    POOR CUSTOMER and bad service. Before arrive to CVS I checked the photo service hours and they said the service is closed until 10:00 PM. I arrived around 8:30 pm and the customer service said that they closed the photo service at 7:00 pm when i leave I just heard from the other coworker that she should say until 6:00pm. I came again asking to the worker ANGELICA why don't want to help me with the service and she just try to avoid it said that is busy and the place was empty and the have 2 workers more at the area. At the end she just said " if you want you can go to other place".at this point I just left the place.

    This is the worst pharmacy I've been to. I switched from Pico-Robertson Walgreens, which was bad enough. This CVS is worse. The store is messy and nasty, One never knows if the drive-thru is open or not. The pharmacy is a mess - they open late, order prescriptions without bejng asked, lose orders, take crazy long time to get orders, and don't answer the phone. I finally moved all my prescriptions elsewhere. The staff is miserable and overworked. I blame both corporate and store management. I'm done!!!

    They don't care about the virus. They don't care about their employees. We are all apparently working at CVS with "self checkouts"... and they're not even 6 feet apart.

    I never come to this CVS , but the ones closer to my house didn't have the Benadryl I needed and they did. I have the common flu with fever and little cough. I come here at 8pm and pressed the button so someone could come and open up the drawer and I can get the medicine. So I let 5 mins go by and no ones comes , I press the button and go up in the front and there's 1 customer in line and 2 people behind the register, they tell me please wait about 5 mins because they are short on people. Okay I understand ( do get I am sick and just want my meds and get out ). I go back waiting there another 10 mins to still no one and when I come in front they have 0 customers and both gentlemen are on there phones. I go up and ask again , than this guy name Arron proceeds to help me, he's walking slower than a turtle with his pants so far down. This is beyond unprofessional, and when he gets there all he say is "what you want". This CVS needs to hire more respectful people who actually want to work. I can tell you I'll never be coming back here again.

    what's the point of locking up most of the products in the store if there is exactly one employee working there at a time ??

Everyone else I dealt with was actually helpful and trying to find a solution, which made this experience even more frustrating. I've had the same prescription from the same doctor since 2018. Today I was told they would no longer fill it because I pay out of pocket and don't have insurance. One pharmacist tried to help and explained that if my doctor adds a note about paying out of pocket, it could still be filled. She was great, and I want to be clear this is not about her, especially since she mentioned her manager doesn't support that approach. They're filling it this time because of the confusion, but when I tried to speak with Adrienne to understand what to do going forward, she sighed and hung up on me mid-conversation. I understand this job is stressful, but so is being a patient trying to figure out how to access your medication. Being spoken to rudely and then hung up on for asking basic questions is not okay. At the very least, there should be clear communication and a basic level of respect. It sounds like I am not the only one who has had an issue with this person. I would perhaps look into a role with less customer facing tasks.

    I was in there at 4:30 to 6 PM and there was a gentleman young guy that was very helpful and asking…read moreme would I like any of the cabinets open extremely helpful and then I asked him could I use my coupons he looked everything up and made sure I got discounts on all three items extremely helpful with a nice treat and usually the pharmacy is very good as well. They usually get you in and out very fast although there's always lines they have an excellent service and one of the employees that works in the Pharmacy looks like micheal jackson. Also, I had a refill that I wasn't able to get for another week. They checked it out and found that I could pick it up on Saturday. They're so good at going over your accounts and making sure that your prescriptions are filled they act as if they're a personal service for you. Everyone's always wonderful that the pharmacist on call in-house the assistance and the information this outstanding service and the Manager's wonderful also they get on the phone all the time if there's anything that you need this is my neighborhood that I grew up in and that hasn't changed the service. He's so adorable. Thank you for being so kind and fabulous. Mr. wonderful

My experiences here were quite good, to be fair. I called to transfer an prescription from a different Walgreens, the staff looked it up, said it was held up in the other store due to insurance charges, but then the next day they cleared it and got the prescription ready for it. That was very considerate and great service. When I came to get the 1st prescription, I had a second one to fill, it was incomplete (missing some key information) and the staff directed me to have my doctor's office call them... the issue was cleared in minutes. I waited about 20 minutes for the whole thing, which to me isn't unreasonable... During the process I sat right outside the pharmacy and saw how busy the staff was - phones were ringing constantly and many prescriptions seem to have issues! I imagine the operation of a pharmacy can be quite complex. But the few people who came during this short period seemed to have gotten what they wanted and left promptly. The store doesn't have a nice front entrance on Wilshire; you have to go to the back where there is a small entrance. The building seems a bit old but inside was clean and organized and the cashier on duty was friendly.

Gaslighting at its finest. I've been waiting an entire month for this medication. When they finally called, I was out of town, but I still contacted them BEFORE the hold date expired. Now magically it's gone? And they already told me before that if people don't pick up certain medications fast enough, they give them to their "regulars." So now I'm left without my medication because Jazmin says so? That's ridiculous. Don't call patients and tell them their prescription is ready if you're just going to give it away and pretend it never existed. I have screenshots, voicemail proof, and the app history. This is beyond unprofessional. THE WORST because them giving my medication to another person, I have to suffer ? NO this is horrible I don't know what kind of business are doing opening my medication to give to some one else.
