A newly opened boba shop in town! Their soft opening week is already very crowded for their special offer of $3.45 per drink. BOGO is offered on grand opening day! I had: 1. Da hong bao milk tea w handmade tea jelly 2. Jasmine green milk tea w handmade coconut jelly 3. Signature fruit tea 4. Guava with salted plum 5. Osmanthus oolong milk tea w mochi boba

Found out Ding Tea rebranded to 11:11, so I wanted to check it out! From August 11-13, they're running a bogo deal, so it's a great time to try out their drinks! Parking in that plaza though... sucks. Like, a lot. There are a lot of eateries and shops in that area, but, like most parking lots in Bolsa, the spaces are cramped and crowded (especially during peak hours like lunch and dinner). I was lucky enough to get a parking space on the other side of the plaza lmao. Be prepared to circle around or wait for parking! There was a small line when I got to the shop. The shop is also quite small, so there's not much room to wait inside. There are 2 girls working on drinks while 1 is on the register taking orders. The cashier was nice and welcoming! She recommended the green rice milk tea, so I ordered that! There is a limit on the bogo (basically 2 drinks per customer). Wait time for my drinks (from when I ordered to when I received it) was about 10 minutes. It looks like the staff is definitely still working things out because I saw them scrambling to complete orders. The cashier would also periodically help make drinks. As for the green rice milk tea... I like the tea base. I can definitely taste the jasmine, however, the green rice just isn't for me. It's an interesting grainy, mushy texture that I don't think I enjoy in my drink. I would rather just get a milk tea with boba or jelly. Overall, not the best experience, but it wasn't bad- there is definitely time and room for improvement!

Osmanthus Milk Tea w/ mochi boba as of 2026 August, my number one favorite!

Came back after they rebranded to 11:11, and I'm glad I gave the refresh under what seems to be new management a chance! I came two days in a row to see if the drinks were consistent, since that was something I felt was lacking over the past couple of years. I also wanted to take advantage of their BOGO promotion, which ended today, August 13, 2026. Drinks we tried, ranked: Osmanthus Milk Tea -- My favorite! I loved how floral and fragrant it was without being overwhelming. Jasmine Milk Tea -- Good, but nothing too special. Signature Fruit Tea -- Refreshing, but not something we'd necessarily crave. 4 Young Rice Tea -- This one reminded us of savory sticky rice, which was a little strange in a drink. Definitely would not order this one again. The surprise hit for us was their mochi boba! It's almost like a hybrid between grass jelly and boba, and the texture was really interesting. Hubby also tried the crystal boba and tea jelly, and he would definitely choose the tea jelly over the crystal boba next time. Overall, I think this was a great relaunch and rebranding for a prime location. Customer service was friendly, although you can tell they're still getting the hang of making the drinks, so I expect the ordering and wait times will improve as they get more comfortable. Each drink came out to $8.05 with tax included, before tip. As for the remodel, they didn't make major changes to the space--mostly some new paint and updated branding/logo. The lighting and overall cosmetics are largely the same, aside from the side wall with the rocks and mirror. Overall: I'm happy to see 11:11 giving this location a fresh start, and I'll definitely be back to try more of their drinks!

Came during soft opening for the rebranding of Ding Tea to 11:11, which honestly is a brand new franchise! The drinks are NOT the same as Original Ding Tea flavor... though it's for the better! Currently, soft opening has milk teas for $3.45 (not including toppings) and I will definitely be back for grand opening on Aug 11, 2026! I've already came back multiple times throughout this soft opening (limited 2 drinks per person). Here's what we got! Osmanthus Oolong with Tea jelly 10/10 my FAV!!!: nice floral taste (but not too much where it tastes like perfume). Tea jelly added was a good compliment to make the drink more tea tasting. Perfectly sweet for a sweet tooth like me so get less sweet if you like more tea taste. Jasmine milk tea with mochi boba 10/10!!!: Imma have to rotate between my top 2 drinks because they are yummmyyyy. Jasmine milk tea is smooth, floral, and tea tasting without too much bitterness. The MOCHI BOBA???? Texture is so yummy and unique, and makes any drink taste even yummier! I only wish that there was a slight hint of honey or sweetness to the flavor, but I really like the texture. Da Hong Pao 7/10: wasn't my favorite but I can see this being the popular option for those who want a stronger oolong tea taste. My dad loved this one. Green Rice milk tea 3/10: this one was not for me and the texture reminded me of soggy rice. This may be popular with older Asian parents, but for me the texture threw me off. LOCATION: Parking is terrible and this area has a bunch of skeptical drivers, so may be worth it to park in a different plaza and walk over... or go at a time where it's not as busy (I went mostly in the later afternoons). SERVICE: curt responses from workers who appear overwhelmed when faced with a long line, but hopefully this improves once they find their flow of working in a busy tea shop! Drinks came out within 5 min of ordering which is fast! TLDR: Are the drinks worth the original $7-8 ?? Yes! I am definitely coming back though may decide to walk to earn my boba. Mochi boba and tea jelly toppings STAND OUT and will always include them in my drink. Must drink it ASAP though as it waters down fast. @stacteaboba

