I give this review 3 stars and all the credit for that goes to Jonathon Quevedo. He was an excellent sales man. I personally give him a 5 star rating. He was very knowledgeable on the truck I was there to buy which was a 2018 GMC Sierra. He was very personable and patient. We communicated via email & text all before we arrived. We tried to do our part to make things an easy sale and get things all worked out for us to be in and out within a hour. He fulfilled his parts and we did ours before arriving by filling out the credit app sending docs ect. We went ahead and got there and got a fair offer on our trade in too. This is where the review drops 1 star. Finance, Lenny think his name was cost us the deal. We showed up to buy the truck, planned to leave with it and planned to buy a warranty but couldn't make it past the original quote of $5600!! I've been around dealerships a long time and have lots of friends/family who still work at dealers. I've bought 8 new vehicles never had this type of experience. I came here because they had exactly what I wanted. Lenny was a very passive aggressive guy. A couple statements he made that bothered me were. "I'm supposed to be out of here in 10 mins" and that wasn't necessary. Finance shouldn't be rushed. As we were negotiating on their extended warranty he said "fine then don't buy it" and moved on to finish paperwork and showed he didn't care and was rushing. I touched back on the warranty topic because we did want it but we wanted only to pay $4000. He told me his cost was $3,400 and I said I'm willing to pay $4000 let's do it and be done. They were already going to make good money on my trade in. They were going to make some money on the truck and were going to make some money on the warranty just not full pop. I've been sold multiple warranties as cost and I wasn't even asking for that from them. He had once dropped price which was ok'd by the sales manager. I the asked him to get $4000 approved and he said "no I already asked once I'm not asking again" that was very rude. I then walked over to the sales manager to talk. This is where the review loses another star. The sales manager Cristian I think his name was. Maybe hasn't been a manager too long how he handled whole situation. I have friends and family who are GM's and sales managers over large dealerships like this one. The way Cristian handled the situation was bad. All he did was back up the guy Lenny and follow his lead. Apparently their GM was on vacation so the sales manager was able to "sign off for the GM." When I approached the sales manager I told him don't let me walk away over $400. We had the front end of deal locked in, truck was washed and gassed up, our stuff was in the new truck and we planned to leave with it. We chose to cancel and leave. At the end I was giving them the opportunity to not let us walk and cover the $400 difference because no one showed us the car fax and told us about the Damage reported until the end. The manager asked "no one went over this with you" and I said no. So I asked if they will agree to our difference but the sales manager responded "i can't." The manager could barely speak up when I was asking him questions. I asked who makes the decision and Lenny said "we do" then I asked Manager "is it WE or is it YOU" and then he said "the GM makes the final decision." They wouldn't call because the GM was on vacation. A good sales manager would attempt to make me a happy customer and not waste everyone's time. They were going to make money on the trade in which was $6,000 below market value. They could have sold that with a high interest rate not the buy rate, extended warranty and possible trade in. A good sales manager would have ATTEMPTED to resolved the issue but all he said was "it has to make sense" multiple times. When I asked what does that mean and he replied "it has to make sense to make money" that wasn't a good response. Things were very tense there was no offer for a resolution at all there was no attempt to keep us there and no attempt to keep us from walking and close the deal. I think pride kept them from closing the deal and But the choice was listen to Lenny and "his commission" as the sales manager said. So I'm sorry i was asking for him to take a lower commission but he's rather make no commission. They chose to let us walk. It was about 8:15 pm when we left so it's not like we kept them there late. We drove 45 mins to this dealer on a week day and you woulda thought they would close a deal since things are were slow. read more

This was the easiest car buying experience I've had. MJ set up an appointment, had the car waiting for me when I got there, and spent as much time with me as I needed. I never felt rushed. All of this good will could have been used up when it came time to talk numbers, but it was quite the opposite. I came in with a number in my head for the price and my trade-in, and MJ's first offer was what I hoped to get in a perfect world. You cannot beat that. Overall, this dealership is very clean and welcoming, and MJ was an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this place. read more

Ramon Martinez - My nerves were already bad and I was annoyed and just irritable that I was buying another car after not having a payment in years. I hate going to dealerships and dealing with the swarms of salespeople....lol... But Ramon from the beginning eased my nerves and assured me that the process of getting the Enclave that I wanted wouldn't be much trouble and it wasn't. From test driving the car to getting the keys, Ramon was knowledgeable, patient and extremely helpful. Surprisingly, this was only his second week on the job but he was great like he'd been there for years. He asked us throughout the process if we wanted water and tended to our every need. I kinda expect great service before writing the check for my 2018 Buick Enclave, but I didn't expect equally great customer service post-sale. I bought my 2017 GMC truck in Fremont, but had I know what great service was provided in Dublin, I would have bought in Dublin! Not all goes well when you buy a new vehicle and some times things go wrong, but how a dealership handles it says a lot about them. I had a few problems with my truck and needed to speak with the service manager, Rick. He was helpful, pleasant to deal with and resolved the problems. He set me up with Ivan as my service advisor and Ivan is helpful, follows up, and gives good service. I had problems with a klunking steering column, diesel engine shuttering, sqeeky suspension off road and a seat cover that separated at a seam. They provide shuttle service while you wait, when is appreciated. I cannot be happier at this dealership and can recommend it highly! read more

I wasn't planning on buying a car today, but I did...and the team at Dublin Buick GMC made it so effortless. I was just "browsing" Autotrader when I stumbled upon an incredible deal on a Buick Encore. I submitted the online inquiry and received a call back from Miquel within 5 minutes! He confirmed the vehicle was still available and invited me in for a test drive. I arrived later that day and was immediately greeted by JR. I asked for Miquel and he quickly went to find him. Miquel was with another customer, so JR took over. He was super friendly and informative, answering all of my questions. The test drive was smooth and I was excited about the "possibility" of buying this car. So I just went for it. The approval process was quick and painless and that's when JR introduced me to Raul, the finance manager, that thoroughly went over the purchase agreement and associated paperwork.
