ZERO regrets here, the pizza was ofc the star of the show, that being said the knots are fabulous. His story and ingredients are real and fresh. I wouldn't have thought anything about it, but he made such a big deal about the generous topping portions and it wasn't. In fact, it was a bit scant. Wife and I had a mini-date tonight, and stopped by this place since I saw it on Instagram. Got 2 pies, a Paniolo and I think a Blanco? Both had amazing crusts, soft and chewy like a fresh baguette. They use some pretty great ingredients like Buffalo mozzarella, homemade venison sausage, Portuguese sausage, Peruvian tomatoes, Pollselli flour. Cooked with that kiawe mesquite wood smoke we grew up with. They were sold out of the venison patte tonight, but we'll be back for it later this week I think. read more

Pizza is absolutely delicious. Have had several different ones and all are great. One issue that keeps me from stopping by more often is the extremely loud music in the waiting/eating area. Too loud to talk over and hurts my ears. I asked nicely to have the volume lowered and it was lowered so little it didn't make any difference. read more

Very disappointed with my first experience, ordered the cowboy pizza and capresse salad. 30 dollars for the pizza which was burnt and the wrong pizza, seemed like they made the vegan then realized it was the wrong and just threw some meat on top. I would love to leave a review about the food, but unfortunately the taste of bad management will never leave my mouth. Watching the owner of this food truck berate and insult their employee insured I'm never returning. It's a small operation, to be frustrated over things is to be expected. But watching you, as the owner, talk down to your employees over minute things is the only thing I'm going to remember from this experience. Having managed employees I understand the frustration that comes with it but the complete disrespect that you showed in the 30 minutes I sat there was completely unacceptable. If you plan on reprimanding your employees maybe do it privately. read more

I cannot give this place ENOUGH stars. I had gone to the food trucks for my regular -- salmon stir fry. I parked in the back and noticed a new food truck I hadn't tried. Just as I glanced over, the owner asked if I was ready for the best pizza of my life. Intrigued-- I walked over. He went back and forth with me on the menu and I decided on the laulau pizza (like wait, what?!?!). I was not ready for this. My world is forever changed. THANK YOU GOD for this angel of a man bringing Maui food worthy of savoring. I ate the whole pizza in one serving.
