Went here the other night, about 1 am. Smh, it was quite annoying. Not just to me but, I saw other customers visibly disgusted. We ordered a simple cheese burger meal and mozzarella sticks. The fries were like wood and the cheese Stix under cooked. By the time they came back with the fries the burger was cold. Seem like they had 3 ppl there. They couldn't handle the crowd although, they tried. I ordered some to go and they forgot to put the order in. I was there another 45 mins. Next time IHOP. Not practicing social distancing during a pandemic. Everybody waiting in the little area they have when you walk in. Not telling people to wait in your car and we will text you when your table is ready. Nothing. Using silverware instead of plastic ware. Salt and pepper shakers instead of individual packets. Server was very nice and friendly kept checking on us. Haven't been here for a long while and remembered why I stopped going. I had an unbelievable experience at this Denny's yesterday. We sat down and our waitress took our drink order and brought our tea. She took our order and then told us they only had two training cooks in the back (no one training them) and asked us to be patient. I had no problem with that. After a half hour she came to our table and informed us that "no one showed them how to cook eggs, and that they only cooked one piece of chicken. (it comes with two pieces) My husband had seen our plates in the window for some time before she came to inform us of these errors. I cancelled everything and left. But really, who hires someone who can't cook an egg at a restaurant known for breakfast? And if you can't manage to cook an egg then you probably can't cook at all. Why would you have two people in the kitchen who can't cook? Never again! read more

Ok. So If I could in facts give zero stars. I would. We arrived at Denny's at 4:55 am 3/7/2021. We walked in and two gentlemen were paying to leave. We were told they would be right with us. There was one other couple in the restaurant eating. Keep in mind we had a long day yesterday and woke up at 4am thinking ohhhh let's go get a Grand slam. Well that is not what happened. So she wipes down a table, and tells us, " let me serve this table I'll be right with you" ,so we wait. She proceeds to help them. Then walk to the back and start wiping down more tables. We haven't been spoken too since she told us she would help the table real quick. She then proceeds to fix up another table. Responds to the cooks joking about their day off. Then look at us (I'm looking dead at her) and walk to another table to wipe it down. At this point I look at my husband and say please let's go somewhere else. If this is any clue as to the type of service we are getting here. I can already tell you I'm gonna be mad. So we are now at IHOP. Drinking coffee and talking about this ridiculous experience! The kitchen is severely understaffed. I went for an early lunch. The restaurant wasn't that busy. I ordered the super bird and onion rings. It took 35 minutes before my sandwich arrived. The sandwich was good and warm, however, the wait was ridiculous. Hope they get staff soon. read more

Completely remodeled inside. Looks new. New chairs, tables, flooring, all looked really good. Restrooms were also clean. Seated and order taken quickly even though very crowded. Chapelle, our waitress, never let out coffee cups get too low and gave us just the right amount of attention. Very pleasant and professional. Food was all very good, hot, flavorful, and just the right quantity. I had a beef skillet which was very good. As Denny's go, this one is top notch . I will definitely be back. read more

This was the worst experience at a Denny's! They put an inexperienced waiter(he told us) to wait on our party of 12. While taking our drink order, he took the order of the table next to ours (a party of 2). Once he got our drink orders it took him 30 minutes to bring our drinks. He took our food orders, but it was only after we waited for an hour for our food and complained, that they started bringing our food. Then they only brought out a few plates at a time. In total it took over 2 hours for everyone in our party to be served. It wasn't extremely busy, and there were staff members standing around talking to each other instead of doing their job. We realized that it wasn't just our waiters fault, ultimately the manager's fault because she should be aware of how her shift is going and which employee should be where. We were not the only group to complain, so it was obviously a case of the incompetence of the manager at that time. However, we were basically told that we had to deal with the situation and nothing was done to compensate for the horrible service. read more

This was my kiddos' choice for lunch. If there is one thing I've learned having 4 kids -- respect the eating establishments that get the food out quickly. Bonus points if they offer to get the kids' orders first. They did not offer that here. The food is okay. I will say we ordered chips and salsa (to quickly get something on the table) and I'm still not sure what showed up at our table. The chips were literally drowning in oil. It was not pleasant as the toddlers wanted them -- and mommy didn't want them to get oil everywhere. My hubby had the pot roast sandwich and it was very, very good. My burger (I can't recall the name, but it had "fire" in the name) was just that -- a fire! Very good. The kids meals were fine -- they ordered breakfast meals, which Denny's knows how to do. We arrived on a Friday morning round 9ish, 1 manager, 1 server n I believe 2 cooks. There were literally 6 occupied tables, we waited n waited n waited....finally got to host (manager), how long is the wait?! 15-20 minutes!!! I can see why, 1 server!!
