Very unsatisfied with the service received, No hospitality whatsoever! Full glass of water accidentally spilled and we asked for a rag for clean up and was given 1 napkin. Spoke with manager informing him of only receiving one napkin and he ended up giving us a stack of napkins and went back to sweeping. When I placed order, they left out an item. I had the manager Eli personally come and deliver to our home what was needed to replace along with some complementary stuff. The manager here, ELI is the worst... No customer service. I ordered a regular Club Sandwich insetead of the Cali Club... Sandwich came and it had no bacon. I told my server, and out of nowhere, Eli yells "only the Cali Club comes with bacon, regular Club does not" I was in disbelief because in my almost 40 years of life, never have i ever heard of a Club Sandwich not having bacon! I told him every Dennys or restaurant Ive ever been to, my Club Sandwich comes with bacon.. His reply was, "Well Not This One".. This all was on top of other mistakes with our food. Exelent service by our first server, but after she went to lunch, no other server came to ask if we needed something, we wait for more than 30 minutes to see if someone came because we wanted a box but nothing happened, they are the servers they are supposed to ask how is everyone doing or if they need something no matter if is not their area. read more

Place is good but has the worst management ever. I think his name is Alex that's what they told me. While ordering my food I got stung by a bee at the table. My wife went to ask him if Alex had something to take out the stinger in my finger. He said ok and never came back. Got my food ate half felt kinda dizzy by now my finger was swollen. Didn't finish my food boxed it up and paid. He still never came back and said anything. Imagine if I was allergic it would of been all bad. Stinger still stuck in my finger. Haven't been here in a while since then everything is much better. The taste is different. The drinks have more taste. The peppers are actually spicy. The waiters are awesome. Our wait time for our food was 5 to 10 minutes. The vibe was good. read more

This is my neighborhood's Denny's and they have never done ya wrong in these 2 years we've been coming. Today we were served by Jeffery and he doesn't know it yet but I'll be asking for him every time now He was so attentive and polite. Took that extra step for us and looked through boxes to see if he could find more kids cups. That really impressed me. He was patient with my kids and even got down to their level to take their order ( I'm trying to teach them to order for themselves). This Denny's is always clean and the restrooms well stocked. The food comes out no later than 15 minutes after we place our orders. I love that. When you have kids, you know starving kids waiting for their food is NO FUN!! I've never had a parking issue here either. They have plenty of room and there is no far away spots. read more

Every time I go to this Dennys, it's truly disappointing. Our visit on March 8, 2023 was no different, my drink was wrong, no refills were given. Burger was not as ordered and my BLT only had a small amount of mayo on 1 slice of bread, side was wrong. When my replacement onion rings arrived they were soggy and cold. Total for this was $32.56. The customer service is either exceptional or simply awful, there is no in between and no consistency. Just depends on who the server is and manager on duty. The hostess at the front was not friendly or welcoming, but some of the servers, such as Kristen, carry the weight of the less customer friendly associates. The food is always fresh, for a Denny's.
