Okay I think I might be turning into a Dutch Brothers stalker, cuz this is the second location we have hit up in a week LOL. So I have read a few reviews about bad service, loud music, lines etc but I just don't care. On this trip the music coming from the Dutch Brothers Drive Through stand was VERY loud, but that didn't hamper the cheerful young girl who took our order and it really didn't bother me either. I think everybody should be happy at work and if that means playing the music a little loud without it affecting your work so be it. Once again Dutch Brothers delivered a delicious refreshing iced coffee experience. We have now sampled the following iced coffees: coconut, macadamia, double chocolate and the Irish Cream drink. The Irish Cream is my least favorite as I thought it would have a minty flavor. Hi, my name is Heidi and I am a Dutch Bros Addict. More specifically, a "kicker" addict! I always get it iced with no whipped cream. I love that they have the reward cards as well. When i was frequenting this place a lot, my card filled up pretty quickly! 8 stamps = a free drink! The people who work here are over the top friendly. My "only" complaint is that sometimes, i feel they chat it up too much. I just want my coffee and am usually in a hurry to get the heck out of there. Sometimes i don't want to tell you where i am going, what i am doing, where i work...etc, etc....it gets old quick. Four stars for good coffee and very friendly service. I still think the whole drive-in coffee shop concept is an abomination but whatever. I keep hearing how "OMG AMAZING" Dutch Bros is so I stopped by on my way to work this morning. I waited perhaps a couple of minutes as the SUV ahead of me got a triple non-fat whole chocolate extra foam frappaccino whatever with milk but the coffee shop girl was ready and happy to get my coffee. A girl was coming to car windows to take orders and me, not having any idea what I want or what they offered, asked for a suggestion. I asked for a sweet coffee drink. First she suggested some red velvet drink but that sounded too sweet, so I tried her second suggestion which was a iced caramelizer. A medium was $3.75. It was really good! The crew was really nice, and the woman at the window told me about a day to get a free drink and gave me a stamp card for a free drink. This Dutch Brothers is wonderful. The drinks are good and the staff are genuinely friendly. If they mess up, they fix it. If your wait was long, they apologize. If you don't like your drink, they will make you another one. Dutch Bros is unique, they are not perfect but I like em. If you want to be alone and don't like talking, don't go to Dutch Brothers. The staff are super friendly and love to(or are told to) vigorously converse with every customer. I always enjoy talking talking to them. read more

I might be addicted to Dutch Bros coffee, but luckily this location is far enough that I can't visit it regularly. It's 24-hours which is convenient for everyone, and they're pretty efficient with helping customers/getting the line moving. I've been here a handful of times, and the flavor of my drinks have differed most times. I usually get a rebel, and it seems like the flavor combinations are never the same twice. I've had a really bad Tiger's blood but then an exceptional vampire slayer. To me, consistency is key and that's why I had to dock this location a star. read more

I love this company so much!! Never have a cranky barista against, choose Dutch Bro's for all your coffee needs! Seriously the employees are all so chill and it's a genuine, interesting, real type of friendly, not fake or forced. The drinks speak for themselves, everything I've ever tried there has been on point 100%. I've never once left a Dutch Bro's location with a negative experience. My favorite drinks are the Dutch Freeze and the Black & White Iced Mocha. They also make killer smoothies in tons of flavors, and my friends tell me the Rebel is also great. I normally hit the Davis one but since we were farther west and were still looking for road caffeine, we made our way here just before closing. I have never been to one of these. Their menu is simple and they have a ton of flavor options. Their coffee is smooth and not as bitter as other coffee places. They have non dairy options which I get so excited about. It was not expensive at all even with the non dairy options. I'm a sucker for coffee! And good coffee is the best coffee. I got sucked into the "hype" about Dutch Bro's and gave it a try. It's a drive-thru only and young adults who take control of all the Dutch Bro locations. They're all very nice and talkative people who just try to brighten up everyone's day! Props to them, cause it works! The first coffee I've tried was the Annihilator (blended), it was delish! Gave me a little bit of that hawaiian kick with the macadamia nut sensation. The next flavor I've tried was the Cocomo (iced). It was too much chocolate for me but you can taste a little hitch of coconut (just a tad). I've also tried the Caramelizer (iced). No complaints here. the perfect blend of caramel and mocha together. When I'm not in the mood for coffee, my go-to drink is the Iced Peach Green Tea. I must say no one can ever make Peach Green Tea as good as Dutch! They do have stamp cards for each time you visit in order to get a free drink when you've filled the entire card! This Dutch bros has always been the least efficient i have ever been to. They normally don't have people going out to cars taking orders ahead of time so you spend at least 5-10+ minutes per car in front of you before they even take your order. . You really have to calculate