The pizza itself is really good with great flavor, though I'd recommend skipping the hot honey drizzle, I got it on the side and wasn't a fan, but the pie stands perfectly on its own. The Ranch is also good. The wings were absolute fire, specifically the Original and Mango Habanero. They were cooked perfectly, though they could honestly use a bit more spice/heat for that extra kick. The only thing missing from the experience? They HAVE to add French fries to the menu! The only thing that saves this place is their food, but their customer service on the other hand is a disaster. To start off, it seems like it's impossible to get through the land line to place an order for pickup. It's been twice now where I place my order in store and I feel like they lie to me about the status of my order or they just simply don't know how to give estimates on the timing for orders. They'll give me an estimate of 20-30 minutes and once I follow up after waiting 30 minutes they'll tell me that my order is barely being worked on. At this point, I'm convinced they probably hand my order to another person. Sad to say I won't be giving this place my business any more. read more

Ate here regularly since it opened, but today was last day I do that. Been eating once a week and initially was not charged for ranch or jalapenos. About a month or two ago they started charging me 1$ for each and I figured that was fine, all things considered, although a buck each is kind of much for a few jalapenos and small cup of ranch. Today they decided to charge me 1.50. feeling nickel and dimed and don't think anyone likes that. You might want to reconsider pushing people away that regularly dine at your establishment, especially considering how dead this place is every time I'm in there and the pizza is mediocre (just convenietly located). Ordered a pizza to go, just a dirty pepperoni. Pizza didn't have any hot honey like they said it does. I think it's true to for being bar pizza. Place was cool, pink sauce is ranch and it was pretty tasty but the pizza had not flavor too it, just grease, some interesting fitting cheese and crust that was burnt crispy in some sections. Wasn't worth the money to me, wouldn't do the pizza again. Maybe something else or just a good spot to enjoy drinks. read more

The pizza is really good. I think there is a lot of good pizza places in Long Beach and after my first experience here I would put this in the top tier. At first glance the prices may seem a little high, but the Large is plenty for 4+ people, so it's a good bargain. The restaurant space is super cool, in a pretty good location, and even has a walk up window on the side of the building. In the future I hope they get fountain drinks and maybe start doing slices.....it's kind of hard to eat here by yourself read more

They only had Dasani water bottles which was ok but then when I asked for regular water, was tild, they didnt have any..and then also got charged for the bottled water, that i never asked for.
