Not to mention the attitudes a lot of the employees have sucks. One thing i have to do besides leave this rating is call the corporate office. For some reason they like to fallow me and my family around the store. The last 4 times have been real bad. Im not sure why they fallow us. We look and act just like everyone else in the store. For some reason they harass my oldest daughter she's only 16 but every time she comes with me they follow her and stop following me there's no reason for it they like to profile people I guess. Today my daughter was waiting for fitting room but i was already late to where i had to be so i told her try the shirt on over her other shirt real quick to see if it fit so we could pay and go. That was a problem the woman literally said my daughter couldnt do that and called security, even though there was another woman doing it they said nothing to her. When i check out evrry single time they stand there and stand literally at the =bagging section and watch every move i make. Its very uncomfortable and on topof that we have never done anything to make them stalk us ever. They act like were a bunch of thiefs. We are the farthest thing from that. They should know we are not like that by now. But the harassment is getting worse. I will make a purposefull trip there again this week with camara in hand. Im goingbto record every thing. If need be i will open a claim for harassment and profiling. Ive already spoke to my lawyer. We are ready. This is for the store in general not the pharmacy.

Not five stars because the pharmacy closes for lunch from 1:30-2, and they tend to send vaccine appointments to the secret hiding place and forget about them. At least the stocking was nice and organized, they were not short on staff in the front but the ground might be a different story, but I figured the place must be very secured, a lot of stuffs that were locked inside glass windows were left outside here.

Once checked in it took the tech 3 hours to replace 4 tires?!?! The whole experience is unlike any other Tire service center......they make Discount tire seem like the Taj Mahalo of tire centers. Everything is very cryptic and not transparent. They can't even tell you what measurement they torqued your wheels to your car. No customer service to speak of....tires are great....prices are like $60 lower per tire compared to other reputable tire centers.....guess you need to pay a premium for customer service these days.

Instead, I was treated to a masterclass in inefficiency. Those "few minutes" mutated into half an hour, due to them being locked out of the resister which subsequently mutated into another 45 minutes making me wait here for a total of an hour and 15 minutes The delay was so grotesque I could have driven to a real pharmacy, had my prescription filled, and returned home before these amateurs managed to hand me a single bottle. And the pièce de résistance? After ignoring me long enough to test the limits of human patience, they apologized, then insisted I was "top priority," right before helping five other people ahead of me.
