me on that efficient line of customers and I'll get right down to business. I'm not sure to have a slow and relaxing experience. In 3 minutes I'm usually out the door with my box of croissants and multiple ways to die from sugar overload, and I'm very happy about that. Delicious!!! If you want the Japanese bakery version of Porto's then this is the place. Cafe serves musubi, onigiri, sushi, katsu dishes! Must have: beef and chicken curry bun ( Japanese curry is sweeter), the hot dog croissant, their famous Strawberry filled croissants. My stomach could only fill that much! I am sure the other desserts are just as delicious. This is their 2nd location since 1988. No lines as we were there when the snowstorm kept everyone at bay and we got there as their door opened. This is a 'go to' spot for me. The strawberry croissants are delicious! They are so light and airy, and the custard inside is sweet but not overpowering. The strawberries are always fresh too. Coffee is great as well, drip coffee and lattes are perfect pairings for their pastries. I've wanted to try their savory foods, but haven't had the chance, yet. Pastries are well priced. As of 8/2021, half dozen of strawberry croissants are just under $11. I highly recommend getting one to try if you stop by for lunch or a snack. read more

I heart Cream Pan. Although, I have not actually been to the bakery. I have been lucky enough to have tried those infamous strawberry croissants. The first time I had one of these pastries...I was in awe! The croissant is so light and flaky and the custard filling is so good without being too sweet. The fresh strawberry topping gives it the right balance of tart vs sweet. They also have ready made lunch items. --The crunch roll is super yummy!! The shrimp tempura is crispy and the outer sushi roll is dipped in masago. One of my faves. --The chicken katsu sandwich was ok. I like that they used white bread without crumbs. The chicken katsu was flavorful. One day I will take that drive to CP. But, for now I will enjoy the pastries via special delivery!!! read more

I only had their strawberry croissants but those were bomb! They're soft and light with just enough flakiness to the pastry and you could probably eat 6 in one sitting (pretty much what I did). The custard filling is light and creamy and delicious and the strawberry slice tastes so fresh! Come early if you want a larger selection of pastries! I came around 3pm on a weekday and they ran out of the Azuki Cream Pans and Cream Puffs :'( But that's all the more reason for me to come back and try them! read more

While everyone raves about their strawberry croissants, I'll let you in on a little secret on what I often come in here for: their chicken salad. Yup! It's my favorite packaged salad in town. But it's made that day, so it's absolutely fresh. I was told they actually roast their own chicken right there in their kitchen. It's so good! You can taste the wonderful savory flavor, full of aromatic basil/rosemary. Then that dressing.. ooo! I love me some good balsamic vinaigrette. I'm pretty confident it's house-made. The salad is topped with feta and comes with grape tomatoes and olives.These sell out so fast and getting there early doesn't guarantee they'll even be out yet. Uggh. Quite frustrating when you want to stop in right when they open at 6am and take it to work for lunch. They normally have some sandwiches ready in the mornings, which is another great thing to pick up here. Love the turkey that's pretty packed using one of their heartier breads with tomato, avo and lettuce. They also have lighter options of both tuna or egg salad, and ham. Those are super cheap and great as a quick snack. Hmmm, what else. Oh, the spicy tuna rolls are ones that can go toe to toe with a few local sushi spots. Really freshly made. Well, everything here is fresh and everything pretty much runs out by the end of the day. Back to the mornings, they'll have spam and egg musubi and some other variation right by the register. So if you're into those, come early! Those are often gone around 9am. Lines can get long but it moves pretty quick. And if you are truly wanting good, fresh, baked breads, sweet and also savory baked goods (try the chicken curry bun..yums!) Those are all here too along with single or platter size servings of those infamous strawberry croissants. read more

