Great dog spot with huge variety and ability to make your own. Nice service, friendly staff - took awhile for the dogs to come out, but was definitely worth it.

Pretty solid place to eat when you're drunk on Frenchman street. Got some pretty authentic Chicago style dogs. I added bacon on mine and it was a $2 up charge I think (steep). Unfortunately we did see a roach crawling on the ground but he was a big guy and we were by the door so maybe he just crawled in.

Great little spot with amazing food! The hot dogs and fries were both delicious. Frozen daiquiri's were really tasty too. Service was fast as you order at the counter and the food comes to your table. Happy hour from 4-7pm on weekdays. If you like hot dogs then this is your spot!!!

SUPER yum special, the Mardi Gras dog. We popped in after the parade last weekend. They were slammed, but everyone was welcoming and kept the crowd moving. And the dogs?! Sweet baby in a king cake -- all the yums. We definitely recommend!

Excellent, excellent hot dogs and sausages. We also got the tots topped with "WTF," which is chili, cheese, sour cream, guacamole, tomatoes, and onion. This was the perfect meal to eat after a night of strolling and drinking before heading home.

The Chicago dog was great. This was a great late night stop on the way back to our hotel. However, it took an hour for my friends hotdogs to come out. We ordered back to back so that was a bit frustrating. The hotdog was good overall besides it being cold due to waiting.

Darn good hot dog. Counter service was friendly. Just passing through town and friends I was visiting said this was their go to for darn good dogs. Onion rings were ok would have been better if they were hot. Nice vibe and TVs inside and out for the sporting crowd. I ordered the only dog with Cole slaw and was disappointed in the amount of topping on all of our dogs. The quality of the meats is tops notch but the topping needs some work.

Had the bacon werewolf special and it was pretty damn good. The bun was toasted perfectly with my only complaint being it split in the middle so it fell apart a bit. Personally, I don't love an overstuffed dog/sandwich/burger but the flavors were on point. Oh and the fries were crispy and well seasoned. Service is friendly and nonchalant. All in all worth a stop!

Stopped by The Market at Dat Dog on a super rainy night, and it was pretty empty when I walked in. I was craving a veggie dog and this place had great reviews. You order at the counter, then they bring the food out to wherever you're sitting. Super easy and laid-back. The hot dog was one of the best I've ever had, perfectly cooked, loaded with flavor, and just really satisfying. Service was great too. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I mentioned I have an egg allergy, and they immediately knew which items had eggs and which didn't, which I really appreciated. All around, a delicious meal and great experience. Would definitely go back next time I'm in NOLA!

I'm not a huge hot dog fanatic but man this place hit the spot late night on Frenchman street! They handled the roudy crowds well and was very affordable.

Not a single complaint in the taste category. Even the bun was perfect for such girthy meats and all those toppings!!! It's interestingly decorated with a few comedic relief pieces of decor. The booth seating could be improved but won't deter from enjoying your food. The staff were all present and seemingly doing their own thing while working so not much engagement with them but no complaints either.

Favorite place for a late night bite on Frenchman. 10/10 recommend anything on the menu.

This place is adorable, great music, nice servers, food comes out quickly. The frozen drinks are stellar - I got the blackberry margarita today and it's tasty and not just a slushie, it actually tastes Iike fruit and you can feel the booze but it's not harsh.

The ambiance is lovely, and sitting out on their patio made for the perfect, relaxed New Orleans evening. The highlight of our round of drinks was definitely the Righteous Harlot cocktail. It comes in a beautiful flute and is a stunning bright pink color, mixed with vodka, dragon fruit cordial, St. Germain, and sparkling wine. It was incredibly refreshing and perfectly balanced. We ordered a few different small plates to share around the table. The Scotch Egg was spectacular--perfectly crispy and savory on the outside with a gorgeous, rich jammy yolk inside, served right alongside house-made piccalilli relish. We also tried the Zucchini and Horseradish plate, which was incredibly unique and flavorful. It features a perfectly charred zucchini base loaded with a zesty horseradish cream and topped with beautifully shingles of crisp, fresh zucchini slices. While I didn't get a chance to snap photos of everything else we ate, every single bite was inventive, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The service was fantastic, and the bartenders really know their craft. We highly recommend dropping in for a sophisticated drink and a few excellent bites!

The Apothecary was the cure. We grabbed seats mid bar and before we even finished settling in, there were waters waiting on the bar. That simple move already separated this place from the chaos outside. It's hospitality in its cleanest form: welcome in, take a breath, we got you. Inside is low light and old time apothecary mood, menus like a spellbook, but it's not gimmicky. The bartenders move like they've done the reps. Calm. Precise. No frantic showboating, no syrupy cover ups, no sloppy pours even with the parade energy banging on the door. We ordered two and they were both dead on. Alchemist Elixir: pea flower gin, elderflower liqueur, fresh lemon. It shows up pale violet with an orchid on the rim and yes it's pretty, but it's also disciplined. Corpse Reviver #2: local gin, Lillet Blanc, Grand Marnier, absinthe, fresh lemon. Cold, crisp, citrus first, then the herbal edge and just enough absinthe to remind you what city you're in. Served in a textured coupe with a cherry skewer, details handled like they actually matter. Outside, the streets were selling amnesia in plastic souvenir cups. Oysters came out super warm on a thin bed of rock salt. Unfortunately we sent them back and we neeeeever send back a plate. Next round came out and tbh they were just off. Not properly cleaned, shells in the bed, warm, grainy, shells were dirty. No cocktail sauce either. Disappointed :/ Got the seafood nachos. Those weren't too bad. Fish was pretty mild in flavor. The balance was off tho. Too much cheese drowning everything. Chips were crazy salty. Not an even coating on the plate. But overall it worked out. Just needs balance! Sandwich was good for my partner. Bread was a little dry but it was fine. Arugula was dressed nicely. Server Rocky was great. She handled our oyster send back well. Accidentally dropped off the wrong check to us but fixed it quick. She was also the only one working the floor. Taking orders, running food and drinks, bussing. She had a lot to do and did her best to balance it all.
