Made an online appointment for the airbag recall on my truck. Got there and there was a line of 4 people and slow as crap employees. After a short time one employee came out to take my keys and his stupid @$$ left my vehicle running for 10-15 minutes while checking in. When I saw this I seriously thought about just leaving and going to another dealer. My truck could have been stolen!There were several other cars nearby parked with the windows down that someone could steal items from! After leaning against my truck for several minutes some employee comes out looking for a vehicle and I said "my -------- truck has been sitting here running for at least 10mins" then my truck was moved up several times and parked. I had a 8am appointment and by now it's atleast 45mins. later. Was told if I needed a ride back I have to wait 45mins. Not 10mins later after I arraigned for a ride the driver asked if I needed a ride home? I replied not anymore! Someone in the service department called me but never left a message telling me my truck was done so I went there and said someone called me and didn't leave me a message so I assumed my truck was done? The three reps said nothing just one took me outside gave my keys tried to make small talk and left to finish his In & Out.I had to pull my truck out of a cramped parking space! Thank you Riaz and Joe(s) for restoring my faith in auto dealerships and in humanity! I went into DUBLIN Buick GMC to check out a specific truck (Sierra 1500, White, Crew Cab & 4x4). I already had a salty taste in my mouth from a non caring salesman from another lot. During this time my wife was within a few days of expected delivery for our newest addition to the family (meaning I didn't have much time to hang out at the dealership and haggle). I literally test drove the truck, filled out an application and had to go. Riaz Sayed was the person that took care of me. He was patient enough to negotiate and work out a great deal with me via text messaging while we were playing the waiting game in the delivery room. On the day my daughter was born, Riaz sent me a text message with another good bit of news. I had been approved for the loan we spoke about. I informed him I couldn't leave the hospital for the next few days, what does he do? He got the truck delivered with a full tank to the hospital and we finished paperwork in the lobby, so I could be present for my family the entire time. Fast forward to the following week, I take my truck to get some after market off road wheels, and they scoffed asking why I needed 4x4 wheels on a 2WD truck?! I confirmed with Riaz that the truck I did indeed purchase was not a 4x4! It turns out that somewhere in our text messaging there was a miscommunication when I used the word "basic". I immediately lost 100% interest in the new truck I had been driving for the last week. Joe Mesa (General Manager) called me and asked what is it that could be done to gain my trust back after the mishap. I simply said to replace my truck with another one that covered all my asks (Sierra 1500, White, Crew Cab & 4x4). He did his magic and found exactly what I was looking for. He had it delivered OVERNIGHT to their dealership from Watsonville, CA (about 90 miles). I come back the next day during my lunch break and return the truck that I had been driving with an empty tank and 480 miles on the clock. Riaz sincerely apologized for the misunderstanding. We test drove the new truck and he along with Joe (financing) worked their magic with numbers. I was expecting to pay $40-$60 more monthly for the 4x4 but instead the team worked it all out for me to only pay $2 more a month for the truck of my dreams. On top of that Riaz put in another full tank! If you multiply the $2/ month by the amount of months of the terms of my loan the full tank already paid off the $2 difference. Where else have you heard of an auto dealership that would replace a 2WD truck, empty tank (-$100), 480 miles with a brand new 4x4 truck, full tank (+$100)? Nowhere!! Here are a couple of things they've said to me throughout the entire process that really stuck.. "I'm all about making long term relationships, if you left here with bad feelings I would go home with bad feelings as well!" -Riaz Sayed (510 825 7640 - Personal Cell) "..I would rather lose money if it meant gaining your trust back!" -Joe Mesa (General Manager) "The big big boss". Poor customer service. I was contacting Tavis through text message and phone calls regarding a car that I would like to purchase. I didn't have time to go to the dealership and in need of a car really bad. I was planning on buying a used toyota rav4. He took all my information, social security, pay stub all the things that I needed. I repeatedly texting him for updates of what the bank wants and always responded with still waiting. What they did right! UPDATED REVIEW- I want to thank the GM Joe for reaching out after seeing this review. While discussing the issues I had on my last visit my car started having the same issues again. He had me come in and arranged loaner. He put me with a new service adviser Ernie who was awesome!!!! They were there to greet me as I turned in to the service drive and took my car back to a senior mechanic. They called me a few hours later to say "yes" you are correct on what is wrong with your car and we will cover it under the GM warranty. We will also refund the diagnostic fee you paid earlier because this was the issue. It took a couple of days to get the part, but they kept me informed daily. Bonus - when they gave me my car back it looked better than new. They really went above and beyond to make sure I knew that I was valued as a customer and that they were willing to go out of there way to make a wrong right- I am giving them back my 5 star rating that they had from me previously. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ What they did wrong Well I use to like this place but no more- this dealer has some shady practices. Make an appointment...why bother they will tell you you don't have one...no one greets you when you walk in to service- they treat you with indifference. My latest issue is I brought may car in for a problem that they told me over the phone was covered by my warranty. When I arrived not only did I not have an appointment but they charged me a diagnostic fee which would be put towards the work or waived if it was warranty work. 3 hours later the called and claimed my battery ( a 1 year old GMC battery by the way) was failing. Tried to charge me for the battery but they finically accepted the fact the battery was under warranty and then charged me a fee on to of the diagnostic fee to to put in the battery in since they were not the dealer that installed my battery. After the battery replacement they claimed they did not get any codes for my issue ( A KNOWN GMC, CADILLAC & CHEVY ISSUE) because they changed the battery. So I spent 9 hours yesterday waiting for my car to be fixed to find out they did not fix the warranty item and it cost me almost $300 to have a warrantied battery installed.....crazy....I am done...I have bought multiple cars here and been a good customer for over 17 years...and FYI I did try and reach out to the GM before posting this review... read more

Kash, was our financing advisor and signing paperwork was a breeze. He also took the time to review extend warranty and loop into financing and give honest feedback on what he suggests. I would strongly suggest if your interested in purchasing a GMC to go see Mo and have Kash assist with your final documentation. Mo makes sure your comfortable and having an awesome time while making your decisions. After delivery, I noticed a few light clear coat scratches and called Mo, he said to stop by anytime and he will work with service to take care of them. They washed my entire vehicle and got out both scratches out with ease and they were so fast. Mo saw me in the waiting area and came over to say hello and check on me, such amazing customer service.