Looking at the design of the restaurant, you can see the mellow green, yellow, and brown walls with multiple contemporary art portraits on them; and hear the multiple conversations of families and friends having a good time. In addition, the restaurant gives a dark and relaxing vibe that makes you just want to stay and talk for hours while enjoying your meal. Adding on, the service is outstanding, you never have to wait over 10 minutes for your food and the workers are very friendly. And to top it off the restaurant provides free Wi-Fi for all customers to use. One of the things that make Panera different from all other restaurants is its ability to make appetizing food, while still making sure the food is healthy for all. One of the ways they do this is by using all natural and clean ingredients; this includes fresh vegetables, pasta, etc. In addition, they use no genetically modified food (GMO) in their dishes. And finally, Panera serves just the right amount of food to make sure you get your calorie intake for the day, rather than the whole year. As a result, Panera is a great place to eat without having to worry about gaining weight or not being able to finish your food. The signature sandwich is a light, classic BLT sandwich on warm, tomato basil bread, also known as the famous Bacon-Turkey Bravo. I work in a hospital in the medical field but in a different area of Los Angeles, however; I sought out Dr. Klapper as a referral for his great reputation and the fact that my friend's mother had two total knee replacements by him more than 20 years ago and she did great!. He is absolutely excellent, has a great personality, listens to patients and then speaks to you at the appropriate level and explains all of the options including his preference for a given treatment or therapy. I had multiple displaced fractures of the patella along with a quadriceps tendon rupture, quadriceps muscle tear and hematoma.Dr. Klapper suggested partial patellectomy (removal of portion of patella) as the surgical solution and unlike many orthopedic surgeons, he chose to repair the injury without using hardware (no wiring back together). The surgery was painful for a few days and I was able to return to work (office setting) after only 1 week. It has now been 9 weeks since the surgery and although a little stiff. I am having PT several times a week and water therapy a couple times a week and my leg is getting more and more flexibility everyday. As I understand it the PT will last 3-4 months and the whole rehabilitation will take 8-12 months for complete healing. You do have to wait in his office because it can be crowded; but good physicians and surgeons are well worth the wait! On the upside, he never hurries the office visit with patients, is caring, will answer all of your questions and that is particularly reassuring when it is your turn to be seen. I would highly recommend Dr. Klapper if you suffer an orthopedic injury or issue!! read more

They make everything fresh daily, even their orange juice. The prices are unbeatable too. Thanks to my very pregnant friend and her lack of desire to leave Tustin until the baby is born, I have made several trips here lately. I was first introduced to this place when she was in the early stages of her pregnancy and having cravings. She craved their strawberry croissants. After hearing about her rave over the croissants, I picked up a box of 6 on my way over to her place. I quickly learned why she had been craving them! These things are amazing! Honestly, one of the best croissants I've ever had. So tasty and sweet. The filling is what made it perfect. After three months of croissants, she switched to curry pan. As a non-curry person (not a fan of spice) I stuck with my strawberry croissant. Eventually I gave it and tried the curry pan. Delicious! Ok, maybe not quite as good as the strawberry croissant, but certainly good. I did find something to rival the strawberry croissant, though. It is the banana-strawberry croissant! I didn't think adding something as simple as banana could make it even better, but it did. I bring these home for my kids and they are gone within 10 minutes. Truly a delightful treat! The only problem I have with Cream Pan is that it is not easy to find the first time and parking can be a challenge. Listen I've only been here a couple times or so however what I could tell you is that place serves food straight from Mount Olympus! God himself has to be overseeing the bread that is spawned from here! The strawberry cream croissant had me thinking heaven really do be on earth! The only time I've ever felt this good was when my dad left for milk and actually came back from the grocery store to hug me unlike jakes dad... anyways the place is small and feels very "homey" but also it's nothing that really stands out, the workers range from meh to good! One time I went and the worker kinda rushed me and didn't understand that I didn't understand some of the other pastries and drinks they sold there. Another time I went the worker was amazing, super kind! And understanding so it depends. They were never mean and both times I still left with a positive experience! The one thing I do think this place stands out for is what I've already mentioned! The strawberry cream croissant! I swear these things are gold and if you haven't had one yet drop what you're doing and come now! I finally visited Cream Pan, and it was an amazing experience! The line stretched out the door a bit on a Sunday morning, but it moved quickly. The bakery is small on the inside, but the staff is efficient, making sure everyone gets their orders in a timely manner. Cream Pan has a variety of items including sweet pastries, sandos, rice balls, curry, and an extensive selection of coffee and tea. The menu is endless! I usually get the strawberry croissants, but this time I tried the banana strawberry croissant, which was filled with hazelnut and custard on a long flakey croissant. The fruits were incredibly fresh, and the custard was perfectly balanced, not overly sweet. I also got the pork katsu sando, which had fluffy bread and tender katsu. The tangy sauce drizzled on the sando added a nice touch as well. I also ordered the peanut butter sando which was a simple dish elevated by the fluffy, fresh bread and chunky peanut butter with delightful pieces of peanuts in every bite. Overall, I'm very impressed with Cream Pan and eager to explore more of their menu. Plus, there's plenty of parking available, making the visit even more convenient. read more

