    HORRIBLE SERVICE & POTENTIAL SCAM I brought my 2017 Chevy Volt in to have the windshield sprayers serviced, as they were not spraying correctly. Brought my car in on Thu May 21st at 2pm with the understanding that my car may not get repaired that afternoon, but I asked them if they can at least check and order the parts needed for the repair. On Fri May 22nd, I planned on taking the day off work and they called me to let me know the parts were ordered and would be in on Sat May 23rd. They also told me the cost would be $1,020.60 to replace both spray nozzles and the tubing (See attached Estimate). I could not believe it! Over a thousand dollars?!?! On Sat May 23rd, I called at 11am and was told the parts would not be in until Tue May 26th as Mon May 25th was a holiday. I had to take an additional day off work on Tue May 26th as my car was not going to be ready. On Tue May 26th, I receive no call or update on my car. I finally called at 5pm and was told my car would not be ready until Wed May 27th. I finally lost it and told them I would be down to pickup my car and didn't want their service. After getting home, I googled the parts needed and watched a YouTube video on how to repair this issue. Parts total: $39.50 including tax and free shipping to another dealership. Total labor time: 10 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous to charge over a thousand dollars for something that cost under $40 and literally was done in 10 minutes. Fortunately this was not a major mechanical issue. Makes me wonder how many times Dublin Chevy has gouged customers, ripped them off, and scammed them! Taking advantage of customers and holding their cars until an outrageous amount of money is paid. They lack transparency and basic communication skills. If they would have told me up front that it would take almost a week, (Granted the 25th was a Holiday), I would have made other arrangements. The total estimate cost was unbelievable!!! Reported this to the BBB DO NOT EVER GO TO DUBLIN CHEVY!!! SPREAD THE WORD THEY ARE A CORRUPT BUSINESS

    Overall, pretty good experience very typical long day at the car dealership purchasing a car. Carlos was the salesman. He was a young guy very personable easy to work with made it very enjoyable. Big shot out to Justin for making the deal work and working with me on the price. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a truck stopping and talk with Carlos.

    We bought a new 2026 Chevy Traverse Z71 yesterday at Dublin Chevrolet and had a fantastic experience! We were immediately approached by Jonathan once we stepped foot on the lot and he did a fantastic job understanding what we were looking for and what was most important, I felt heard! He partnered up with Mohammed and within a short amount of time they had helped us find exactly what we were looking for. It was a very straight forward, upfront, friendly, and efficient transaction.     Five stars, and Gabriel is the reason. I'd been looking for a 2026 Chevy Equinox EV and Dublin Chevrolet had some available, so I made the drive out. From the very first interaction, Gabriel set the tone. He was calm, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in making sure I was getting the right vehicle for my situation, not just closing a deal. There was zero pressure at any point in the process. He let me take my time, asked good questions, and never once tried to steer me toward something I didn't want or need. What really stood out was how well he knew the Equinox EV inside and out. This was my first EV, and I had a ton of questions - charging, range, features, tax credits, all of it. Gabriel walked me through everything patiently and clearly. He wasn't reading off a spec sheet; he actually understood the technology and could explain it in a way that made the transition from gas to electric feel completely manageable. The paperwork and financing side was equally smooth. No surprises, no last-minute add-ons shoved in front of me, no back-and-forth games with the finance office. Gabriel kept things moving efficiently and made sure I understood every step before I signed anything. He also went above and beyond on the logistics side, making sure everything was squared away so I could get into the car without unnecessary delays or headaches. Including a box that my partner wanted when we picked it up. Buying a car can be one of the most frustrating experiences out there like it was at Navato Chevrolet, and Gabriel turned it into one of the best. If you're heading to Dublin Chevrolet, ask for him by name. You won't regret it. And he loves golf.

    I had a great experience working with Dublin Chevrolet--specifically with Miraj. He's a young, up-and-coming salesman who really puts the customer first. From the start, he was persistent (in a good way) and genuinely focused on helping me find a car I'd love--not just making a sale. I ended up buying a black Silverado, and Miraj made sure the entire process was smooth from beginning to end. He worked hard to get me to the price I wanted and stayed on top of everything the whole way through. If you're looking for someone who's motivated, easy to work with, and truly has your best interest in mind, I definitely recommend asking for Miraj.

    We just purchased a 2027 Chevy Bolt. Gabriel, our sales person, was knowledgeable and helpful, without being pushy. He and his colleague, David, got us a very low interest rate and also gave us plenty of time to think about our purchase, even encouraging us to take the time to look at other options. They were both very enthusiastic about their own Chevy electric vehicles. In the end, besides the research we had done ourselves, it was the level of service we received from Gabriel that made our purchase of the Bolt a no-brainer.

    Came into to check out a blue Chevy bolt and walked away with it. Mohammed Eshpari helped me in a friendly quick manner. Also the manger David Perez was nice a courteous I recommend coming here. Eugene Andreyenko was fast and friendly.

    This is my third visit to Dublin Chevrolet. I've attempted to buy elsewhere but ultimately I've felt most comfortable buying here. Thank you to Lenny & Mohammed E. for their great customer service, care and support purchasing my new suv during a stressful time in my life.

    My leased '24 Hyundai Ioniq 5 was approaching turn-in time. I was checking out various EVs, including the Chevrolet EVs. I dropped by Dublin Chevrolet and was gretted by Gabriel Loventorn, who showed me the new Bolt. We test drove the larger Equinox EV. I explained to Gabriel that I was also thinking of perhaps buying a three-year-old EV instead of either buying my current car (too expensive) or leasing another car. He remembered. Gabriel called me to say that he had a '23 Ioniq 5 in great shape at a low price. I went in the next day, and bought it! From the initial meeting, to the listening, to the no-pressure service, Gabriel was great, and he helped me solve my problem--and get a great vehicle. I also had an easy time with the paperwork, which Adam handled quickly and in a friendly way, without any sales pressure to buy add-ons. My last three car leases/purchase have all gone well from different Dublin dealerships, because they have salespeople who listen and provide answers to my needs. Ironically, my "new" Hyundai has "Dublin Chevrolet" license plate holders, but I'm leaving them on.

He promised us during the meeting that if We changed our mind. It was an easy cancellation process just to call him And let him know. Two weeks later and still no movement... I bought a used 530i and I noticed the lane assist camera wasn't functioning, we all thought it just needed a calibration and I was informed it would be taken care of at no cost. Once Everardo got it, he discovered it was because the windshield had been replaced at some point by a non oem windshield, and that was the problem. Obviously it's a lot more expensive for the dealership to cover an oe windshield replacement when compared to a camera calibration. I signed for the car as is, they could've totally screwed me if they wanted to, but that's not East Bay BMW's style, they told me that it would work and they made good on their promise, even though it was more work than anticipated. Legally speaking, they didn't have to do that, and most dealerships would've taken the opportunity to make some money there. I'm blown away by such honest business in this day and age, it's so uncommon, especially when dealing with larger companies. But these guys are awesome. On Sunday, my wife reaches out through Edmunds, and we get greeted by an AI chatbot. Not exactly the warm, fuzzy human interaction you want when you're about to drop a chunk of money. But by Monday, we were connected with Aaron Festejo, a real human being with real human patience, and suddenly the whole experience leveled up. Here's the part that really impressed me: Aaron was helping another customer at the same time. He asked if I was okay with that, and I told him I was half working anyway.
