The coffee here is great however, my experience as a whole was mediocre at best. My friend and I ordered our drinks separately and both were for students. When we approached the window, the young girl working gave us our total and it turns out they had put it on one order. We politely informed her that it was meant to be separate orders and we were both students. After we got our coffee and were leaving the window, we both very clearly heard her say, "that girl was rude". Not only is this completely unprofessional, it is uncalled for and insulting. If there is a problem with a costumer, it would be wise to not complain about them while they can still hear you. Will not be coming back to this location. read more

Okay so this was my first Dutch bros visit and my drink was delicious. I got a cold brew kicker with half the sweetness. It was perfect! Really smooth and delicious. My little sister got a flavored green tea which was also great. What makes this review a strong five stars is the barista. Her name was Kylie and she probably given me the best customer service experience I've had at a coffee shop (I've been to a lot). She was really helpful in making recommendations and she made us feel extremely welcome during our first visit. She had a great personality and was very sociable. They are very lucky to have her on the team, she is superb. We live in the Bay Area but we come to Reno many times a year and I definitely will be making a stop at this Dutch bros location every time. Thank you for the excellent service Kylie! I would like to acknowledge the hard working employees of this branch! They're so amazing especially the guy that took our orders today 11/13/20 at around 14:00-14:15. He was so sweet and helpful! He took our orders and when it's time to pay we did not know that they did not accept cash due to CoVid. I only have cash, but he still took our orders and gave our drinks! Yet and still from pulling in line time to the time I got my perfectly made with a small and comforting conversation Dranks with excellent cust service. Omg I love this place. The price is spot on the sizes are respectable, the coffee is fantastic and the atmosphere is so fun!! I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes. My only bugaboo is that when you drive thru, you can't look at a menu before hand and they have so many interesting and delicious drinks to try, so I usually look it up on my phone before I go. I go out of my way to hit this place up and every time I do I wish I had a part time job there. Everyone looks like they love it there and I am all about supporting businesses that love their people because it makes for a great customer experience too. Finally, and finally we got a Dutch Bros!!! My coworker introduced me to Dutch Bros in Carson two years back and I fell in love with their coffee. Every trip I take to Carson, I definitely tried to stop by. Now that they're here in Reno, I'm so excited. I've already been here a dozen times and I can't get enough. The menu is insanely long with tons of options. My favorites are Caramelizer and Golden Eagle. I've always wanted to try their Freeze, smoothies, and soda but the coffee just takes me away. The employees that work here are great. Love their energy and I hope they keep it up. read more

I have coffee at Dutch Bros about 5 times a week. All of the staff is very accommodating and is always asking what I'm doing, etc :) It can make you feel a bit uncomfortable at times when they lean in your car, but they mean well! The coffee is great to me, as I like the trifecta! Glad Dutch Bros finally made it to Reno. read more

Not a good layout of the parking or area. You have to go through a bunch of cars and an open road to place your order if you arent doing drive thru. The workers were excited and looked enthusiastic, regardless of all the mistakes, but they havent been open for even a week so... This place uses all syrups the carbs and calories are crazy high and The shakes taste like sonic/burgerkkngshakes their ok but not that great coffee is average not anything compared to Starbucks or illly coffee the customer service is very good tho and the people are very nice Im giving the place a 1 star because their product just tastes like a sonic or Burger King cheap shake sorry had to give my honest opinion . So I gotta say that I LOVE Dutch bros so I was very excited when I found out they were opening in Reno since I didn't live near one. This is the second time I've been to this location and both times the drinks are not what I've ever experienced in the past. I ordered a blended rebel and got a rebel frost? Whatever the hell that was, it was gross. The lady at the window even said the other lady was supposed to ask if I wanted it regular or a frost, maybe these kids need more training since they cant seem to get an order right. This location is definitely off my list, hopefully the other one is a better experience. read more

4th generation local, who has tried every Dutch bros. location, in the area, and this one is clearly "The Best". Not only is the service great, like the others, but this location just "Tries Harder" to get everything right. I had to have my 115 degree Mocha made again, after going to the one across from the convention center. Now, I just make the trip further south and get my coffee here. read more

I love Dutch bros, moved from Chico which's has at least 4 there. But these kids have no tact. Coffee was great, but the young girl who came up to the car, didn't hear me say my baby was sleeping, she proceeded to loudly welcome us. Woke my baby up,which happens. But as we drove off she yelled to her coworker saying "did you get tipped?! Me fucking either" what was I going to tip her for, waking my baby or taking my money. Lol I get the same thing every time and some how it is always a different price?! Pulled up to the window and the music is so fucking loud the workers are yelling in order to hear each other. Does it have to be so loud?! I'm 25 years old so I didn't think I was too lame, but the music is just so loud. This is not a place you can drive through real quick and get your coffee while your baby sleeps in the back. I literally regret it every time I go there. Always end in a screaming baby. Edit to say** thank you for replying back! Nothing needs to be made up to me. I don't need free stuff. Maybe just ask them to turn the volume down lol. It is a cool place even if it isn't a rave , kids are still gonna show up. But the your missing out on business of older people, or moms, who definitely spend a lot of coffee. I'll start off by saying that I dislike the fact that there is no menu when you drive up and you're expected to know what you want right away. Ok so i pull up the menu on my phone there were sooo many choices and most of them were weird?? Like orange latte's and i'll give it to them the drinks certainly are creative but I just want like a regular coffee with some cream and sugar and that's nowhere to be found, plus the music is always BLARING and it makes it really difficult to ask the staff questions about the coffee. I've tried Dutch bros around five times now because I really want to like it and i feel like I'm maybe just ordering the wrong thing so i want to keep trying. This most recent time I discovered a cinnamon latte and also learned you need to order things half sweet otherwise it's absolutely sickening. This most recent drink was the closest thing I've had to a normal coffee drink that i would expect and is the reason I've given three stars. read more
