The breakfast burrito was rich and had one note. The bacon was thick and abundant. There was egg and cheese in each bite. The burrito needed pico or something to cut through the richness. If you're hungover then this is great, otherwise it's too heavy for it being the first meal of the day. 8/10.

Just a few tables outside to enjoy your breakfast from Espresso at the Wynn Encore

Good place to get an on-the-go breakfast. However, when there is a conference, you will wait in a long line. The have a yogurt bar that you can add toppings. They also have various espresso drinks. I would say that the service was somewhat rude, which is why I am giving it 3 stars. That was surprising as it is located inside Wynn Encore. There is minimal seating inside and outside by the pool as well (as they don't open the pool until later in the morning).

This place was great! The food was delicious and freshly made. The decor was cool, shiny, clean, and comfy. WYNN knows how to do it! It was cafeteria style where you pick out the food you want and go thru the line and then pay at the end. They bring your food to you. Our server was Katrina and she was so nice! There was so much to choose from. Everything looked delicious! The portions were generous, which was nice. My daughter and I split the Pretzel ham and cheese sandwich. It was really good! We added sea salt chips also. For dessert, we shared a Dulce de Leche cookie. Yummy, it all hit the spot. We had energy to keep going! Just know that they do add the tip in the bill so it's up to you if you wish to add extra tip.

Right by the registration and the pool you will find this cafe that serves delicious food. You will find sandwiches, croissants, freshly baked pastries and cookies, bagels, coffee drinks, soft serve ice cream and more. It's very convenient specially when you don't want to eat at one of their restaurants which can get super expensive. The prices here are high as well but not like the full sit down restaurants. You can have breakfast for around $10 and lunch for $25. Of course you can get more than one item and will cost you more but on average it's possible to eat on budget here. I loved their coffee as well specifically their iced coffee. Customer service is ok, they have a seating area but a lot of people get the food to go here. Also I forgot to mention they have the best grilled cheese sandwich you will ever eat. Must try.

We had to use dining credits before my brother checked out of the Wynn, so the four of us made a stop to pick up beverages and hot food on a Friday morning. It's the main beverage stop in the Encore, and was expectedly busy. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, we got to the checkout where we ordered overnight oats ($12.99) and a chicken chorizo burrito ($16.99). We also got various chilled drinks (at this time, we learned that any alcoholic drinks including hard kombucha, are not allowed to be included in the comped dining credits). When the two hot dishes were ready, our name was called out. I ate my burrito while in the car, and it was ok. The chorizo had been mixed with the fluffy scrambled egg, and was delicious with the accompanying fire roasted chili salsa. But as is common, most of the burrito was the flour tortilla wrapped around many times. I just focused on eating the egg.

    Mortadella sandwich-- so,so good!

The mortadella sandwich here is so damn good, I wish they sold sandwiches like that where I live! Soft focaccia and thin mortadella that isn't too salty with some pesto and arugula! I think they also used stracciatella cheese on it--all of it was so delicious. It was $21 and totally worth it. Sandwiches where I live are going for the same price now ( unfortunately along with every thing else going up in price) for waaaaay less quality. Also got the ham and cheese on pretzel bun for $16 or $17 and that was so surprisingly delicious! The bread was so fluffy and buttery, my husband and I were shocked at how tasty it was!

Expresso located in the Encore by the front lobby is a life saver. With mobile ordering available, it's even easier to get your caffeine fix early in the morning. Stopped by here every morning during the SHRM conference and was literally in line, coffee in hand and on the shuttle bus in time for 7:30 sessions. The staff not only looked professional in their whites but were attentive and polite to guests. My usuals were the Iced Vietnamese coffee. I didn't discover the Draft Latte until it was my last day and wish I had tried earlier in the week because it was amazing. Plenty of options for breakfast like made-to-order oatmeal, tartines and pastries. Croissants were buttery and were huge. Definitely, not a bad way to start your mornings.

Chickpea salad with added Shrimp skewer

Great place to grab your morning coffee, breakfast, lunch, snacks or desserts! They offer a variety of different coffees, including, of course, an espresso. ESPRESSO located at Encore Hotel and Casino, immediately when you enter from the main entrance, right across from the check in area/front desk area. My most recent experience was very pleasant. Since I didn't have too much time to sit in a dining room/restaurant, I found Espresso very convenient. After selecting the items from the counter, pay for them, then not too long wait, the food is ready to pick up. There is a little dining area with plenty of tables and chairs. I ordered the Mediterranean cuscus salad with added grilled shrimps ... This meal was so delicious and refreshing! The feta cheese and the chickpeas were excellent with all the fresh vegetables in the salad. The grilled shrimps on the skewer were superb, I could eat a double order easily! That's how delicious it is!

