Nice space at the bottom of a business complex. Tons of tasty food options. The layout is a little odd to navigate but plenty of space to dine in. Menus in the wall for ordering. The food is really good. At first I didn't expect the dish to look a certain way but upon eating it was exactly what I wanted. Def worth a try. Cashier was very friendly and helpful.

Tasty, authentic and clutch after all these years. Order at the counter upfront. They'll call you once your order is ready. I had the OG PHAT THAI. It was scrumptious. Huge portions. To-go containers are by the pick-up station. Ambient and convenient for Theatre Three go-ers. Plenty of tables and booths for seating. My one star off is for the spice factor. Be clear on your ask. There are additional sauces by the soda station. / Chịyo !

I went to this place full and left hungry! I got the drunken noodles, tom kha, and fresh rolls. The drunken noodles were super good, had the right amount of spice and flavor! I'm not usually a fan of tom kha because of the coconut flavor but this was really good. It was the perfect amount of savory spicy and coconut so nothing was overpowering. I would only say the fresh roll wasn't that good. The chicken was very dry inside and the leafy greens made for a weird combination. It just tasted dry, crumbly, and kind of fresh tasting. I love the fact that this place is cafeteria style so you can pick up any sauces you want as well as drinks. And because of that you also don't have to tip! This place is also really affordable with the drunken noodles being $10 if you don't get meat. With meat it's still only $13!

Came here after seeing the episode on triple D. We decided to try it out on our last trip to Dallas. The ambience was really nice. The restaurant had plenty of seating. Service was excellent. We tried the red curry, which was good but could have used more vegetables or protein. However, red curry did have a lot of spice to it. The pad Thai was delicious. Overall, I would come here again if I'm near the area.

Service good but food is losing quality for careless reasons. 1. Yellow curry w rice noodle, noodles overcooked sitting in a waterlogged lump in bottom of bowl. Needs to at least be jiggled so sauce is mixed in or you get bites of wet flavorless noodles. 2. Coconut milk soup has coagulated coconut milk built up. This means the soup is sitting/refrigerated and being reused and added to. Needs to be smooth and emulsified. This could be an issue for health department maybe. Also too sour from lime lemongrass needs more sugar. Been coming here for like 10 years

Crushcraft is a great spot to get Thai food in Dallas. It is a fast causal Thai spot with all very reasonable prices. They have all of your favorite Thai staples and features a great variety of spices and sauces to add a little extra heat to your dish. A great way to spend a night out and it has always been featured on Guy Fieris show.

Great prices, bright decor, and solid (but ironically mushy) food! We were surprised to see these reasonable prices for downtown Dallas. I paid $13 for my pad see ew with pork, and it was a large portion that I barely finished. Even though we came at 8:30pm on Friday, there were only a couple people inside the restaurant, which I thought was strange because it has a lot of Google reviews, and we had heard about it on social media. I think there was something about the texture of the pad see ew that was off. The visual aesthetic was off-putting. I was expecting the pork pieces to be somewhat chewy, but they were really mushy. Everything was so mushy, but the taste itself was good. I love when broccoli is thoroughly cooked, which was the case here. The dish just had a very unappetizing look to it. My friend really enjoyed his pad kee mao. I will say it looked a lot more appetizing.

this is a great place to get thai food in dallas! my food came out very quickly. I decided to get a OG Phat Thai with added spice. It definitely hit the spot. I also got a Phat Kee Mao with chicken and it was very delicious as well. I give it a 8/10. Definitely give Crushcraft a try if you're craving thai food!

Took advantage of the cooler TX weather and adventured out to Dallas for some thai food! My husband ordered the drunken noodles. He enjoyed the dish and enjoyed the subtle heat. Overall it seemed like the dish had more vegetables than needed but was good! I had the Panang curry for my dish! I feel like the curry was a little bit too thick for a typical thai curry. The rice also seemed to become mushy since they pour the curry on top. The flavor was good but missed more of the peanut that i'm used too with the panang curries i've had in the past! The restaurant is very nice! Super clean and a very nice area with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating! The food itself isn't bad but definitely come in with the mindset that it's more of a fast casual experience rather than a sit down restaurant!

Went around 2pm on a Monday, and it wasn't busy at all. Plenty of street parking. The decor was cute, lots of Thai canned goods and spices for retail. Tasted like your average Thai food, I was a little thrown off as to why the drunken noodles were served over a bed of Romaine lettuce, but the flavor was still good, not spicy at all. The papaya salad was good, no spice to it though. Overall good food, I'd come back.

    Yummy!

It's been a long time since I've had amazing Thai food. I was visiting my daughter in Dallas and we stopped by for lunch. This place doesn't disappoint. I highly recommend it.

