My clothes dryer had overheated due to an obstructed vent (and it was time to do all the vents as well), so I called Duct Pros. Alex and Mark arrived on-time and, after counting the vents for the job, proceeded to get right to work. (I was using a $499 whole house cleaning special, but I hadn't understood that this was for 15 vents and two bathroom vents only. It was $25 for each additional vent... fair enough, but I was unaware of the limit ahead of time.) After doing the house vents, they started working on the dryer vent. I hate to have to do this but the team cut the job short and promised to return due a schedule conflict. I wanted to be supportive but shortly thereafter noticed the lights in the front of the house were all out. They have washed some equipment in the front of the house and shorted out the electrical. They didn't say anything but were in a hurry to leave. I had to hire an electrician and pay ~$500 to have the damage fixed and have the power restored. So impressed with their knowledge and expertise, I had them also repair some loose mortar on the sides of the fireplace inside surround. (house built in 1937). Quality service. Alex and Mark came out and did an pro job cleaning our condo's vents. Our main request was for dryer vent cleaning. Not only did they do that, they were able to confirm that our dryer error code was because of a previously poorly installed vent hose which was kinked and had a hole which was allow lint to come out behind the dryer. They were able to install the correct length hose and now our dryer no longer has an error code or excess condensation. Just had Duct Pros come and clean my dryer vents. They were very responsive and wore booties to make sure not to get the floor dirty. If you need someone to come and do the job exactly as described they are great. They even helped do some sweeping and cleaning in another area where the vent debris was coming out. My only wish is they had another vacuum to help clear more as sweeping could only get so much cleaned. It was a rainy day so I understand.