how long you have to get to work. And today was sticker day so of course it was slammed and they were having some kind of a computer problem but they were still able to see orders,but not on all screens. The drive through was full out to the streets so I figured I would get out of the car since most of the time it is a bit faster to go ahead of 20 cars. Well it took them forever to even take my order and I was the only one out there in the 37 degree cold and I made sure they could see me the whole time so they wouldn't forget. It took another 25 minutes to even start making my order. It was extremely disappointing to see all the people in their warm cars getting orders faster. After 20 minutes or so another customer did a walk up and PAID THEM A $50 tip just so they could put his order Ahead of the cars, and they literally had his order ready in LESS THAN A MINUTE. Super frustrating SO I DEFINITELY DON'T BUY THE "ONE ORDER WILL THROW THE DRIVE THROUGH OFF" excuse the lady that took the man's order told me. I really feel like That was an unethical thing to do. He even offered them more to get my drink but I declined because it didn't feel right, and they told me it was next. They still did 3 orders before mine after the man left. I spent 35+ minutes in the cold today. The manager was nice enough to comp my order but I'm still very upset. Any other drive through integrates walk ups/in's into the drive the orders in a reasonable time. . Get it together Dutch bros Rocklin. I love your coffee so much, but wanted to give feed back on what it's like to be a customer since the year you opened. I have always loved DB since day 1, however I am getting more and more frustrated at the fact that every time I pay for my coffee the employees ask for a tip. I think it is rude and not warranted seeing as tipping is meant for expressing your satisfaction after trying a product or receiving great customer service. Everyone knows how to tip, there is no need to make it uncomfortable and ask the customer if they want to leave a tip as they are sliding their card. I do not need to be asked or pressured into it. No other restaurant or company verbally asks customers if they want to leave a tip because it's rude! Please stop doing this, it is making me not want to leave one! Also- since I know the response will be "pay with the new app and use the auto tipping feature"....well get this- I did that, and today the employee still asked me if I still wanted to leave that amount. Just like every other person who has been here, I am addicted. They must put something in these drinks to make you crave them at all hours of the day. And the muffin tops are to die for. It's like the best invention ever. I don't think I ever want to eat the button part of a muffin ever again. Especially when I can just buy the muffin top. I used to go to the original Dutch Brothers in Oregon, and am happy to have one nearby. I can't believe I'm writing a 1 star review about a Dutch Bros. We have been huge fans of this location in particular since it opened years ago. Tonight we went through to get 2 drinks. We ALWAYS order the same thing. The order taker in the parking lot was very friendly. I even gave a $1 tip in a $5 order (we had a birthday reward for the other drink). When I got to the window the employee (green hair, didn't catch her name) repeated what she was handing me. When I told her that the drink was incorrect she snatched it back and said "well that's what they charged you for". I told her that's not what I ordered and she began to remake it. I noticed that she was making an iced drink so I told her that mine was blended, trying to save her the hassle. She said "this is not your drink". She said it in a way that my wife and 9 year old daughter wanted me to ask for a refund and leave. I did not. The employee then leaned in and said something to the guy who was working next to her. I could not hear what she said over the music but he immediately looked at us. I've long considered Dutch Bros the gold standard for customer services. If anything, they are overly friendly at times. If there can be such a thing. The lady at the window had one job. Hand me my drinks and smile. Friendly is free. She may have been having a bad day but I wasn't up until that point. Now I'm writing a angry 1 star review. I'll drive to the Roseville location next time. I'm tired of bad service. I just don't have the patience any more. If you lose what makes you special Dutch Bros it would sure be a shame. I doubt I was the only unlucky customer tonight. I bet most people say their order right. Interesting culture to say the least. My wife and I just went to check out this place and see why it's so popular. After a long wait in the drive-through we finally ordered our coffee. Surprisingly they didn't charge as it was our 1st time there. On top of that the server at the window was very friendly; told us about how he ended up taking this job despite not liking coffee and that he now loves this place. He gave us some more freebies and also stamped multiple times on the rewards card. He said he really wanted us to start coming there more often. We tipped him well. Not even sure if i could give zero stars, even though the employees gave zero f***s about my daughter & I. We waited a total of 15 minutes at the walkup window just now (Wed June 5th @ 3pm) before i had to ask the THREE girls looking right at us "Is there anyone here going to take our order?" The three employees couldn't even acknowledge a response. One employee wearing a black basketball jersey did however take the time to throw down some serious dance moves as I was walking away.