Probably one of my go to Thai spots when I am in the area. I love getting the drunken noodles and requesting extra spicy. They have a spice and sauce bar st the side so I usually add more chili oil and peppers.

Between the four of us we ordered the roti canai -- with an extra piece of roti, since the base only comes with two, roti murtabak, two orders of the pork belly baos, chili crisp cucumbers, nasi lemak, beef haw fun, and bò tái chanh -- Vietnamese rare beef salad. Overall, the food was outstanding. I feel like the restaurant took all the greatest hits from every Asian culture and put them together on the menu. My favorite dish of the night was a toss up between the rare beef salad, the roti, and the pork belly baos. I loved how crispy and flaky the roti was and the curry dipping sauce that it was paired with was super aromatic, nutty, and rich. The pork belly in the baos was incredibly tender, well-marinated, and had a nice balance between lean and fatty parts. If you enjoy sour dishes, you will love the rare beef salad: there is enough lime in the dish to make you pucker. Every bite is a concentrated punch of flavors, and there is a nice variety of texture between the chopped peanuts, thinly sliced onions, rare beef, and crispy rice cracker. If you're in this part of town looking for a dinner spot, I would not hesitate to recommend Hawkers Asian Street Food. In addition to the solid food menu, the service and drinks were equally spectacular.

Hungry Belly on Fitzhugh is the kind of neighborhood spot that you go to when you need to eat…read moresomething excellent before doing something exciting, which is exactly what we did, because after dinner we were going to a Stars game and I had been thinking about it since Tuesday. The food was great. The belly fries arrived with bulgogi on top and I ate them with the energy of a man fueling up for battle, which I was, because American Airlines Center was forty five minutes away and I needed carbohydrates and I needed them now. The sushi was fresh, the portions were generous, the volcano roll did what the volcano roll always does which is arrive looking dramatic and deliver completely on the promise. Hungry Belly has been on Fitzhugh since 2019 doing Korean and Japanese and Chinese all under one roof with zero drama about it and a crab rangoon situation that I think about more than I am comfortable admitting publicly. But honestly the real review here is the hockey game. I grew up in Chicago. I know hockey the way people from Chicago know hockey, which is to say I know it enough to have opinions and not quite enough to fully back them up when someone like Jimmy from Kostas starts going deep on the neutral zone trap. But I know enough. I know enough to show up to American Airlines Center with the correct energy and the correct jersey and the correct plan of attack for the concession situation which I had mapped out before we even left the restaurant. Getting ready for a hockey game is its own ritual that I take seriously. It starts before dinner. It starts with checking the lineup, checking who is in net, checking the injury report like a man who has information that is going to change the outcome of the game somehow even though I am going to be sitting in the stands eating a pretzel and screaming things that the players cannot hear. I checked all of this while eating the belly fries. Multitasking. The jersey goes on before you leave the house. Not in the car. Not in the parking lot. At home, over whatever you are wearing, with the full commitment of a person who has chosen a side and wants the universe to know it. I put mine on over a Henley like a man who has been doing this his entire life because I have been doing this my entire life. We got to the arena with enough time to walk around, take in the atmosphere, stand next to other people in jerseys and nod at each other the way jersey people nod at each other, a small acknowledgment that says yes, we are the same, we are both here, we both checked the lineup. Got the pretzel. Got the drink. Found the seats. And then the puck dropped and everything that happened at Hungry Belly, the belly fries and the volcano roll and the crab rangoon I am not comfortable admitting I think about, all of it became the best possible pre-game meal I could have eaten because I was loud and full and completely ready and the Stars did not disappoint.

It was my very first time going to Komodo and the first time experience was not the greatest. Before I go into my review, I did enjoy the ambiance, decor and food. The food was actually really good and the portions were decent. I ordered the wagyu beef dumplings and garlic noodles for starters. I initially chose the Peking duck and was super excited to try it. This is where it started to downhill... As we were ordering starters and drinks, the drinks came out fairly quick and the starters did take about 15-20 minutes which I understand it was a Saturday night. After most of the appetizers came out, we decided to order our entrees because we noticed how long the appetizers took. About hour and some time goes by, the waiter comes back to tell me they just ran out of Peking duck. Which was disappointing so I quickly ordered the Korean fried chicken. The timing with how they ran out the entrees was a whole mess. There were two food runners that were confused with the food orders. 1 of 8 of my friends got their food way before all of us, we had waited an additional 15 minutes before 2 more entrees came out. Oh! My second appetizer (garlic noodles) still haven't come out yet and some of my friends had their entrees....My Korean fried chicken came out but it was fairly quickly so I'm not sure they just threw it in real quick for an apology of taking so long. Two of the breasts we're hard and tough to cut. So then we waited and waited for my very last friend to get her Lo mein...it was an extra 45 minutes until she was able to get her food!!!!! Unacceptable. I was so irritated about that and just ruined the mood. We were all done eating our food by then. We were already frustrated and ready to go at that point, but as soon as she got her food, the veggies were undercooked and it was an overall upsetting situation. I wish I had a better outcome and better celebration for my birthday. I would only recommend this place if you have nothing to do..because you will be waiting for your food for a long time. We really loved the dim sum (not pictured)…read morebut be careful, the spicy mustard is HOT. all of the fish was very fresh and had interesting pairings. The Smokey soy sauce was really good on the wrath roll, but I also liked it in regular soy sauce! Our service was quick and we were only there for about an hour! We took a nice walk around the arts district after. It was a really lovely evening!

