I visit this place quiet often only because it's the closest boba shop from my house. Their monster boba latte tasted nothing like it did before. Came here once before, all of our drinks were super chunky with ice which we've never had them like that anywhere else (not good for sensitive teeth). We asked to get them to plz re-blended the drinks, they did it but with an attitude. Today we came in because we go to the optometrist in the same shopping center. I asked the cashier (the curly haired mullet person) if we can get them well blended, and of course attitude, even rolled their eyes. As fellow business owner, I would either increase these kids pay, or clean house and hire employees with good attitudes. read more

I had a great experience in a location I found in San Diego so I had to look for a location near my home and so I found this place. It's pretty busy, but they don't give you or have the options of sugar you want on your drink. It would be nice if they all had that option since regular sugar can be too sweet. Staff is very nice so that's a plus. I have gone 2 days in a row and they had the same problem. If you are paying with cash just know they don't have change to give back. Let me start by saying I love this place. I come here at least every other week (sometimes more) however it's very dissapointing that they ALWAYS run out of ice for blended drinks. Customer service is okay, but last time I called they didn't pick up until my 3rd call and then I was placed on hold (I hung up because I decided at this point I no longer wanted a boba). I was in the area and had to stop at the ATM next door only to see there was no customers inside, very dissapointing. read more

I come here often with my grandchildren, they always get fun unique drinks but I stick with the Brown Sugar Coffee with, it's amazing! Would definitely recommend trying this little shop out if you're looking for something new and refreshing. read more

I was having a date near by this place. Was feeling thirsty and came by for a drink. I ordered the kumquat tea and it was really good. The service was on point. The cashier, she was super sweet and friendly. She made sure that my drink would come out perfectly fine. My fav dingtea so far. Love this place. Their black iced tea with aloe Vera is very refreshing. The service is great, very polite and friendly.

The staff is friendly. I love their board games, and cute decor. My only complaint is how inconsistent the quality of the drinks is. It's a hit or miss. This place doesn't have Regular black boba. Moreover their golden and crystal boba tastes very bad specially the golden one. I have tried their couple of drinks and all of them were disappointing. I am a boba tea drink fanatic but this one in Fontana have a Poor service. Pre-ordered 30plus different boba tea drink online for nurses appreciation.......waited for an hour to be delivered via grubhub, only to received the order without no boba straws to use. I called and was asked to send someone to pick up the straws.... whats the point of using grubhub and pay for it when i will be needing to pick up the straws? DUH! ...... Her excuse (they're too busy)! Her suggestion, place an order again via grubhub and they will send a bunch of straws--- and will be refund for that 1 boba. Do they even realized how much food delivery cost? So i waited another 30-45 minutes to get the straws and meanwhile all those boba drinks were waiting and ice melting--- so bottomline, boba drink taste too watery from all those melted ice.... and will not recommend this place. read more

I called to place my order and was told it would ready in five minutes, and it was! It was my first time at this location so I ordered a Thai Tea with Golden boba as an introduction. Prices are good, but the drinks are inconsistent. I went here for the first time and ordered a Mango Yogurt, which was SUPER GOOD. Like I loved it a lot a lot, so when I came back to order it again, it wasn't that good but it was passable. I came back again hoping for the experience of the first time I was there, but it still wasn't as good. I think I need to change up my drink, or just go somewhere else where the drinks will always taste the same. read more

So happy that there's a Ding Tea in our area! We usually have to go to the Riverside or Chino Hills locations but now we can go to the Fontana one! My boyfriend and I went to this location last night and they were very busy, which is good to see! Although they were busy they got our order right. My boyfriend got the hokkaido Milk tea (coffee) and he loved it. He wished he would have gotten the large instead of regular. I've been going here for the past 2 years & always loved it, the service was great, as well as ordering through phone. I finally, recently, got all my stamps filled in my stamp card & was looking forward to getting my free drink. I think there's a new employee but she was working cashier that day & was VERY rude. She said " what can I get for you" and I was super excited & said "oh let me pull out my stamp card really quick", she took my stamp card really quickly, she didn't even look at it, rolled her eyes & said "What can I get for you" louder & with a tone that was undeniably rude, as if I didn't hear her the first time. My mood instantly flipped and was kind of disappointed... I gave her my card so she can tell me what my free drink consisted of not to make me feel belittled.. mind you I always enjoyed the service, so this was definitely a shock. Like did she really roll her eyes?... I think she felt dumb because she didn't even acknowledge the card until I asked her what am I allowed to get.... but instead of apologizing she played it off. I didn't complain, I was nervous & shaken up a little so I honestly didn't want to start drama. I hope she can be more mindful of the way she speaks to customers, some of us are having a great day... idk if I'll be coming back. I'd rather go to Tea Love down Sierra good luck y'all. read more

do not recommend. been a regular at this place for about 6 months and i 100% will not go back. the first negative experience ive had they gave me the wrong order. i ordered a milk tea boba but they charged me for the milk tea latte. when i got the order, it said "black tea". i told them about it and one employee laughed at me. the second time i went, it was pretty busy and a long line formed. i was at the end and eventually, i was getting three more people behind me. i overheard the lady in front of me being told that they were currently out of golden boba, which is their only "regular" boba. she walked away empty handed. i came up to the desk and ask why there isnt a sign saying theyve ran out of boba. they not only wasted our time in a long ass line, but they ran out of the thing theyre most known for. thats like wing stop running out of wings and them letting people wait im line for 30 minutes just to let them know. utterly unprofessional. not only did the lady in front of me leave empty handed, i did, the man behind me and the man behind him did as well. it's clear that everyone in that line went to a boba shop for boba. ran by a bunch of irresponsible 16 year olds. its honestly their fault for losing a whole line of customers. edit and response to owner: it was 1pm. they were open for two hours. it's not the boba im mad about. it's the waste of time we went through. your employees are trash and they need to put up SIGNS. read more
