My first time here, i waited in line for an hour at 10pm. Worth every moment of waiting. Worth every penny. I go medium every time! I never add cheese, and the tenders with honey *chef's kiss*. Second time, same thing, so good! They're fries are really good too, but eat them right when you get them, so they are crispy and hot (you know, like most good fries are). The portions are a good size for the price i paid too. I recommend the #3. The staff is really nice, patient, and helpful. After hearing so many good things about Dave's I decided to finally try it and it did not disappoint. I got one medium slider and fries because I wasn't sure what to expect. I could've gone up one spice level, but the medium was great too! Its an enjoyable heat level with seasoning. The customer service was exceptional. The young man helping me was kind and enthusiastic. First time on a Saturday night and it was not bad. Went inside and we were next in line. Staff is friendly. We ordered the two tenders entree and the slider + tender entree. The entrees come with their own fries, pickles, and Dave's sauce. It took a while for our order to come out, they have speakers outside on the patio. Tenders 4/5: The chicken tender pieces were huge and the seasonings were embedded in the breading. The breading was not too thick. The medium level was the perfect amount of spice. Slider 3.5/5: It wasn't anything special. It's definitely a lot of food, so I recommend sharing with someone and just add on a tender or side if you don't really have a big appetite. read more

We recently visited the Menifee location in California and we enjoyed the meal, but we were concerned about the rats that we saw in the video. There was multiple of them under garbage can. A lot of people open the doors throughout the day and we're concerned for our health. We just want to bring this to your attention, we just think it's very unsanitary. read more

Appreciated her help, wish I remembered her name. I ordered a number 2 (2 sliders with fries). I got the hot sandwich and the reaper (the hottest one). My boyfriend ordered medium and hot. French fries and mac n cheese. Medium Sandwhich: We got this just in case the other sandwhiches were too hot. Wanted to get something where we could enjoy our sandwhich if all else fails. This was perfect description of medium for us. Has a kick but not so spicy! Hot Sandwhich: We have a high spice tolerance. This is the perfect balance between spicy spicy and not spicy. It has so much flavor. We would probably order this again for next time. Reaper Sandwhich: I'm impressed with the level of spice this is. It only made our mouth numb the first 30 second and yes our noses were dripping but it's eatable, still has flavor and spice is a 10. We put honey and their special sauce on it and I think that's what made it bearable. I would definitely order this again! Aqa Mac n Cheese: it's not special! But I like that you can add a spice to it. The spice is a seasoning than saucy. Fries were good! The Dave's sauce was also just ok, taste wise, seems like just mayo. Love the chicken sandwiches here!!! The texture is different then a canes or epic wings. But in a good way!!! You don't see the crevices in the tenders because the seasoning gets into it and it is soooooo good!!! I will update with a picture next time a I go. Thank you read more

Just cut our meal short because of our experience. Employee that was taking orders went around to clean the lobby (cool). Except for the fact that he felt the need to literally slam every metal chair he pushed in. And then when cleaning/wiping the tables, was spraying the cleaning solution while still 3 feet away from the table resulting in a extremely strong chemical smell because it was splashing off of the tables RIGHT NEXT TO people eating! One of the times was right across from a toddler eating and we finally got up and left. We were definitely reminded why we take things to go. Hard to find NORMAL service nowadays. read more

Pros: Spice meter is on point Pros: Quick, hot, fresh service Pros: Kids lived the mac n cheese Cons: Fries were nasty Cons: The chicken with zero spice was flavorless Cons: I ordered again tonight, and it wasn't the same. The food is alright. The chicken is flavored with Cajun seasoning, same with the fries, so it gets old quick. Also, I selected medium heat which translates to no heat at all. For what it is the price is kind of high. Compared to Chick-fil-a, Dave's is not as good and is more expensive. On top of it customer service is lacking. The cashier Evenie was very short with me. I guess it bothered her that I asked for ranch and they don't serve it. I apologize, it was my first time there. Overall I would not go out of my way to eat here again. Terrible experience with customer service. They gave a lot of attitude during the free slider event on 10/24. They also didn't let anybody know in line that they will stop serving the free slider at 9pm. Of course I wouldn't mind paying but the thing is we've waited for a hour to be disappointed and greeted with horrible experience and attitude from staff. Manager also was rude and didn't let anybody in line know about the deal ending. They all need better training, as well as needing to clear up the trash cans overfilling the inside and outside of the restaurant. read more

Okay first off, just like I tell everybody else... it's just chicken. Don't get too excited. The parking lot is tiny. It is very clean and has nice employees. The bathrooms were clean. It was very easy to read and understand the menu. The chicken was decent, had a nice flavor. I got the "hot" version and it was tasty, not too hot. The sliders were good, not greasy at all. It's very pricey for just chicken. Also, it turns me off when the person at the register slides the screen around to solicit tips. It's just fast food. I would have given 4 stars but the price and tips were a bummer. I might come back some day if I had a craving but the price will likely keep me away. read more

Had to see what all the hype was About. Stopped in for some Dave's and was pleasantly surprised. Chicken was crispy and moist. The tenders served over the bread was a fun surprise for my kiddos. They split the number one. I will say a con on all three meals ordered, fry boats were rather empty. I would literally say 10 fries. They went real cheap on the fries, real cheap. We needed to order a side of fries and even that was skimpy. If ordering to go, I would say get slaw on the side. I could see how that would get soggy. My daughter inhaled the Mac and cheese, but very saucy. Needs a spoon to eat, but she loved it. For those comparing this to canes.... THIS BLOWS CANES OUT OF THE WATER. We will be back. read more
