The staff was taking some dishes away and she spilled a sticky sauce all over my new phone, my favorite bag and over my hand. It left a sticky mess. It's sticky everywhere. I freak out and immediately tried to clean. The staff member who spill the sauce never acknowledged it nor apologized for it. She didn't bring napkins over so I can clean. My favorite bag is stained and has sauce in it and on it. Once we got out of the restaurant I had to throw it away cuz it's not salvageable anymore. I don't understand why she would treat me like this. We come here a lot and tip well. This was supposed to be a fun night out but I have a sticky phone and I don't have my favorite bag anymore. The otoro was such high quality, well sliced and beautifully presented. Most of our orders were from the sushi bar, and we did wait about 40+ mins for the food to arrive.
