I highly recommend EZ Moving. The response time and quality of customer service prior and during the move was great. Their prices are reasonable and they provide insurance which was a big plus as many new buildings require a COI. I hired them for two back to back moves and in both cases they were very accommodating with time changes and adding additional movers. Tim, Robert and Kasym were exceptional to work with. They worked hard and were very careful with the furniture as well with the walls and doorways. They wrapped the furniture really well and provided boxes and other moving materials. On the day before I had to move all my help canceled on me so I was in desperate need of movers. I thought I would send a request to EZ Moving just to see if I get a response since it was already the end of the day and I had to move out the next day. Immediately I received a response from Katie who was very kind and informative. To top that I requested for 4 movers. I didn't even think that was possible to find 4 movers at the end of the day to move a 6,000 sqft home the next morning. This was insane. After a few minutes she messaged me back saying she had secured 4 movers for me. Nothing but amazing service just in her end. The movers arrived and immediately coordinated with me and went over Setup an organized plan of where and what to start with. Not to mention that I had a small moving pod for the furniture I had. However, they were going to make it work. I have hired movers before and my furniture was damaged just by the pushing and dragging. Not one piece of furniture was pushed or dragged they practically hand carried all my furniture to the pod and had each piece of furniture securely wrapped and stacked securely even when I told them they didn't have to wrap some of the furniture. I really appreciate the care and kindness they showed! Always asked me to check an area to make sure if it was to my satisfaction. I can go on and on of how impressed I was with this company. They were incredible. Booking was a breeze and every email I sent was responded to or I got a call back within minutes. By far the best prices I saw when reaching out for quotes. They gave me a one-hour window of arrival and got there 15 minutes into it. When they were arriving and while they were traveling they kept me updated both with automatic messages and direct calls from the movers. Our apartment was not the easiest to get anything in or out of but they were pros in packing and maneuvering the furniture. They were out in about 45 minutes and on the road. The whole move only took under the estimated time and they even helped us get a few extra items up the stairs. Very nice throughout the process and stuck to covid safety the entire time. Jay and Mark are a Dynamic Duo - They're the One-Two Punch. Seriously, overall the experience was awesome!! Moving can be stressful but they did their part. They showed up on-time, amped and ready to go. Jay briefly went over the game plan, then got to wrapping and protecting our furniture (the ones I asked for anyway) and then started loading their truck. Btw, they place a thin but protective pad around the furniture then shrink wrap around it to hold everything in place. Everything was unwrapped by them at our new place in its original condition; no scratches, no dings no fuzz!! Mark was a wrapping machine. #BeastMode. Thank you sir, that was amazing. No need to book a U-Haul since they bring their own truck. A big thanks to Jay and Mark (Batman and Robin) and the whole team at EZ Moving. My partner Sean and I used EZ Movers today for the first time, and just based on a Google search. We weren't sure what to expect. But after having to reschedule twice due to closing delays they were so accommodating. The 3 gentlemen showed up right on time as played, reviewed what charges to expect, and then got right to it. They loaded up our stuff in LA so quickly yet carefully and reinforced and wrapping and packing. Then once in Palm Springs theses unbelievable men uploaded the truck and even distributed our stuff among the 3 floors. All the while nice and pleasant to work with. And considering it was 110 in the desert. If and when we ever have to move again these are the guys we will call. read more

Five stars! 10 stars if I could give them. This team was so impressive and made our move as close to seamless as a move can be. Eric, Hashim, and Tolga are a dream team. We also met Jay for a bit- A+ all around. They are so efficient that we did a 2 bed, 2 bath across town move, with a stop to pick up some lawn furniture, and way too many stairs on both sides in just under 6 hours. They even unpacked our furniture and arranged it beautifully- we didn't even have a plan in place for it and might just leave it as-is. And they never stopped smiling. This company was great at doing the moving job . I would have given them 5 stars. However, I was hounded about giving them a 20% tip. I thought that was not inappropriate. Total for job was for 3 hrs. I wanted to give each 20.-. The gentleman asked me for 20%. Awkward!! I ended up giving each 26.75. Annoying! Unfortunately some cannot afford to tip 20%. I hired EZ Moving to help me move out of my tiny home that I had already moved half of the items out.. I was working with a budget and stressed about my budget (Hence the reason I had moved half of my things out to save money) long story short, they sent a couple of teens to do the job.. they were super slow (racking up the hourly) and when I asked if they could pick up the pace because of my budget.. they got mouthy, again they are young boys.. so then I called the company so they could reach out to the boys and then all hell broke loose! They caught a serious attitude, throwing my things being very careless.. they then moved everything so fast into the new home that things got broken, and they left tools and materials behind..They didn't wrap my 75in tv correctly and it had rained that day so naturally my tv got ruined.. I ended up paying $100 over my budget. The company did replace my tv in a timely manner and apologized for the inconvenience so I am grateful for that. So in the end, I don't fault the company itself, i fault the young men they sent to do the job, which more and likely were the Sons. read more

Our move with EZ moving was a ten star experience. Our movers were Seon, Erik, and Gala. They showed up within the estimated arrival window and got to work immediately. They wore masks the entire time and were super communicative throughout the move to ensure things were going the way we needed them to. We still had some loose items to pack and they brought in more boxes and worked with us to make sure all of our items made it onto the moving truck quickly, while being mindful of the fragility of many of our belongings. I certainly hope we won't have to move again anytime soon, but if and when we find our family in need of movers, we won't hesitate to give EZ Moving a call! Highly recommend! read more

The 2 stars is because they were on time. I hate leaving not great reviews, especially for labor intensive services. Unfortunately I've moved more times then I wish. These movers seemed lost and unorganized the whole time. What should have took a hour job to load up (1 bedroom 500 sq ft took about 2 and half hours). They used plastic wrap to wrap furniture(FYI this doesn't protect furniture if you hit the ground) and regular dollies. To top it off they turn my furniture upside down so they could put in on a regular dolly which caused 2 of my items to scuffed that I could tell so far. Keep in mind they had plenty of furniture wraps and furniture dollies in the truck that I could see, but for some reason none were used. They had me packing everything that had drawers (if this was something that was told to me when booking I would have been prepared or not booked). At the end they ended up piling my furniture on the side of the street while they tried to organize our stuff inside the truck. I'm sorry but that is not acceptable, you figure that out when you see the items not leave the customers stuff on the side of the street. Thankfully nothing was stolen. At the end my husband and I also helped them move items because it was taking so long. I would definitely not recommend. read more

I had a wonderful experience with this company. They were very professional and took great care with my belongings, including two large flat screen TVs that no longer had the boxes. They moved very quickly. I had some very heavy furniture and my job took 8 hours. They moved me at night in the dark and up a hill!! These guys were so awesome. I still need some moving for furniture rearrangement and I want to hire them again. Prices most reasonable out of all I priced. They never complained about any task. Would definitely hire these guys.