It's good, in a "to-go" kinda way The espresso is actually not bad, but your only option is a paper cup, so...there's that. The croissants aren't bad at all- light, delicate, and flavorful, but then again, the muffins are dense bowling balls. And yeah, forget about sitting there - there's barely ever a feee table. So, basically, a mixed bag...

Food selection was good. From pizza, salad, cupcakes and coffee! Its a little casual dine in or to go type of venue in a more upscale ambiance. Whats perfect about it is that it is just across the pool at encore and its an easy access which you'll love. Coffee and an awesome view? Perfect! The service is also fast and you wont wait that much except of course unless its on a rush time. Above all it was a good experience.

Maple caramel latte, New York breakfast bagel, danish
    Gabby G.

We came upon this spot the morning we were checking out and i was so happy to see they use La Colombe coffee so i figured it has to be good. I then saw they offer breakfast items to enjoy at their location or to grab to go. I saw the New York bagel and ordered this along with the danish that caught my attention. It started to get busy as i was looking at the selections they had on their menu. I wish I would have found this place at my arrival as i loved the maple caramel latte i customized. The prices where not bad at all given the location it is in and i enjoyed it. Its a cute cafe in the Encore across pool entrance and i thought the amount of seating was good compared to other places. The cashier was very welcoming and patiently waited for me to decide what latte i wanted. I will definitely come back at my next stay for my latte fix!

But once you find the beautiful, ornate wooden door and step inside, you're transported into a charming little wonderland. The interior is unlike any other café in Las Vegas, with a greenhouse feel, small trees, unique décor, and plenty of cozy spaces to relax. The atmosphere is airy, whimsical, and fun. My favorite drink is the Iced Butterfly Latte, a delicious banana-flavored latte that's both unique and refreshing. I've also ordered the Berry Ricotta Brioche several times, and it's always amazing. The menu offers a great variety of pastries, sandwiches, desserts, and specialty drinks, so there's something for everyone. Pro tip: Find a table before ordering! This place gets very busy, and seating fills up quickly. If you're with friends or family, have someone save a table while the others order. Overall, Gäbi is one of my favorite cafés in Las Vegas, and I continue to bring friends and family whenever I get the chance. Restrooms were really clean and had the same style decor too, so I appreciated that attention to detail. However, I docked 2 stars since I couldn't order anything. I arrived at 939pm, looked at the menu and decided on a slice of the Ube Crepe cake and one of the Apple Cinnamon macarons. They don't close until 10pm and people were still coming in, and there were still plenty of people sitting in the restaurant, but the staff didn't let me order anything at 945pm saying that she doesn't take any more orders after 930pm. What?!?! What the hell? You're open for a whole 30 more minutes and don't want to take my money - am I hearing that right? My friend had cash on him, and he was willing to pay cash if that's less of a hassle, and still no. It's not even to-go only, it was a flat-out no, before their 10pm closing time. THAT IS CALLED CRAP SERVICE. However, the 3 stars instead of 1 or 2 stars is because one anonymous employee who witnessed that go down changed my perspective of this spot. This person asked me not to reveal their identity on my Yelp review out of fear of getting in trouble. They overheard me trying to order but got turned away, then pointed to the macaron in a box in the fridge on display right there to my friend. So as I was walking towards the bathroom, this person (different than the girl who rudely turned me away) apologized for what happened and gave me the apple cinnamon macaron as a gift. That was so sweet of them. The macaron was absolutely perfect too, it was delicious - the perfect texture of the macarons, apple filling, in the center between the cream, with the crunch from I think they were dried apple bits on the side of the cream - amazing!!! But still insanely Vegas tourist trap rip off overpriced with the macaron that person gave me worth $8.35/piece. Honey & Butter Macarons in Irvine, CA or Durian Macarons at Sweet Mood in Westminster, CA, still keep their also delicious macarons under $5 each while having cute decor/ambiance (I'll admit they're not as impressive and unique as this spot though). But they're essentially banking on tourists not knowing any better and what things should actually be worth/gouging tourists as much as they can. Essentially, you're paying for the ambiance. Definitely not paying for the crap service. Food is good, but not astronomically priced good - you're kidding yourselves. You may be able to get away with stuff like that if you're inside one of the luxurious casinos on the Strip, like Venetian, Caesars, Bellagio, etc. But especially being off-strip, get a reality check. I may come back (thanks to your anonymous employee's kind gesture giving me that macaron), but it's more just to show my parents the cool ambiance.

