Mediocre pizza. One was burnt to a crisp and the other mostly just crust. At 30 a pop for an individual pizza, it's way over priced and over hyped. And the wait time for two pizzas was an hour and 15 minutes. Was so excited to try it but won't be back. Ambience was nice. Food was extremely okay.. I got the avocado salad which was heavily dressed, I regretted not getting dressing on the side and the "smash burger" which was not a Smashburger at all, it was just a regular burger that seemed like a preformed patty. But the worst part about the experience was the service. I sat at the bar and the bartender was so rude on several different occasions. I'm not sure what I did to offend him, maybe he was having a bad night, but that's not my fault. I will say that the hostess was extremely sweet but that's not enough to bring me back. Fantastic pizza, though a little overpriced. Cocktails could be mixed more generously (very low bourbon content in the "Bourbon & Bells"). Service was friendly and attentive. Strangely, they were keeping the doors open on one side despite it being hot, rainy, and oppressively humid outside, which rendered half of the place sticky and uncomfortable, but we were fortunately seated on the opposite side in the cooler, more conditioned area. Despite it being a bit pricey for the quantity/size of food that you get for the money, the quality is superb, so I will certainly be back. Though perhaps not until autumn. read more

Great pizza, will order again. Very seamless curbside pickup process. The runner came out to hand me the pizza pretty much right on time. The only thing that was a little odd was that I ordered a Margherita pizza, and it had all the normal Margherita toppings, but it was definitely not Neapolitan style. Just had lunch at this cool new place. We sat at the bar and Jason was our bartender and he also took our order. Fun guy. My 12 year old said the mozzarella sticks were the best ones she's ever had! She also loved the Detroit style margherita pizza. My husband had a hand tossed mushroom kale pizza which was very good too. Chicken tenders were crispy and flavorful (especially with the two dipping sauces). I had the Ingredient salad with crispy chicken - nice size, fresh and very tasty. A spicy frozen margarita was strong (in a good way!). Great location in Green Hills, parking in the adjacent parking garage. Professional service. Restroom was clean too. We will be back! read more

Attempted to eat here last night. I know that this restaurant is fairly new, but that is no excuse for poorly trained staff and horrible customer service interactions. The hostess did not know how to navigate their seating application, and despite numerous empty tables, claimed that they were full. She was rude and condescending, generally just a bad attitude. My wife and I visited Doughbird for lunch. The pepperoni pizza we ordered was thin crust; we judged it as slightly above average. We had what the menu described as "Lemon Meringue Pie" for dessert. The pie did have meringue, but it was definitely not a true lemon meringue: it was lemon icebox pie with a blackberry compote. The pie was just ok; we would not order it again. Our server was excellent; she was attentive but did not hover. If you decide to dine at Doughbird bring your noise cancelling headphones; the place is deafening. read more

Completely surprised this place is going downhill. We loved it at first. It was so bad we walked out. We went last Sunday at 11:40 am and I ordered a half roasted chicken. The portions were much smaller than used to be, first of all. My chicken was refrigerator cold with some hot spots throughout. My husband ordered the salad with roasted chicken. There was 1/2 the usual portion of salad and two shreds, not even the size of one chicken nugget total in there. It's ridiculous that it's a $18 salad with no protein and very little salad. He didn't eat a bite to show the waitress it had no chicken and mine was cold leftovers. She understood and took the chicken back. We had asked for a manager, but no one came. After waiting for quite awhile and no one ever coming back to the table we just walked out. The shocking thing was that we were left sitting at the table with no follow up. As we were leaving the manager decided to tell us they were remaking the chicken, but she never addressed the salad. Needless to say we will never be back and it's only a 7 minute walk from our house and we used to be good customers. read more

Had lunch at doughbird at the bar post shopping in green hills and loved it! The staff was super friendly and the service was quick. It was a beautiful day in Nashville so they had the big window/doors open which brought in a nice breeze into the restaurant. It's beautifully decorated and has a unique fast casual vibe. I ordered the spicy blackberry margarita which that alone would bring me back here. I then ordered the truffle cheese bread and the chopped salad. Both were incredible & reminded me of chopped salads I get in New Jersey. Would definitely come back here! read more

Overall just a very average meal when we we're expecting so much on our first visit. Appetizers were good - hummus, brussel sprouts and shishito peppers. Roasted chicken was fine, but nothing unique. It's a nice restaurant in that you can get healthy food and vegetarian food pretty easily. Not a lot of places have food that's so healthy. I got the ingredients salad last night, as I have gotten it previously, but this time it was different. Three stars and not five because the sweet potatoes were very mushy and the quinoa, assuming that's what it was supposed to be, was in little strange balls. Honestly, it was very disappointing in that I have gotten this salad many times and have loved it. They kind of fell short last night. Typically the service is a little slow but very very good, the front of house staff is so nice! Wanted to give a three star review because I just think it should've been better last night. read more

Their food is really good when you get it. We've been here 2 times. The first time was midday on a weekday. Not busy. We ordered the chicken tenders and 2 pizzas. Waited over 40 minutes for our food. Our server wasn't very attentive either. Only offered my husband for a drink refill when we got our check and forgot the side of sauce for my tenders twice. The second time we waited 15 minutes and wasn't even approached by our server. We took it as an indication that our food would take as long as last time or even longer. So we decided to leave and probably won't be back again. read more

The food was amazing well seasoned and the Butterscotch cake is a must try. The device was wonderful from the hostess to the waiter it was top tier and you could feel their warmth.
