    Wonderful drink selection as well

Love this place for date night! My husband is French (aka extremely picky and discerning when it comes to food) and this is one of the only restaurants in the area we continue to come back to again and again. Great service -- we once showed up on a busy night without a reservation and they truly did everything to squeeze us in with only about a 10 minute wait. Our only request would be that they update their menu a bit more frequently. It's a very small one (which we LOVE), but when you go as often as we do, you run out of options somewhat quickly. Overall the best place for dinner in the area.

I love this place for date night. The moody lighting makes it feel very intimate. The cocktails are delicious, and the service is top notch. The homemade pasta is out of the world. The seasonal cauliflower is a repeat order. I also love their chips to start. They're very accommodating for someone who doesn't eat meat.

Me and my mother were looking for a place to try while we went for our jazz festival adventure. The food was very delicious, I was impressed with how fresh the tomatoes are and the burrata as well. The clam chowder was one of the best I have ever had, it was very flavorful and delicious. The duck was very tender, I was impressed as I'm used to duck being dry & to top it off the gnocchi was phenomenal. The peach's sweetness with it was delightful and the brown butter with the pesto mixed so well with the gnocchi it was my favorite. The ice cream was very delicious as well and the chocolate mousse was me and my mom's favorite. Coffee was good, and the service was great, we received our food very quickly and the staff is very respectful. If we ever comeback to Rhode Island for the festival again this is the spot I will be going with all my other family members. Highly recommended.

We were in South County for Mother's Day and my mom didn't want to get a reservation ahead of time. We stumbled across this gem and everyone loved their meals. The server, Garret, was awesome! Super personable, hardworking, attentive, and on top of things. The meat in my ramen was the best meat I've ever had in a ramen dish. I feel like the meat is usually almost an afterthought, but not here. The cauliflower dish was perfect with the butternut squash hummus. We ate every last bite of the shaved brussel sprouts salad and the arugula, beat, and goat cheese salad. My dad got the scallop and shrimp tortellini. He thought the shrimp and scallops were going to be on top of the tortellini, but they were actually the tortellini filling. He said it was really good, but as a large man, he wished the dish was a little bigger. The atmosphere is clean, cute, and comfy. Overall, I'd say we lucked out by just happening on this place and getting in without a reservation. We will definitely be back this summer when we are in the area more frequently going to the beach!

At the Bar, pasta with mussels, glass of Pino and Stanley Tucci in Italy. Heaven.

Just can't beat this on a Weds night for dinner. I was alone last night, so ended up just me and 3 other women eating at the bar. Watching Stanley Tucci (in ITALY!) on the TV and not sports. Pasta dinner and glass of wine special for $30.00. It was the perfect solo lady's night out for dinner. Just happened in on a very rainy night and so enjoyed it! Great ambiance. Emily the bartender was lovely and attentive.

The weather was nice, so we chose to sit out back under the lovely umbrellas and look over the water. They also have adirondack chairs set out, so I imagine it would be a lovely spot for a cocktail and a chat with friends! Our server, Lena, was a DREAM and helped us make our choices. I got a seasonal latte while my partner got the medium-roast pourover coffee. Having had a hard time finding really great coffee recently, we were soooo impressed. They clearly take their coffee program seriously (and now I realize the name should have tipped me off!). The food was equally impressive. It legitimately didn't have to be as good as it was (lol). The yogurt bowl on any menu is usually "meh," but we gave it a try since we wanted some non-meat protein and I am SO glad we did. It was the best yogurt bowl I've ever had- no contest. The whole milk yogurt was creamy; the strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries were ripe; the honey and granola added crunch and some floral sweetness; and the best part was the raspberry preserves they pipe on top. I wish I could recreate this at home! We also loved the lemon poppyseed loaf with blueberry preserves and cream. Another quick brunch addition that could have been simple, but had so much thought put into the flavors. Overall, a big fan and I'll be back!

I remember there being a patio overlooking the ocean, giving incredible views while eating dinner. That part has not changed. We got a table partly shaded, partly sunny. To start, we ordered the Firefly Mule ($15.00) which had Velo Butterfly Vodka, Guava Puree, Lime Juice, Ginger Beer. The first sip was good, but it somehow got progressively worse. I will say the guava puree was delicious, I wish there was more of it. We shared 4 cocktail shrimp and they were a bit firmer/dense, so maybe slightly overcooked. We ordered a Lychee Martini ($15.00) which has Grey Goose Vodka, Lychee Juice, Lemon, Simple Syrup Joto 'The Blue One' Junmai Nigori Sake. The start was okay, but the ending was terrible, almost like sipping rubbing alcohol. In hindsight, we would've swapped grey goose for a better vodka. We did ask for more simple syrup to try to balance out the bitterness but there was no remedy. For our entrees, we had the Linguine & Clams ($29.00) with Native little neck clams, fresh herbs, garlic white wine butter sauce and the Sunset Farm Burger ($24.00) 1/2 local ground beef, 1/2 ground bacon, crispy onion strings, arugula, cheddar, garlic aioli & sunny side up farm egg, brioche bun. I did upgrade my fries to truffle your fries for +$3.00 and it was the best decision I made. The plates looked spectacular. The burger patty didn't look too impressive, but everything on the burger all together looked amazing. The egg was cooked to perfection, the bun was slightly grilled, the cheese was melted well, and the arugula looked fresh. I wish it did come with more crispy onions and more garlic aioli. I think tomato would've gone well too. I could actually taste the bacon in the patty, but I wish it were in the form of crispy strips instead for a saltier finish. The fries were crispy, packed with truffle oil and parmesan cheese, and crispy; no complaints. The linguine and clams was decent. I am not the biggest fan of clams but these tasted fresh. The garlic white wine butter sauce was simple, good, and taste just as the name implies - a combination of all three ingredients. Our waiter was good to us; very charismatic and attentive.