Okay, so I'm somewhat on guard when I set foot upon a car dealership. My dad needed a new vehicle and was initially interested in a Toyota Corolla. I've been driving a 2004 Hyundai Accent hatchback that has required very little attention over the years so I wanted him to at least have another vehicle to compare to as a point of reference. I felt that the Hyundai Elantra was a safe bet. Luckily, our salesperson turned out to be Dawn Kinney. She is a very knowledgable, patient, and honest individual. My dad and I never felt pressured to make a purchase during any segment of our vehicle search. We drove tested both vehicles and agreed that the Elantra was a better overall value than the Corolla. My dad has owned 2 Toyotas in the past, but made the switch. Not only because he was impressed with the vehicle, but because Dawn Kinney and her team members, including Kirk the sales manager, treated us as they would want to be treated in a similar experience. Employee or related to owner of imperial burger in cypress CA , as a custermer for the last 4 years sometimes everyday theirs a special item I order all the time" And it's the best except one Tuesday there was a different cook femal, I ordered my usual" but this order was not made well and I couldn't eat most of it" I tried to avoid Tuesday" then I ended up ordering by phone on a Tuesday when I arrived The cook was the femail that made my order days before" I had ordered by phone and assumed it was made ? the employees Informed her about my disapointment on the last order she made, łwhen I arrived" instead of being concerned me being a long time custermer on what was wrong? OMG!!!! I get all excited like a fat kid in a bakery, oh that's me lol. Just Say'n....! LOVE THIS BAKERY IT'S DELICIOUS.. the strawberry croissant lives up to ALL THE HYPE.. it is really crunchy on the outside, nice and soft on the inside.. and perfect sweetness of custard cream in the middle. They tend to run out of this item so get there early or call ahead... they won't make more!! Cafe closes up at 1.. but we they have deli sandwiches which are amazing. The egg salad. and the chicken.are yummy. The yakisoba sandwich which is better hot.. use the MICROWAVE by the door. The onigiri, sandwiches, rolls, raisin rolls, fresh oj, and they have fresh coffee... try it with condensed milk. Everything I get here is very good.... It's inexpensive, yay! The people there are really kind and helpful. This is a must when I am in the area. Plus plenty of parking and there is farmers market on Wednesday's from 9-1 so visit Old Town Tustin while you're there. Make sure you get here before 12pm on the weekdays or else your walking out with NOTHING, well nothing good that is. And for the weekends, make sure you get here before 1pm. I always make sure to place orders on the phone prior to coming to make sure I get them STRAWBERRY CROISSANTS and the CURRY PAN because they are honestly as good as it gets, so because of that Cream Pan deserves the 5 star and the 45 minute drive!!! If you come here, you gotta try to the STRAWBERRY CROISSANTS because they are to die for as well as the CURRY PAN!! The Strawberry Croissants are filled with just the right amount of custard with just the right amount of sweetness stuffed in between the flaky crisp layers of the croissant with slices of strawberry layered in between the custard and croissant and topped off with the perfect amount of powdered sugar. The CURRY PAN is literally like a doughnut with curry stuffed in the middle. Avoid This Place! Terrible Management and False Accusations I placed a party tray order with Cream Pan because I loved their food, but their outdated payment system and horrific management ruined my experience. After paying with Apple Pay, their old receipt machine didn't register it. I was asked to double-pay for the items I took that day and come back for a refund once my bank statement cleared. When I followed up, the manager was incredibly rude. When I went back to the store, she became hostile and aggressive. She refused to look at my bank records, threw a receipt at me, and maliciously accused me of stealing their tray. She then kicked me out of the store, claiming I was disrupting her business. I was polite the entire time and have never been so insulted in my life. Chase Bank has officially confirmed that the payment WAS successfully processed and transferred to Cream Pan. They took my money twice, refused to check their accounts, and accused me of theft. This hostile behavior is terrifying and unacceptable. I am permanently boycotting this business. read more

Came here on a Saturday with some girl friends and none of us had ever been before. We saw if we checked in on yelp we got a free drink so we did that and came haha. Free blood orange San Pellegrino wooH haha. We all three ordered the Milano Panini which had lots of good quality chicken loaded in it, and the sauce they used was unique tasting and delicious. We were all enjoying our paninis as the owner brought us out all a free shot of espresso as we waited. it was delicious! I don't know what type of coffee they used but it was very good and strong. He then came out with a new panini for us to try, since we all ordered the same Milano sandwich. So nice of him, the meal was very authentic, being that i'm Sicilian and have stayed with family for a month straight and tried all of the cuisine there, i thought this tasted just as good, if not better than most of it. I would def recommend at least for the Milano and the espresso and will come back for sure read more

As someone who supports this business almost daily, I hope management addresses this with the employee. Customer service should always be respectful, especially when discussing service animals. This was, by far, the worst experience I've had here, and it was incredibly disappointing considering how often I've chosen to support this business.
