We had a great experience at Curio Bistro! From the moment we sat down, our waitress, Asia, was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the menu. She gave great recommendations, checked on us throughout the meal, and made the whole experience even better. Everything we ordered was delicious, and each dish came out fresh and full of flavor. The atmosphere was lively and a great spot to take a break while exploring the French Quarter. Great food, excellent service, and a fun location. A big thank you to Asia for making our visit so enjoyable. We'd definitely come back the next time we're in New Orleans!

Curio was one of those places that you over-see because of so many restaurants in the area. However, their bottomless mimosas caught my eye & our pockets too! That day I was hungover, so the Bloody Mary was the cherry on top and the rooftop view was EVERYTHING! We were able to see the many faces getting ready for Mardi Gras and our waitress was nice enough to offer when we got there we have this place listed as a "def. Returning"

We had brunch here on our last day before departing for home; it was pouring rain and so we needed to find somewhere close that had tables available on a Saturday morning. . Fortunately, Curio Bistro was right around the corner from our hotel. We ate inside rather than upstairs on the balcony which sounds lovely, but not in the chilly rain. I had the french toast with caramel sauce, eggs and bacon along with coffee. The french toast and caramel sauce was delicious and a great dessert for breakfast dish. The scrambled eggs were good and the bacon was nice and crisp. Service was fast and friendly. Definitely a good option for breakfast or brunch.

So the best part of this place is the building, we got to sit on the balcony which has an amazing view. Everything else was pretty much sub par. The service was super slow, she got our order wrong and gave us individual glasses of wine instead of the bottle we ordered. The food was okay, I ordered the fried fish and shrimp combo and to be honest it was decent for the price but I had expected a little better quality. Definitely go here for the ambience, but limit your expectations on the food and service.

pretty casual place that we stopped by to have dinner at. i got the taste of new orleans, and it came as a little flight of food, so cute! the gumbo was really good! the flight was $24, which i think is reasonable. but i really liked the place! pretty casual and fun and i wouldn't say cheap, but i wouldn't say it was outrageously expensive.

Loved the vibe inside and that the windows and doors were all open since it was really nice outside. We took advantage of the happy hour, which included less drink options but still enough that each of us found 1 or 2 that sounded good. Our server checked on us often and the food arrived quickly. Portions were large, so come hungry!

Came here for Sunday brunch. I ordered the 3 sampler: gumbo, jambalaya and crawfish etouffee for $21. It was a bit salty but really really tasty. The etoufee was my favorite. I love the rice texture of the jambalaya too! I wish they had bigger portions because I ate all of my food! The waitress is so nice and was so informative about the menu and other restaurants nearby. I love the ambiance and the interior is so cute!

Food: I had a pretty simple meal: Eggs, Bacon, Sausage and a biscuit. Hard to mess that up. It was very tasty. Service: Superb. Kept the drinks coming with the Bottomless Mimosas. It's New Orleans, I wouldn't have expected anything less.

Perfect happy hour and happy hour here for six dollars had about four drinks because you can't beat this fabulous price. The bartender was super cool. Great service hooked it up. Told us about to go. Cops will definitely go back.

4.5/5 Stars Curio. What can I say? Fun. Cute. Quirky decor. BEST bourbon selection in town. Employees with bright smiles and friendly dispositions. Curio is all that and MORE. I stopped in on a weeknight and grabbed a seat at their bar. I love the bar because it is spacious and they have an incredible selection. I love bourbon and you can get it ALL here - even many of the Pappy Van Winkles! I ended up actually doing a sparkling rose and it was a wonderful compliment to their Gulf Shrimp caprese salad. The salad was REALLY good except for the shrimp. They were TINY but also excellently seasoned. I expected them to be much bigger but still the salad was super tasty with a lot of flavors that popped. The bartender was so nice and she did a great job making sure I had everything I needed. Overall, a really great dining experience and I can't wait to visit again!

This place delivered the goods after we were so infuriated with another restaurant that closed for the evening. We found Curio and was welcomed by a charming receptionist, brought us upstairs where it was cool and refreshing (oh airconditioner during the summer heat!). My boyfriend had a Cajun BBQ Burger and he found it really juicy and delicious. I had one of the best Jambalayas ever. Our dinner was very relaxing-- really good food, wonderful ambiance and courteous, efficient servers. Totally 5-star.

Love this place--I've been here a handful of times and they rarely miss. The jambalaya was a little salty for my taste, but the steak was perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor. Everything tasted fresh, the ambiance is great (especially on the first floor), and awesome service. The Caprese Panini is still one of my favorite menu items. The fried alligator bites were also delicious, and I'd definitely recommend checking Curio Bistro out if you're in New Orleans.

Both taste great and have a nice amount of spirits in them. This is a must try in NOLA. Will definitely return!!

It was massive and very hard to eat, and there was a lot of fried chicken skin. The mayo on the sandwich was definitely homemade and had a very strong egg flavor, so I would go without that next time. The biscuit was probably the best biscuit I've ever had. We checked into our nearby hotel a bit early in the day and was looking to hit the streets for a spot to get a chill/light breakfast, a coffee and maybe a cocktail. We found all the things at Luzianne Cafe. Whether you belly up to the bar or grab a table, both of which are first come first serve, you start at the counter where you order, pay and grab your table number. It appears that during busy times they allow you to sit first and order from the QR at your table, this is an assumption given the code to order at the table, but the sign at the entry directed folks to the counter to order before sitting. For breakfast, we got the breakfast biscuit which came with eggs, bacon and cheese, and sided it with grits. The breakfast sandwich was solid, eggs were a bit soft and grits were more mealy than we are used to, but I think that may be authenticity of the area more than anything. I opted for the three option omelet with onion, sausage and gouda plus a side of sausage links. The omelet, though odd sounding combination turned out to be solid. Maybe it was my options, but it was decently "one note" in flavor. I tossed a little hot sauce on and that helped. However, while the sausage links were not much to look at, they were tasty, with a nice snap to the casing and meaty inside. To go with our breakfast, I got a cold brew with a splash of almond milk while my partner embraced NOLA and started his day with a bourbon sour. Both of us enjoyed our choices! We were a party of 3 adults and 2 children (one being only 2 years old), and because of that they changed our table type from a 4-top to a 5-top and made us wait an additional 30 minutes. Meanwhile, multiple tables became available that easily could have accommodated us, but the hostess was determined to keep telling us we had to wait. To make matters worse, there was open bench seating in the back where customers ordering to-go could sit. I offered to order food to-go so we could at least sit down and get started while waiting, and she told me if I did that they would remove our name from the waitlist because "you have to pick one or the other." No willingness to problem solve whatsoever. She repeatedly said she was "sorry," but her actions showed the opposite. I was simply trying to work together to find some reasonable solution instead of continuing to watch everyone else get seated while our family, including small children, kept waiting. Absolutely horrible customer service experience.