I went to Japan recently. I want to start there because the Japan trip is directly relevant to this…read morereview in a way that will become clear shortly and also in a way that is deeply embarrassing and I have made peace with both of those things simultaneously. Japan was extraordinary. The food was extraordinary. The trains were extraordinary. The trains specifically deserve their own paragraph because I have never in my life encountered a public transportation system that operates with the precision and quiet dignity of the Japanese rail network. Trains that arrive at the exact second they are supposed to arrive. Trains that leave at the exact second they are supposed to leave. A whole society of people moving through stations the size of small cities with calm purpose and zero visible distress, consulting their phones, reading books, buying things from vending machines that should not logically exist inside a train station but do because Japan has decided that convenience is a human right and I agree completely. I tell you all of this to explain what happened at the train station when we tried to find pizza. Now I know what you are thinking. You went to Japan and you tried to find pizza. And yes. Yes we did. We had been eating spectacular Japanese food for several days running, food that made us question every culinary decision we had made in our entire lives up to that point, and then something happened in the group dynamic that can only be explained as a collective temporary insanity and somebody said what about pizza and instead of saying no we are in Japan and there is yakitori available within forty feet of us at all times, everybody said yeah okay pizza sounds good actually. The station we were in had approximately forty seven exits. I counted. Not all of them. I counted forty seven before I gave up counting and simply accepted that exits were infinite and directional signage was a suggestion. We had been told the pizza place was near exit B14. There was no exit B14. There was a B4 and a B41 and something that might have been B14 but was labeled in a way that required a level of kanji literacy I had not developed in the forty eight hours since landing. We walked for twenty two minutes. We passed the same Family Mart three times which I know because the same employee was stocking the same shelf each time and by the third pass he looked at us with an expression of gentle recognition and what I can only describe as compassionate pity. We never found the pizza place. We found a ramen shop instead and ate the best bowl of ramen of our collective lives and agreed to never speak of the pizza incident again except that I am speaking of it right now because it is directly relevant to the fact that when I came back to Dallas and needed Japanese food that did not require navigating a forty seven exit train station, I went to Tei Tei Robata Bar on Henderson Avenue and everything was immediately right with the world. Tei Tei has been on Henderson Avenue since the late nineties. Founder Teiichi Sakurai, who is also the man behind Tei An which if you have not been to Tei An please go immediately after reading this review and before doing anything else in your life, has been a James Beard semifinalist six times which is the kind of number that should be printed somewhere more prominently than it currently is, like on a highway billboard or possibly the side of a building. You walk in through a Japanese garden to get to the entrance. A Japanese garden. In Dallas. On Henderson Avenue. Between a taco place and a bar with a patio. I walked through it after the forty seven exit train station and my blood pressure dropped twelve points immediately and I have no medical evidence for this but I am confident it is true. Robata is the traditional Northern Japanese grill style. Wood charcoal. Low heat. Slow intention. Things arrive on skewers that have been coaxed rather than forced into deliciousness. The miso sea bass is the kind of dish that people describe by going quiet for a moment first. The cornflake shrimp is a thing that should not work as a concept and works completely as a reality. The daily special comes out in three parts, raw, robata, and more, and each part is a small argument for why you should be paying better attention to what you eat every day of your life. The sashimi sits in a case on ice near the kitchen and you can watch the chefs working with a calm precision that is genuinely meditative to observe, like a train system that runs on the exact second it is supposed to run, quiet and intentional and doing exactly what it is supposed to do without any drama about it. I sat at the sushi bar and ate things I will not fully describe because some experiences should be discovered and not spoiled. I thought about the ramen we found instead of the pizza we were looking for and decided that getting lost is sometimes the whole point.

One of the better places to enjoy yakitori. Love this place when we have the Time services those…read moregood make sure you make reservations. It fills up really fast, especially during the weekdays a lot of business people like to enjoy cocktails. Very sleek and clean and quaint place. The bar is very nice. Always have a good time when we're here
