Horrible service fridge with cold drinks don't work, long line,only one cashier working every time.

I don't like this place at all. There is only one nice cashier and I wish I could remember her name, but she is a light skinned black girl with hazel eyes. Standard Cvs pharmacy. Parking is accessible. As typical, Very few employs available in the store to assist you. Stacked with products. I don't necessarily think that they are reasonably priced. They are typically just conveniently locate it and a shopping mall were you can slide in and grab over the counter items. Don't go here for the best prices. read more

I haven't written a review in a long time but time and time again I come here to get monthly prescriptions and I'm finally fed up. They deserve to be on blast. I'm not naming names but the same two people always work the pharmacy. I was there over the weekend and came in almost an hour before they closed. I told them the pharmacy called and told me my scripts were ready. The lady who was helping me told me I didn't have any prescriptions there. I told her to look again and of course she found it. Then I told her I needed my other monthly script filled and again same issue. What bothered me was not that she didn't get it right on the first try, it was her "you are wasting my time and breath" attitude. Umm you are a pharmacist, it's your job to fill my prescriptions. She told me to come back, great, no problem. When I come back at the time she told me, she acted like she was super bored and lazy. I had to swipe my card multiple times because she wasn't paying attention and accepting the charges. I just wanted to get out, the sales finally went through and I politely told her to have a good night. She was already walking away. Worst customer service and the store always looks dirty. Save time and money and go to the other CVS on pico. read more

I have been coming to cvs for many years now for my prescriptions. This is the first time i went to this location. I went to refill my adderall prescription and didn't realized it was a few days before the 30 day mark that you are legally allowed to get a refill. I have ADHD...I forget things... The woman pharmacist calmly and politely explained this to me, so I was like okay no worries, I will just come back. What really got under my skin was the male pharmacist who interrupted our consolation. He asked if there was a reason I needed an early refill, insinuated that I was abusing my prescription and said that they could choose not to fill it at all. There was no reason for him to put in his two sense especially since I had not put up fight about getting it refilled that day and clearly said I had no problem waiting. Again, I have ADHD, I forget things, this man made me feel like a criminal for no reason at all. I can't be the first person he has mistreated, I hope he gets fired. read more

If I could give a zero star review I would. At the check out the cashier named JANETTE asked me if I have cvs card in Spanish. I'm Asian and there is no way I look close to Hispanic. So I said "huh?" She looked at me like if I'm stupid. So the customer before me translated for me and said do you have the CVS card? I said yes I do. So then JANETTE gave me a cvs card, I told her I have one already. Then she said "I always ask people if they have the card, why didn't you tell me?"( oh so now she speaks English?)... I told her I did!!! Then in a very rude tone she said to me " give me that card back!!". Then she was like are you going to give me your card or your phone number or what? I know in my heart that this lady JANETTE will continue to be rude to other customers, I bet the manger won't do shit about it. read more

FYI, this location closes at 10pm every business day. Also, take comfort in knowing a friendly and helpful new staff was hired and the experience has greatly improved since the last 2-3 years I've been shopping here. Further, I was surprised to see Shiseido, Clarins, and PeterThomasRoth products sold here! Alcohol is pretty cheap compared to Ralph's and BevMo. I also found some excellent finds in the health and wellness area of the store. Milk Thistle for a bottle of 60 soft gel capsules for only $19 is a pretty great find for liver therapy. read more

Tara a employee here at this cvs pharmacy told me when I came to the trice thru that I need to go inside even after I told her I am COVID-19 positive she said it doesn't matter and that I need to walk inside in order to get my medication. Knowing I have covid I repeated to her you don't care that I will be putting your self and customers at risk and she said screaming "I don't care lady I told you to come inside". I am shocked and sad about all this. So I googled the number and called talked to a gentleman who claims to be a manager and now I'm back in the drive thru seeing if they will give me the medicine requested by the emergency room I was in yesterday. These employees need to be educated a person positive with covid can not I repeat can not go in a public store while sick you ignorant TARA. read more

I thought my local CVS was in need of some remodeling and aisle clearing but it's outstanding in every way compared to this one. The pharmacy is way in the back, took me several minutes to find it. There were no chairs to sit in at all there or throughout the store. The old gray carpet is older than the one at the CVS closer to me and is stained. The aisles were strewn with toys and other items including outright trash. When I had called the pharmacist had all the enthusiasm of a rock. I got a different pharmacist at pick up who was quick but hardly friendly. There was one checkout girl at the front of the store who also, like the pharmacist, did not know where the pet food aisle was. One checkout person and yes, there was a line. This store is located in a large shopping center that includes a neater, cleaner Dollar Tree, a Target, a gym, two fast food restaurants and a Coffee Bean. All are neat, clean and modern. In total there were all of three people working there including the pharmacist, a woman at the the pharmacy who went on a break, and the female cashier. AVOID. read more

Never going to this CVS , I GOT ACCUSED OF TRYING TO STEAL . I am a loyal client and always go to cvs for everything, unfortunately i had a dentist appointment near this location so i stopped , i took a look at the rings and choose 2 , one of them had no price tag but they both were the same price . As i'm waiting in line holding the items i was going to purchase ( portable razor , detoxing scrub , ankle bracelet, the 2 rings , and a face mask ) the managers comes up to me and tells me one of the workers saw me " trying to steal " I instantly explained to him that the ring had no tag and showed him everything i was buying he attacked me with his words and tone and said it didn't matter and that i looked bad and guilty , i handed him the rings and said here i dont want them anymore , i only bought the water and mask out of anger due to being accused of "stealing " I thought stealing was when you walk out the store and dont pay for the item ?!?!? Where as i was in line w all my items waiting to pay . Anyways would suggest no one goes to this location! read more

