And on top of that I forgot to mention that they also didn't give the churro cookies how their supposed to be . Everything was just a mess . I did complain and they did mention they are 2 days in working there so I feel like Crumbl should definitely train their new staff better.

I've always avoided going to Crumbl due to reports of it being over hyped and not worth the wild pricing system. But also due to the fact that there were no locations near me. However when I saw that there was a location in Four Points, I figured I may as well go ahead and try it. Regardless of my feelings on price or value, it was cool to surprise my 14 year old with something she sees on social media all the time. Walking in, you have the option to order from a person or order on your own through a kiosk. But the vibes there definitely give off more of a lab feeling rather than a bakery. Since it was my first time there, I opted to order from one of the two ladies working. She explained everything clearly and helped me decide. I went for a 6 pack with each of the flavors inside. I got them home and immediately showed my kid. The cookies were still pretty warm/fresh. She tried the first one, which she was most excited about (PBJ) and immediately said it was "just okay." The chocolate covered pretzel cookie was pretty good. The lemon cookie was mid. The cake cookie had far too much icing, but one I got that off it was actually pretty incredible. The chocolate chip cookie was okay, and I didn't try the honey bun cookie because that isn't my jam. It's more something I left for my husband. In short, do I think they are worth the money? Absolutely not. Will I go back? Unlikely. But will I absolutely finish these cookies? Sure. It was a fun thing to do once, but not worth the nearly $40 I paid. I'm rating it 4 stars due to service. Can't give it 5 because the value isn't there for some wildly mid cookies.

    Look at that cookie!

Yumm yumm, I had a little snacky snack craving. I was close by so I swung in. I was able to park right in front. I was the only one there around 1pm on Monday. The cookies were displayed right at the register on the counter. I chose the chocolate mint chip. The taste and presentation is just gorgeous. For a cookie, it's like a meal. I'm positive that their cookies are not just 1 serving. I'm thinking more like 4. It's a big cookie. I had a few bites in the car on my way into work. The edge has the slightest crisp to it. But the cookie itself was actually warm, super soft and moist, and gooey. Almost a fudgy kind of texture. I got to work and had a few more bites. And then I had to hide it from myself so I could have a little after my lunch. (I ate a late lunch, 4pm)finished the cookie after lunch, and it was just as yummy 3 hours ago. Didn't feel guilty at all that I ate that whole cookie in one day. It was worth it.

ALWAYS fresh, always delicious. Quick and friendly service, and a super clean store. It always smells so so good when you walk in too. I love that you can order on the little kiosk so you can view all the cookies. We can't help ourselves but try 4 every time we go in.

I love the green soft chairs, the tables, and the chef statue greeting you as you pull in front of the building. He's right there in the window. The bistro honestly takes your breath away. I love it! So in the last two weeks, I've been back exactly four times. My first introduction was the Croissant Scramble with chicken and veggies inside, with the Arnold Palmer. My friend got the Croissant Scramble with brisket. The presentation of the croissants when brought to the table blew me away. It was wrapped up in the cutest paper with the ends twisted. The topic of conversation was how good the croissants were. Before we left, we ordered some delicious cookies. The chocolate chips were yummy. So I went the following day and grabbed some pastries! One in particular was the Pecan Bar. The following week, another friend and I stopped in for the Chicken Pesto Omelet. I like that the fire-roasted bell peppers and onions are cooked, if that's the right word. But l have to tell you, the Mexican Hot Chocolate drink brings on the flavor, as does the ice-cold Mocha. Of course, we got the Pecan Bar for dessert. So yes, I went back yesterday for the Almond Croissant. I know, I know!

When I arrived, I was told the cake wasn't ready and was asked if I could come back the next morning--which obviously didn't work given the timing of the event. As a substitute, they offered me a pre-made cake from their display case and assured me it was chocolate like I originally ordered, just with a chocolate mousse filling. They refunded me $15 to account for the difference, and I felt pressured to accept since I needed something for the dinner that night. Unfortunately, the situation got worse from there. When we cut into the cake, it turned out to be confetti--not chocolate. Then, when we tried to eat it, it was clearly stale, dry, and inedible. No one touched it after the first bites. It completely missed the mark for what was supposed to be a special moment. What's especially frustrating is that I ordered from them last year for the same occasion, and everything went perfectly--that's why I trusted them again. This time, however, it was a complete letdown from start to finish. When I called the next day to request a refund, I asked to speak with a manager but was told that wasn't possible. Instead, I was told I would only be offered a partial refund because I accepted the replacement cake. I understand that mistakes happen, but the lack of accountability and quality here was really disappointing--especially for something as important as a birthday celebration.

The restrooms were up a few flights of stairs or you can use the elevator to the 2nd floor. I didn't know that. The upstairs portion could be rented out for special occasions or events. Our server was super friendly and helpful. She recommended a couple of her favorite smoothies. I ordered the Sweet Corn Cake Benedict: poached eggs, jalapeño cheddar corn cakes, avocado, tomato & corn salsa (4/5). I liked and enjoyed my breakfast, which was fresh and light. Berry Basil Smoothie: blueberry, strawberry, basil, banana, agave, pomegranate, coconut water, lime juice (4/5). This was very delicious. My coworkers order the Everything Sandwich: everything cream cheese, peppered bacon, baby kale, roasted roma tomatoes (4/5). Flavorful, with a light freshness of all the ingredients. My other coworker ordered a side of Breakfast Potatoes & a Detox Juice: acai, pomegranate, coconut water, lime. Both really liked the breakfast potatoes, which had a crisp exterior crunch yet soft and creamy inside. Come check them out. Support your local business.

Definitely one of those places that keeps you thinking about the cookie long after you leave. Everything else in the bakery also looks amazing, but the cookies are absolutely the star of the show. One important thing to note for first-time visitors: be very careful with parking. The lot next door apparently boots cars almost immediately if they see you park there and walk toward the bakery. It's not the bakery's fault, but it's definitely something customers should be aware of before visiting. Parking headache aside, this place is 100% worth the trip.

The building is colorful and decorated in bright pink with fun artwork and decor for an uplifting vibe. The line moved quickly and the service was friendly fast and efficient. I was able to place my order and pay with Apple Pay. I ordered the Taiyaki Sundae with black sesame and ube swirl soft serve served in a fish shaped mochi Belgian style waffle with Oreo dust on top. You can customize your sundae with filling like organic red sweet beans, Nutella or custard and toppings like Oreo dust, fruity pebbles or rainbow sprinkles. I ate this on site and the nutty black sesame balanced the sweet ube perfectly, and the Oreo topping added the best crunch. They had a variety of mochi donut flavors. Lucky for me, nothing was sold out today. I ordered the Oreo ube mochi donut and ube milk tea to-go. I ate the mochi donut later that day and it was probably my least favorite item from my order. It had the chewy mochi texture however I didn't get enough of the rich ube flavor. It had somewhat of a bitter aftertaste and the Oreo overpowered the ube. I drank the ube milk tea the next day and it was creamy, smooth, and not overly sweet. I really enjoyed the flavor profile of the beverage and would order it again. Overall, enjoyed my selections and will be back to try more dessert options and flavors from one of the most unique Asian dessert spots in Austin!
