I got the Snickers iced latte nonfat and my daughter got the Dream Weaver Freeze. Snickers is self-explanatory. Dream Weaver is hazelnut and white chocolate. To the left of the ordering window is a sign that instructs you to sign up for the text alerts. When you do, you get a coupon for a buy one get one free drink! Love the coffee, don't love the driveway/drive thru situation at all. Cars get backed up on the street. Staff working the line outside are generally slow moving, don't move the line along and socialize way too much with friends in cars. Virginia street then gets backed up at the corner. The drive thru is a MESS. Socializing is cool, however when cars are waiting and not being served, it's a customer service issue! Two staff working the line outside should be able to take orders fairly quickly, but they need to pay better attention. While writing this review, I watched two cars get out line and drive away. I'm in love with Dutch bros!!! It's just that they are so fast!!! The have like 50 people working in a tiny little room, how they do it I have no idea but who cares long as it tastes right and it's quick. The menu is like an endless wonderland of the coolest drinks you might ever hear of. They have banaina mocha , they have birthday cake. Whatever you can think of they have. It's always like high school or college students and they hire very nice people. If you want to get down it might be tough because this place is mainly a drive thru. I used to drive out from Reno to Carson City to go here. Fortunately they opened this in South Reno! To start, the service is amazing. Everyone is so nice and they'll remake stuff if theres a mistake. I love all the different combos and can't wait to try more. I'm not a huge fan of super sweet things, so I stick with the lightly flavored lattes and Americanos with coconut milk. They're almond milk tastes a bit too almond-y. I've gotten an Amaretto, a Chocolate Cherry, a Caramel and a Peach Cobbler latte. All very good! read more

I have filled so many stamp cards paper will soon become scarce. White Coffee is a new addiction. Its a very light roast that has a spicy note to it. It supposedly has a higher caffeine content as well so bonus. The Mixed Drink List is extensive and awesome, and most drink can be boosted with an energy drink for more wall bouncing shenanigans. The best Dutch bros in Nevada! These employees took the time to assist us with our preferences in the alternative milks (they switched oat milk brands btw). They were so accommodating and talked to us about what the others tasted like and even gave us a sample of the new oat milk to make sure we liked it before having it in our drinks. As a Grants Pass, Oregon native I have definitely missed Dutch Bros since I moved to Reno. It is great to finally be able to get my DB fix without driving all the way to Carson City or stocking up when I go home for the holidays! They have a great variety of drinks and I always look forward to their seasonal specialties. First time at DB a few days ago and it was a great experience. There was no one in the drive through line ( which apparently is very rare) and I told them it was my first visit. The employees were playing moderately loud party music and having a really fun time it seemed. They explained their menu a little but and I went for it with a drink that seemed to be like starbucks frap. It was yummy and they had a dairy free option which was great. They gave me a new punch card and saw that I had my pup in the car with me. They asked if I wanted a treat for him and I said "of course, he would love that!" They have him a cup with whipped cream and 3 doggie treats! This is my pups new favorite place. :) We left both satisfied with the experience and will plan to return when we are on that side of town if we can catch it when there is no line. By the time we left, there were literally cars out the parking lot onto the road waiting to get coffee (maybe 8-10 cars). Only reason there is only 4 stars is because there is only one window to order and pick up your drink so the timeliness is much slower than other drive through locations like starbucks. When trying to add a drink at the window the broista said "oh really" in almost a put out tone; we then ordered a blended horchata chai and he said verbatim "that drink seriously takes forever to make, it's not easy we have to hand blend it". Stopped by after a work lunch and had to drive all around their parking lot cause they had signs and cones marking off VIP parking area for Dutch Bros only...kinda silly for a drive up coffee joint. I've been to this location 4 different times and I have yet to wait less than 10-15 minutes for my coffee after placing my order. All four times I had max 1-3 cars in front of me. The first couple times I gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed it was because it is a new location. This last time I waited close to 15 minutes again only for them to tell me they had made me the wrong drink. Let me start off by saying I WAS a huge starbucks fan, but after 5 years of them being rude, getting dozens and dozens of orders wrong and then acting like I was a burden when I asked them to fix it was really making me not want to go back and I would go 4 to 5 times a week! I always went.to the same starbucks ordered the same thing pretty much everytime, not once in 5 years did they greet me as a returning customer or even remember me, one time I went and I asked for 2 extra pumps of strawberry puree in my Frappuccino, the barista handed me my drink and it was over half full with just strawberry puree and he thought it was so funny... I always took my poodle with me and she looked forward to getting pupachinos but they acted like it was a huge burden to get her one so I started ordering her a cake pop so I didn't have to ask them for one.. if they messed up your order it was best to just be happy and move on because they treat you like garbage. Well I finally got fed up with it.. I decided to try Dutch bros and even though I have to drive way further its so worth it, my 2nd time there they remembered me, they gave my dog her pupachino with delight, they carried on a conversation with me, they were so friendly, I wasn't afraid to ask for anything and guess what, my order was perfect.. I will never ever step foot in a starbucks again or go through their drive through, ill be donating my starbucks card that has a big balance on it to someone who hasn't learned their lesson on starbucks yet...
