Good drinks and good prices but the baristas can be impatient. I stutter so it takes a little longer to complete a sentence. We had a Dutch Bros drink for the first time ever and we got it at the drive through at this location. The service was amazing. The employee that took our order was very personable and helpful as we had no idea what to order. When we told her our likes she suggested the Trifecta and it was delicious. We were with family who treated us and there were 6 of us in the car. She repeated the order back, as did the cashier at the window. Because it was our first time for two of us the drinks were free but we will definitely return. It was before 8 in the morning and several cars in line but the service was very prompt. read more

By far the best customer service I've ever received. Pulled up to the window around 2pm with no one in line & we were helped right away by Vinny. Just look at the line of cars. Look at this list of reviews. When Dutch Brothers opened in Fresno, you could walk up an get your order. Now, the lines are 6-deep in the middle of the afternoon. Everything is espresso bassed. The milk, cream and flavorings are all top notch stuff. My favorite items are the coffee, which is really an Americano, and the double torture. The double torture is a vanilla and mocha latte combination. Super rich in flavor and caffeine. Expect a line. Take your team's orders and be the hero. read more

They are open today! Crowded! They have a walk up a as well as two drive thrus. Brand new store just built. Nice addition to Rocklin.

My new favorite "go to" Dutch Bros. They make drinks even better than the auburn blvd location. The employees aren't quite as friendly and social as the other location but that could be a positive as the line moves really fast. The only bad thing about this location is the location itself. The parking lot is really small and cars tend to line up on the street and can cause a traffic jam. Noticed this so I pulled in to the other side where there weren't many cars. I ordered a White Russian half breve half non fat. It was made perfect. Not too sweet and enough of an espresso taste! It was great! Going to be back tomorrow to get some more of the good coffee and test consistency. read more

The Sunset location of Dutch Bros Coffee continues the overall success of the chain being an interesting alternative to the ubiquitous Starbucks. This location in the heart of Rocklin is situated on the corner which does make access a little difficult. Pay attention to the turn restrictions on Sunset. This location has access on both sides of the building, so you can try another lane if the line spills onto the street. I really like having the employees in line taking orders and swiping your card. Dutch Bros must be printing money since their locations are almost as busy as In-N-Out! On this hot October day, I opted for my standard Iced Kicker. Drinking real Irish Cream is frowned upon by the cops, so this is a much safer alternative. Friendly staff and delicious caffeine make up for a long wait and several U-turns. Three stars is about all I can give this place. I go here way to much because it's super convenient to just drive up, but the line is a nightmare! The staff chat way to much it's sort of aggravating. There are no words for how much I miss this place whenever I have to leave California for Idaho, otherwise known as The Land of No Coffee Besides Starbucks And Barely Even That (oh, the joys of living in two places part-time). Whenever I'm home from school, Dutch Bros is a daily stop for me; I'm there so often that eventually the staff memorizes my order (medium iced Snickers with whip, thanks for asking) and recognizes me from my car. The staff is cheerful and friendly and they all seem to genuinely love their jobs. The coffee is simply delicious. I would set up an IV drip of it, running directly into my mouth, if I could. I've seriously considered bulk-buying their Snickers drinks and freezing them to take with me whenever I go back to university. Let THAT stand as a testament to how incredibly good this place is. read more

We are full blown dutch fiends. We go multiple times a week to different locations (Granite Bay, Sacramento, Rocklin) Came here tonight because of a deal on the dutch deal text club. Didn't realize the deal was for tomorrow, doh! They honored it anyway, Sweet! Some locations are hit or miss on the drinks but the ones here were amazing. I am now officially hooked on the German Chocolate Mocha with double coconut. Order it picture perfect if you want the full experience. The Line: Usually too long and pretty slow (see below for explanation of slowness). The Coffee: I just get coffee with cream. Usually overcreamed for my taste though I tell them each time to go light. The one time I ordered cold coffee they put sugar in it without asking if I wanted it. I didnt have another 20 minutes to take it back. The Wait: The kids who work here seem to have a good time. They chat up their school chums while you wait in line. A drive through is not a singles mixer. The CashOut: Honestly, I don't like being handed a phone with a TIP TAB as the first thing you see on it. I ordered a $2.00 coffee. I have to SIGN for it. The only reason for this is the opportunity to foist a phone with a tip tab in your face. Servers spend two minutes pouring it, and never get it right.
