I am pretty disappointed how they handle food and how the Nova lox tasted. My daughter and i just left this place not too long ago, i had to tell the server that handed me my to go order to please tell the girl making the food to change gloves specially after handling fish. While we were waiting, i watched the girl handling the food NOT change her gloves even after touching a counter, opening drawers, touching a box, she even wiped her gloves hands on her apron. If i were a health inspector i would have definitely failed the store, okay give them a D grade. I wanted to tell her to change her gloves before she handled my order but didn't want to risk having spit in my Nova lox so i waited until after i was handed my to go. Hopefully she did change her gloves after we left because it will be sad if someone gets an allergic reaction to a fish. As for the Nova lox, disappointing in every way. The taste is not up to par, not enough capers or salmon and it looked like it was just thrown together with no thoughts of what's supposed to be in it.. Well definitely not coming back here again. We decided to try Einstein's for lunch before doing some shopping next door at Target. I ordered the Tasty Turkey on a garlic bagel. My wife orders one of their signature sandwiches which they had posters plastered all over the inside and outside of the store. It was a chicken salad on a maple oatmeal bagel. Initially they stated they were out of the oatmeal bagel and offered a whole wheat bagel. OK fine. Then they came back and said they were out of chicken salad. Mind you it was barely noon and they were out of all this stuff. If you are going to aggressively push a product, you should be well stocked. My bagel came with potato salad which was just plain Costco style potato salad. The bagel sandwich was tasty and came with a chive cream cheese and sprouts. We also had a bagel dog which was just OK and they provide small packets of ketchup and mustard. Aside from that, the service was quick and they do have an extensive menu. I have been to this location three times and twice they gave me the wrong item. On the most occasion I ordered two egg & sausage bagel sandwiches and the employee who took my order put down one two egg sausage sandwich. When I told the cashier, he changed it back to two sandwiches but then charged me for a two egg sandwich & a one egg sandwich. And then he put a $2 deduction. This place has really gone down hill. We were Sunday morning regulars when Dani was the manager. Last visit we had extremely rude service because we had a coupon that they didn't know how to input. Somehow that was my fault. The manager wasn't willing to figure it out. He was rude and unwilling to take time to resolve the issue or offer another solution. Today we ordered food to go and made the mistake of not checking the items before getting home. What I ordered: Cinnamon bagel w/butter. What I got: Cranberry bagel saturated w/butter At least it was close. GF ordered: Asiago bagel w/Salmon schmear What she got: Asiago w/Stawberry schmear At least it was pink. Although this location is more convenient and closer to home, save yourself the trouble and go to the one on Los Coyotes Diagonal. When I asked why I was told I couldn't get the special price online and there was nothing they could do. When I got home there were only 11 bagels and they were all sliced in half and several halves had been toasted. We have gone to this place multiple times and out of all those times, one thing is wrong with our order. Going back, first time we went here we ordered Applewood Bacon and Cheddar Bagel. When the order came out, the bacon was nowhere to be found. The second time we went here, the cashier doesn't really seem to listen to us very much. He repeated what we said but input the wrong things. Obviously at this point, we didn't take the food back as the receipt matches the food (but it isn't what we wanted to get). The last time was we ordered Turkey Sausage and it came out with Turkey Bacon... I know it gets packed... But the more you rush and make mistakes the more you'll get behind with people coming back with wrong order. read more

I just had coffee so I was extremely satisfied but my two partners ordered food and it took over 20 minutes for a bagel with lox and cream cheese. I work out here all the time managing the pests and rodents in the area with our local business. This place is not what it used to be. This morning I went in, 8am, no line, young man takes my order. Tells me to pay at the next register. I walk over there, where a girl is standing. She looks at the girl cleaning the coffee area and asks if she should help me, which the other girl says yes. The girl then asks me if I'm paying cash or card. I say cash. She says, ok whenever you're ready. Ummm how about telling me what my total is??? I look at the screen to find out the total. Then she doesn't have change to give me. She had to go to someone else, comes back and gives me the coins and tells me the other lady will give me the dollar bill. By then the young man walks up with my food and I have to ask for my coffee cup. I decided to try the egg white, bacon, avocado, tomato bagel. The avocado wasn't ripe, and the sandwich was room temperature. I don't know how you mess up breakfast but they managed. With at least 5 employees in there, 1 clearly a manager, they couldn't even come up with a "thank you, have a nice day". And when 2 older gentleman sat down to eat their breakfast, they were yelled to by the manager that they couldn't dine in. Not putting chairs at the plethora of tables you have in there would make sense, if you're not going to allow dine in. read more

