I went on a Wednesday evening around 6 and it was pretty busy but the orders came out quick. Online ordering wasn't available at the Dublin location yet (bummer) but hoping it'll be up soon. Listen to the voicemail and don't expect them to answer your phone orders...or questions regarding if there's fat on the chicken before being battered and fried... (hence I had to physically go to DHC) I got Dave's #1: 2 tenders and fries- tenders are large and filling. Juicy, definitely not dry and there's multiple spice levels. I got extra hot... and now I need Pepto.. kidding, ya girl can handle her heat levels. Nothing special about the fries, your basic crinkle cut but they did taste like relish or pickles and guess what, they were sitting on top of sliced pickles, no wonder! Lol. The meal also comes with 2 pieces of regular sliced white bread, trust me if you get extra hot your a** will be thanking the bread, mmm k. Oh! I have gotten hot on many different occasions and have had to taste with just the right amount of hotness but others times had the hot level taste more on the medium side. Part of this could be due to the real ingredients used and the variations of chilies used. I may be overly sensitive to cumin but that alone prevents me from going back. The other thing is, DAMN that's a-lot of trash for a dine in order. Fantastic. Best fast food fried chicken in the East Bay. I also love how hot some of their options are. I personally like the Extra Hot and one day I want to try the Reaper option. Order from their app for rewards and cheaper options as opposed to using delivery apps. The ONLY negative is that they actually did NOT give me cheese in the sandwich I paid extra for.
