We had our team party here, and the staff was so helpful. They set up the tables and had everything ready for us. The portions are a good value for the price. The food is delicious. After waiting 30 minutes for an in person take out order, someone who came in after me complained and the counter called out what her order was to the kitchen. Magically, her order appears about 8 minutes later. I tried the same thing right after and saw the cook finally start my order 30 minutes after I made it. When I asked pointing out how they weren't that busy, counter person told me next time to order take out on the app. Not sure if this was just an excuse but pro tip in case it's not, order online only. Extremely disappointing experience. Service was very slow, and the staff seemed confused and unorganized. I also witnessed multiple instances of food being repacked -- including items that had already been handed to customers, returned, and then simply re-bagged and sent back out. I visited on 11/15/25 at 9:05 AM and didn't receive my food until 9:50 AM--a 45-minute wait for a counter-service restaurant. What made this particularly frustrating was watching the order monitor show some orders marked "rush" being completed in 15 minutes while mine sat waiting. When I asked staff about this, I was told certain orders get rush status "because some people are in a rush"--but apparently in-person customers who've been waiting don't qualify. Filling the orders of some customers sooner means that the orders of other customers will take longer. While waiting, I overheard another customer complain about a 45-minute wait and an incorrect order. Checking reviews afterward, I see long waits are a recurring theme here. Whether it's understaffing or prioritizing delivery app orders (which track wait times and affect ratings), the current system penalizes some customers. At minimum, staff should inform customers of extended wait times before they order, so they can make an informed decision. I understand operational challenges, but a system that treats some customers as less important than others isn't sustainable. Either the restaurant needs to staff appropriately for its order volume, stop accepting orders they can't fulfill promptly, or communicate wait times upfront. Until these practices change, I'd recommend ordering through a delivery app or asking the staff how to qualify for rush status. read more

The egg in the burrito was nice and fluffy. I got the asada breakfast burrito and if I ate it there it would have been yummier. After the drive home the burrito was a little soggy on the outside. Decided to avoid the line and ordered from the Toast app and it was super fast and easy. Got a text that my food was ready after 10 minutes of pressing submit. Speaking of lines, at 11:30am on a Tuesday, there was nobody in the place. So for now on, I'll just order when I get there. The breakfast sandwiches were outstanding with the soft bun, crispy bacon and slightly runny egg. Just how I like it! The servers were nice and pleasant and plenty of condiments within reach. The main issue is the portion size--there is very little meat inside, and the burrito ends up being mostly condiments and tortilla. While the flavor is decent, the value isn't there. For nearly $20, the burrito is much smaller and less filled compared to other places. Overall, the portion was disappointing, especially considering the price. I go every Saturday and Sunday for breakfast, and the normal wait is about 10-20 minutes...which is tolerable. Worst fast food experience!! Sunday morning took my wife to get couple of sandwiches and turned out to be a nightmare. Had to wait 35 min for two sandwich and an order of potatoes ( btw - it's 4 piece for $4 which was stale and cold ) and had to see other people's order who came in 10 min after I'd order get their food before mine. They had 4 people in the kitchen and 2 in the front and both clueless as to who ordered what and when I complained, all they can say was "we're working on it" and when I ask what are they working on, reply was a blank look. So they prepared the potatoes 25 min before the sandwich and only put 4 pieces... Paid $30 for two sandwich and a order of potatoes and got two cold sandwich and stale potatoes and worst customer service experienced. Never going back read more