This is my neighborhood CVS and Pharmacy, but today I was appalled at how rude and dismissive the pharmacist was. She talked to me like I am an idiot. When I actually found proof of the information I was attempting to discuss (that CVS is indeed administering the Pfizer vaccine-- maybe not at her branch, but at others) and I went back to show her... not to prove that I was right but just to help give her the correct information for the next customer, she was again dismissive. Yet again do I come to pick up my prescription and not only is the drive thru portion closed for no obvious reason (when all listings of hours claim it to be open at this time on this day of the week!), but I'm made to wait an exceptionally long time before someone even mentions "we'll be right with you" to me and even longer after that, yet there is no apparent line waiting ahead of me. I called the on-call MD one Saturday coz i was having some shortness of breath. That MD called & asked ehat medication i need and what pharmacy i am using. A day passed i did not get a call from this pharmacy. I called 3-4times, was on hold for 15 mins each time and then finally this Pharmacist 'had time' to answer my inquiry. He said i need to go to the site due to problem in my insurance. So i went. I was telling this African-American lady about my experience. she said: "If you really need your medicine, why didn't you just come here in the first place". I told her that I normally get a call that my meds are ready for pick up or if i need to come for whatever reason but not this time. I know she was the one answering my phone calls then will put me on hold for more than 15mins. Wanted to transfer my pharmacy somewhere else but i work in an institution where we have CVS as a pharmacy. Well, I guess I am imprisoned to this CVS place. Where is your customer service CVS Today, June 4, 2017, i saw one of the nicest person/pharmacist working in cvs. I haven't seen her for a year or 2 but she remembered my last name!!! How crazy is that!! I told her about my previous review due to poor customer services i have received from those people i mentioned above. Roderick is the best cashier and even when he is not around every single person there is smart and kind and provides excellent customer service with my difficult transactions of a ton of coupons. Workers aren't very nice. I forgot to get the name of the cashier today but she had straight long black hair. Im usually not satisfied with the cashiers but this time I was very annoyed. I was showering her a coupon and I wasn't quite sure if she could read it because I was holding the phone far and the writing is small so I tried telling her what I read it said and she said "I know I'm reading it" with terrible attitude. This used to be a Longs Drug Store and I liked it better when it was a Longs. First of all....my hubby and I walked in and we were looking for the travel size stuff. As we were going through the aisles, we notice the "security guard" bitch was following us. We don't know why but she was. We kind of messed around with her by acting like we were going one way then went another way. Then we ended up walking behind her and I said "let's go pay for this stuff and get out of here, I don't like being followed." And my husband replied with "it's because of my shaved head." She turned around and looked at us...she stopped, let us pass her, then started walking behind us again. We were waiting in line and she was standing by the door...like she was waiting to bust us for something. As we're paying she's standing right in front of us looking at us and as we're walking out she says something that I didn't really understand. And I said "excuse me?" And she said managed to say "receipt." My husband said "uhhh....I think it's in the bag." And I was holding the bag and straight out told her no. I said "you didn't check anyone else's receipt, did you?" Then I cracked up because I realized she didn't speak english because she started talking in spanish and since I don't speak spanish I continued walking. My husband decided to explain to her why I wasn't giving her the receipt...I'm not sure she really understood his spanish though. Haha. So...anyway...the only good thing that happened at this store was the one nice employee who helped us find the travel size and asked if we needed anything else. Everyone else there sucked! read more

I came to get my sons prescription and I forgot his insurance card in the car so when she asked "Does he have an insurance card" and I said "Yes" she looked at me like I'm stupid. I called from the Dr. office and ordered a medication for a patient and after several times checking with them and 5 weeks passed they told the patient that your doctor needs to call us, when I called from Dr. office again for the 4 th time they said we can not make this medication go through where as they told the patient we can not get through your doctor. the staff are not helpful and are very slow and do not care about the patients whom are waiting for their medication. something that should not take more than 5 days took 5 weeks to tell us and still were not able to get it through. read more

I've been coming here since it was a Thrifty. It became Rite Aid, then Longs and now it's a CVS. Their customer service is pretty bad. Their cashiers chit chat with the security guards or regulars and totally ignore the growing lines. It's pretty sad. I avoid coming here in the morning for fear of getting to work late. I only use this CVS for my prescriptions or I wouldn't come here. There are shady people who shop at this one so be careful. They do have a security guard always at the front door (probably to prevent theft). I try to only visit this store during the day time as it's kind of scary at night. The parking lot needs more light. And it's always super packed. The store is normally messy and it seems to take forever to pick up a prescription as usually there's only 1 person working at the register in the pharmacy. There's always a line to check out at the general register as well. But, the store seems to always be stocked of everything you could need. The staff can be pleasant as well. read more

I actually like this pharmacy. But overall, I always got my rx's on time. What I liked about this pharmacy, that they were willing to order me meds from the special care departments. or simply order rare medications that they normally don't carry and I actually got some discounts fro them as compared to other pharmacies. Also they have staff that doesn't turn over with such high rates as other cvs. Less one star for wait and being busy, but at least they are not rude like CVS at LaCienega and Beverly, they try to do their best! read more

New cashier kept rescanning my items bc he was screwing up on the register, I had two bags of chips and when he was moving it back-and-forth he would squeeze it and slam it on the table Instead of placing it down. Furthermore when I asked to enter my CVS membership phone number It took him like a whole minute to figure out how to do it then after I left I realized he didn't even apply the CVS membership discount thing. Poor customer service. Normally there is only one register open and the lines tend to have at least 7 people waiting in line. I try to avoid this CVS and go to Walgreens on Pico/Robertson. Excellent customer service also no/ or very short lines at the register. Unlike CVS, returning items at Walgreens is a smooth process. read more
