You can also see what the current wait time is. It's not a big restaurant but it does go faster than I expected. The wait after 8am is typically in about 40min. We typically get the Breakfast Meat N Eggs with Corn Beef Hash (request for crispy) and potatoes. You have the option to have pancakes instead of potatoes but potatoes are good. Coffee is 100% Kona. The staff is rude and doesn't care at all about misinforming you on the wait time. The 15 minute projected wait time was laughable. (Like 5-10 minutes) The eggs are orange, like good organic pasture raised eggs, and the pancakes are fluffy and flavorful. The bacon was decent, and the potatoes are crispy as well.