We stop by this bubble tea shop after lunch. Ding Tea is a well known bubble tea franchise. If you are a registered reward member, you get a free tea on your birthday! Service is super friendly. Vibe is typical bubble drink shop with small tables. I only ordered the signature milk tea with less sugar. Milk Tea is strong, flavorful, and lots of ice. Good solid bubble tea shop!

Stopped in to try the wonderful selection of beverages at Ding Tea, and was not disappointed! The service was lightning fast, friendly, and accurate. The store is very clean and cozy. I opted for a large Taro Milk Tea with add on egg pudding. Zing! Zoom! What a delicious combination, with the pudding contrasting nicely with the sweet taro. When you're not busy spilling the tea, head over to Ding Tea to slack your cravings. Enjoy!

This is the only location that is cheap and consistent with their drinks. I always get the same drink every time and it's a lychee yogurt. For a large it's only $5 while everywhere else is $6-7 for a large which is crazy. Service is fast and the staff are very nice when you take your time ordering

They changed the packaging. The new cup is so small. I ordered a medium, but I don't think worth it for that price.

Ding tea is a solid boba spot. My go to is their jasmine green milk tea and their winter green milk tea. Place is small and can get very busy. Also parking can sometimes be troublesome. Overall if I'm in the area I'd stop by here. Check their social media for some specials here n there

Great tasting milk tea, very strong tea flavor and creamy. Can make adjustments to amount of tea, sugar, creaminess, and ice. Very accommodating and will fix drink if anything missing or if you find it not to your taste. Plus it's affordable and fast. I go almost daily if I could. Clean and tidy shop.

Nice drinks. Nice price. Got 5 large drinks for even $30. Drinks are solid. We called ahead to order & picked up right away. They have a couple seats inside.

Great new place for boba. Olang Tea is the best I have tasted. Great tea with with just enough sweetness. It's so refreshing.

It is a great atmosphere with plenty of seating. The barista greeted me immediately and I ordered the coconut macadamia latte iced with an apple cheese Danish warmed up. I got the Honey Oat Latte (hot) regular size. I really wanted to like it, but quite honestly the espresso was very acidic. Maybe it was the brew, or the grinds were too coarse, but the first initial taste was very acidic and upsetting to the palette. It could've also been that I got a hot drink instead of iced. I noticed a lot of people were ordering iced drinks instead of hot, so next time I will try an iced drink. Good news is their menu is very extensive! They have so many options of coffee, matcha, and non-caffeinated beverages for everyone. They also have a seasonal menu that changes frequently. Right now they have a pumpkin spice latte for fall. Even though I didn't enjoy the honey oat latte, I haven't been deterred from coming back to this place. I really want to go back and try their different iced beverages and give this place another chance!

I ordered a Strawberry & Cream Matcha and Cookies & Cream cookie hoping for something sweet. I'm glad I got the cookie because the creamy beverage was more like strawberry water. I'm surprised to see this combo not hit in such a popular location considering the strawberry matcha I'm nearly veteran in tasting. I didn't expect much from the cookie but for a total of $14 and change the bakery portion size is outperforming the barista. Remember the exact price you paid if you want to log into the wifi because they have a two-factor authentication to further confuse your senses. At least the project patrons seem familiar with the run of show here. I never expect much from service at coffee shops but considering my surprise about the wifi it feels customary to welcome guests to take note of the detail. Additionally, and most importantly to me, when I get an iced beverage I usually get it in a plastic cup. I'm surprised they dispense these in a normal to go coffee cup (with lid, not pictured so you could see what the order was). All that work and I don't get to see. My order reads "Take Out" although I never elected that and maybe that's what the standard of operations is here since I don't see a single other kind of container. Are all orders "Take Out?" Why notate if there's no "Dine In?" I guess I'm just used to cold beverages handled differently. I'm sure the difference wouldn't have affected the watery taste. Considering the sheer operational power of the local's favorite spot, I suppose there's only enough left to expense a one-cup show. The iPad menus at the register feel like wasted potential or overkill but in a house this big, the iPads lying around are bound to entertain its target audience. Overall, I'd say this coffee house is O'Kei.