This place is organized and clean and reliable. I'm not usually a fan of chain, but they do get it right. They have good customer service and the product is reliable and delicious. I especially love their rewards program. This specific location is efficient, easy parking and the line moves quickly. Can't say the same for other locations. WORSE SERVICE EVER!!! I ordered ahead on the app, it stated my order would be ready in 10-15 minutes. I arrived in 20. Waited at curbside for over five minutes before someone came out and told me that my bagels just went in and would be 6 more minutes. Okay so now we're headed into 30 minutes for my order to be ready. After telling me this, the lady comes back out a minute later with my order and told me that she was "misinformed and that my order HAD BEEN ready." I was happy because when I was handed my bag I felt the warmth of my bagel (which was a first) Since part of the order was for my toddler I opened the bag immediately. None of the bagels I ordered were toasted, sliced or had spread on them as I requested. I now had to walk in to complain about my order. As I approached the lady that gave me my order behind the counter I was told to "hold on" before I could even say anything. Needless to say, I am now pissed! After waiting for about three minutes, I started off by saying so much for curbside because now I'm doing exactly what I tried to prevent...coming inside. I told the lady that she knew when she gave me my order it wasn't correct. She goes on to "read" my order and states that I requested my spread to the side. I informed her that I knew she was lying because anyone that has ordered via the app knows that you aren't even given the option to have spread on the side. She looked at me and walked to those making the bagels. After speaking to them she tells me that the bagels were too hot so that's why they put my spread to the side. It was just one lie after another! She knew that I hadn't ordered them that way, but she tried to lie to me to cover their poor customer service and incompetence. I waited for the order to be corrected and left. Once I got in the car, I noticed that my bagels weren't even toasted! They were just warmed up, half way sliced and had spread thrown on them. My toddler couldn't even eat hers because it was so tough. They could've at least gotten my order right after all the mess and waiting I had to do. I will NEVER go back to this location. I will just drive further for better service. Not to mention the time before this, my bagels were literally burnt. They need new employees that WANT and that can do their jobs. read more

We had been frequenting this bagel place because of the ease of ordering on the app, and reducing time and risk when picking it up. The last 3 times we ordered the food we ordered wasn't ready due to either them running out of what we ordered or just being slow. I have my phone number attached to the order online so why wouldn't they call to tell us what we ordered isn't available? Or make it unavailable online? Instead my husband goes to pick it up and it's just not ready. He waits 20 min just to be helped... then 45 min to make a different breakfast sandwich. They made the food for the whole restaurant before starting his. Now our coffee and other food is cold. The food we ordered was more expensive and there was nothing offered to make up the difference. Today my husband and I stopped in on our way to work. We've been going there for years. Most recently we go about twice a week. Today was not good. It appeared to be a newer employee with a pierced upper lip at the register. She was obviously bothered by the fact she needed to help us. She was rude and just not nice. She refused to smile she was put out that I asked her to enter my phone number. As I was giving it to her I could tell she was distracted and as I told her my number she repeated it incorrectly. So I said no the number is and repeated. She said Hagen you just threw a bunch of numbers at me and they are wrong. I said okay here is my number again. She had a major attitude and not a good one. Unbelievably terrible customer service. I place an order for a toasted sesame seed bagel with lox/salmon spread cream cheese. I saw them put the order in, I saw them put the order on the monitor, I saw order move on the list, saw it turn red, saw some guy come up and push a button and delete my order from the monitor ( since it was the only red order listed on the monitor) but no food! I asked "Where is my order?" And the response was "what order it is not listed on the monitor". I pulled out my receipt and said "this order" and the response was ... "Gee you kept your receipt". Then he made my order with an onion bagel. I told him that is wrong and the response was "Isn't that close enough?" NO. I then asked to talk to the manager, his response was she is off now. Then I SHOUTED for the manager, and she comes over. I reiterate this story to her, she looks at guy behind the counter and he just shrugs!!! She pulls him aside and talks to him and comes back to tell me, "He will fix your order now". I watch him and he forgets to toast it! I call the manager over AGAIN. She argues with me he did toast it. I show her the bagel and I explain I WAS WATCHING HIM! The manager then offers me a free small coffee "for my trouble" and explains she will have someone else fix my order. I just ask for my money back and leave. AVOID AVOID AVOID read more

Service has been getting worse and worse here. The server I dealt with actually lied to me that they didn't have my item AFTER I had ordered and paid and insisted that I take something else. She was pretty rude about it, too. A manager arrived and said, "we do have them in the back!" Then apologized to me. I'm just done. This is the third or fourth time I've been there and dealt with poor service. And the employees were having a personal conversation about their gripes with another employee. Seriously... Popped in here one morning for a grab and go dozen of bagels with 2 cream cheeses. I had to wait in line (which seems silly for something called "grab and go")...until I realized that I didn't actually HAVE to wait in line at all - aaaccckkkkk!!! Learn from me: if you are there for grab and go bagels, by pass the line ordering and walk right up to the "pay" part of the counter. The bagels (that are truly grab and go) are to the right in the case. They will slice them for you if you request it. If that's what you are getting, you better get there early!! I got there right after 9am on a Thursday morning and they had to make a box up for me because they were all out of them already. Also - if you sign up for the Noah's Bagel E-mails, they will send you coupons that you can use here to get better deals. (: I have been here before in the morning for breakfast sandwiches. While they are definitely good, and this place has a sleepy Sunday morning vibe on the weekends, it's slightly pricey (IMHO) for what you are getting. But - it's a nice treat once in awhile. Yikes! Good bagel, disgusting inside! My husband and daughter and I stopped in her for the first time this past Saturday around 11 AM. We each had a bagel and chose to eat them there. As we ate, I glanced around. Food ground into the carpet. Trash cans overflowing. Crust and crud all over the counters where people pour their coffee. And what appeared to be a manager sort of walking around, not looking down or around at the state of the restaurant. I received a coupon in the mail so decided to try the bagelrito. This was absolutely disgusting!! It's a cross between a burrito and a hot pocket. The issue that was so upsetting and extremely frustrating was when twenty- five minutes later I had to leave for an appointment and my bagels were still not presented to me.
