I was really excited to try this place out, but I wasn't that impressed even though I gave it a four out of five. I ordered the chicken wings extra crispy buffalo sauce on the side, but they did not give me the buffalo sauce, which I was a little sad about my understand mistakes happen. The wings were tasty. They are a little tiny, but there juice. We also ordered one of the Phillies sandwiches, which was great. You definitely have to like food that way to eat it. It's a lot of different things all in one but I feel like it's really good for the munchies. I do want to say I definitely want to try this place out again in the day so I can really try more. Went to Vegas for a day and came across this place so we decided to give it a try. The guy who took our order was super cool and explained some of the food to us. Holy Hell, this place blew my mind, and taste buds out of the water! We ordered Door Dash and it was the freshest warmest togo experience I have ever had. We got a lot of food for the group, and I personally loved the Mac N Cheese Bites! They were crunchy outside but soft inside. For my sandwhich I got the good Ole "Fat Shack." It was phenomenal. All those wild ingredients paired with that sweet Jalepeno mustard made for one of the best sandwhiches I've ever had. Only thing I'd change is I'd get an extra side of the jalapeno mustard because they didn't put enough on the sandwich. The chicken tenders I took a bite of were also pretty good, but if you are going here, I'd get one of their crazy sandwiches over chicken tenders. The fries didn't disappoint, and neither did the Cheesecake bites. In fact one rather drunk person woke up off the couch just to eat a cheesecake bite before she passed back out! After seeing this place on Shark Tank, my son and I just had to give it a try. This place is dangerous!!! The food is absolutely incredible. They make sandwiches with all the random stuff you enjoy eating most. I had the Fat Bronco and it has chicken fingers, mozzarella sticks, French fries and marinara sauce. I can wait to try all the sandwiches. It's definitely a cheat meal kinda place and they are open until 4am. ... and for dessert we tried the deep fried Oreos and cheesecake. This has been automatically added to my cheat day spot. Lol the menu is pretty large and I tend to worry about that because there might be a dip in quality , too many kitchen nightmare episodes, but man did I waste time worrying about that. I got the classic double patty cheese burger made w/ Angus beef and a brioche bun toasted ( so the bread doesn't get soggy ) and lord have mercy did it taste so darn good. Also got a side of cheese fries and let me tell you about these FRIES!!! they were so CRISPY and even though they were smothered in cheese the fries didn't lose out on the crisp. Disappointing that only 5 rings constitute a "side order". - Munchie Madness Platter: The best item in this platter is the mozzarella sticks. The chicken fingers were good, though very heavy on the batter. The mac'n'cheese bites were decent: Personally not a fan of this food concept, but substitutions weren't allowed. Amazing. Best hidden gem on this side of town. I ordered the cheese fries and the fried cheesecake and the super awesome manager let me try the fried Oreos since I couldn't decide. Definitely recommend both! The sandwiches look mouth watering and I couldn't decide which one I wanted. Will definitely order one next time. New burger place! We ordered take out and it took alil over 25 mins! Got home and they forgot my order!! I live 12 mins from this place! I called them and the lady said it was left under the heat lamp. It was her job to check that the order was in a big! And she's telling me that it was left under the heat lamp?!?!! Was that an excuse??? So I had to drive back and pick the rest of my order. She saw me and grabbed my bag and all she said was "Sorry". What service. The food is mediocre. The Gorbies is alil salty but it was ok. The bread was soggy cuz it was sitting under the heat lamp for over 20 mins! The hamburger was "slimy" according to my son. He said the flavor was eh. I do not like writing bad reviews but I was REALLY inconvenience and the customer service AFTER I had to go back to pick up the rest of the order failed to meet my expectations. Me and my friends come to Fat Shack every time we are in town! We love that they are open super late and it fits the Vegas vibe perfectly! The service is always friendly and the staff was very helpful the first time I ordered due to the unique menu options! I've been able to try almost everything on the menu now, my favorites are the Fat Doobie and the buffalo wings. I can't pick a favorite when it comes to the desserts but my groups always ends up splitting an order of the deep fried cheesecake bites or an order of the deep fried Oreos. Mood -Fried Oreos and Stuff Upon entering there was a little line going. So waited until it became my turn. The menu is pretty expansive. So def take your time as there are so many different options. I opted for the Fried Oreos, Fried Twinkies, Angus Burger, Fat Hangover, and of course Tea. The sauces for the Oreos and Twinkies are made in house and there were really good. My highlight was the Fried Oreos and Twinkies. Interior is several booths and televisions playing. There was music going in the background as well. Staff was wearing masks to ensure good ol safety. The staff were continually cleaning up tables as patrons left so that was a nice touch. As the powder def gets everywhere. Would recommend - pricing was reasonable. I am confused by one aspect though. Everyone at the other 2 tables got asked if they needed anything like napkins cutlery, and my table was just walked past. Thought it was odd. Maybe I just came in on the wrong day and def wrong time. This could have been a 5 star review easily. When I heard Fat Shack was coming to Vegas some months ago I was super excited to try out their food! They opened in the last week so I got my chance! I got the large Fat Shack & it was delicious and absolutely huge! The sandwich was filled with pretty much everything on their menu, and I chose jalapeño honey mustard as my sauce inside. I'd definitely get this sandwich again! My wife got the chicken fingers and she said they were alright. She wasn't a huge fan of the garlic parm, but said the tenders themselves were great! We shared some fries & those were the bomb! Next time I come I want to try one of their shakes. I'll definitely keep coming back, as Sundays they have half off wings. Really? All I can say I found a gem that has been open for only 9 days. The good news is, is that it's less than 7 minutes from my house. If you are coming here to count calories, I will tell you, this place isn't for you. The menu as far as appetizers and burgers is pretty standard. I like that they offer jalopeno poppers. When I ordered my food, I got the fat shack. Cheesesteak, fingers, fries, onion rings, poppers, and mozzarella sticks with a choice of sauce. My friend got the slob. When it came out, I thought it was a cheesesteak with everything else on the side. I didn't realize it came all in the hoagie! When I took the first bite I couldn't believe how good it was. All of the items complemented each other well. It's like as I'm eating, wow there is the jalopeno! With what you have in each sandwhich, it surprisingly isn't going to require you to get a second job. Reasonably priced. Since it's 107 today, they also offer milkshakes and deep fried desserts. It's been a few months since I've been to Fat Shack but today I ordered a half of a sandwich and thought it was super small so I went back in and was told a half is 4 inches. Shocked because it cost over $8. I don't remember the half sizes being so small. I didn't even get full. The taste of the sandwich wasn't bad but there was still bread left over with no meat. Maybe I've always ordered the whole sandwich but I remember a whole being longer. 4 inches of a sandwich for what. Take that option off the menu and just offer one size. I feel scammed.