It wasn't working right so I called and was told if I wanted a pop tart to come in the morning, understandable. When I was ready (different day) to go I was again having trouble ordering ahead with inkind. I called and Savannah was kind enough to sit a pop tart aside as I explained what I was experiencing, I asked for something else too but changed my mind when I was in line there. Funny thing is the day before I picked up food at a different restaurant across the parking lot, had no idea that they were there, hiding and waiting for me to discover them! I went on a Sunday. Did brunch for my mom's birthday. It was BUSY! I get that there's other places but they need a bigger spot, everyone was there. It was the spot! Patio/outside was packed and inside was busting like some biscuits lol. Truly packed, and a line almost to the door. I highly recommend ordering ahead if possible. Like I mentioned I had the pop tart plus I can't remember what on hold. While in line Savannah put out 1 fruit pop tart. The fruits on it made it a no brainer. Tho I know for a fact the other one would've been epic, that fruit tart was calling my name! Michaela helped me and she's a rockstar! She's kind, patient, funny and knowledgeable. I did the spinach crab Benedict. I asked about the crab. Making sure it wasn't mix, she said it was blue crab. Sold! I ordered woman the brown butter latte w lavender cloud top and loving seasonal items I did the banana biscoff. I got my pastries immediately, food took a minute and drinks a bit longer. Someone else waiting on their food left so I got her spot/table. They stay busy! There was very rarely a moment when no one was waiting. I was probably there 40ish mins possibly a few more. I tried my drink when I got I. The car and wasn't super impressed. No problem. I loved the way they packed everything, I was able to plate it nicely as well. The Benedict was nothing short of FABULOUS! Every flavor compliments the other perfectly. The crab was delicious and for the price you can't beat it! The Maine blueberry pop tart! Omg! And the fruit tart tasted better than it looked! Woman loved her drink and was raving about the food and pastries. My drink didn't much taste like banana or biscoff despite the crumbles on top. Still, the foods amazing, staffs amazing, place is cute, just small. I'm going back, no question. New favorite!

After driving for roughly 5 hours into Vegas,…read moreI searched up "matcha" because I desperately needed something to drink and Aware Coffee was one of the only spots around me that was open. I didn't even bother reading reviews beforehand, I just went and honestly I'm so glad I did because this ended up being one of the biggest surprises of the trip. The parking lot itself was pretty quiet, but there was a steady flow of people going in and out which is usually a good sign. Inside there's plenty of seating and it definitely felt like one of those cafes that could easily become a study/work spotor casual hangout place. I was also really impressed by how big their menu was. They had acai bowls, sandwiches, burritos, toast, milk teas, espresso drinks, and even a jasmine mule that immediately caught my attention. Their mint mojito latte sounded really good too, but I ended up deciding to try a couple drinks from the seasonal menu instead. We got the tiramisu matcha latte and the banana foster latte. The employees were super friendly and checked in to see if we needed help deciding, which honestly felt extra appreciated after being in the car for that long. Our drinks came out pretty quickly and the very first thing I noticed was the cream-to-drink ratio. When I say these drinks were loaded with cream top. I mean loaded. My tiramisu matcha was probably like 20% cream and the banana foster looked almost half cream at first glance. The cream itself is super thick too, not one of those light cold foams that disappears after two sips. But honestly? That tiramisu matcha latte might've just blown a lot of the matcha spots I've tried in San Diego out of the water. The matcha itself was bold, earthy, and very matcha forward, but that thick tiramisu cream on top cut through it perfectly. It made the drink taste rich without becoming overwhelmingly heavy. I literally kept thinking about this drink for the rest of the trip. The banana foster latte was good too, but definitely more of what you'd expect flavor wise. Caramel banana vibes, smooth espresso, solid overall, but the tiramisu matcha completely stole the spotlight for me. My only complaint is honestly just how thick the cream tops are. They're so dense that you kind of have to stir everything together. I'm usually someone who likes to sip both the foam and drink together at the same time, but that wasn't really possible here because the cream barely moves. Still delicious though. I genuinely wish I grabbed another drink on the drive back home because I have not stopped thinking about that tiramisu matcha since. Next time I'm back in Vegas, this is absolutely a spot I'm returning to.
