    Positives: -Carrie, who was great to work with and made the buying process positive, fast, and painless. -Sales seems to really care -Loaners when needed Negative: SERVICE DEPARTMENT - SERVICE FOREMAN I acquired a 2024 IX back on 12/30/23. For some reason the airbag had to be replaced, no issue with driving, but sensors required. While taking my car in I remembered that the two rear USBc slots on the back of each front seat were no longer working and asked to be looked at and fixed. When I acquired the car I bought two USCc to USBc cords to have ready to go when my kids were in the car, but my kids were not coming in my car and ended up having to take the cords out 3 times to be used in my wife's car on trips to then be put back in my car, by me, the one who uses the front USBc slot multiple times a day with taking in and out and no issues. Service told me that they will not replace as they broke due to excessive force?????????????????????????????? There is a lot of labor involved as it involves taking apart each seat and putting back together and the component should not cost more than $20 at a car dealership and Fields BMW will only fix for $1,200. Yes, I bought the car 5 months ago brand new and this is the service I am getting. In picking my car up this evening I was livid that they are not replacing and expressed my frustration, and informed I will be going to a different dealership. Their response was "fine" and I gave them an "FU" to be given one right back by the foreman of the service department. is that a joke? Employees can speak to customers that way? If it was coming from Dan Fields then no worries as it is his company and if he wants to swear at an customer then go for it, but for an employee to say "FU" to a customer is absolutely wrong. If they were in the right they would have just kept their mouths shut and let me look like the loudmouth, but they wanted to get theirs in. Good for them. They lost a customer. If Fields was a respectable dealership this would have been fixed with no questions but after a week of back and forth with them standing firm and having an employee s\ay FU to me they are getting a negative review. Included is a photo of what has been described as excessive force to break and not taking any fault on the hardware but putting the blame on the customer. WAY TO GO! I am sure Dan Fields must be super proud of his service team. Maybe this is how be pays for commercials...put blame on customer to make customer pay when it is covered by warranty and use that money to fund commercials. That is probably not true but I am so livid with this place. I highly recommend checking out Knauz, or even Perillo, which was the dealership I left after being

    Service department is very sneaky and offers mediocre service and will try to add on all sorts of erroneous charges. Go elsewhere!

Based on their track record, I decided to take the leap and buy a pre-owned Audi Q8. I am so glad I listened to them; the entire experience from sales to service has been absolutely spectacular. On the sales side, Dean Apostolopoulos and Ivan Flores were fantastic to work with. They made the buying process smooth, transparent, and completely stress-free. Where CarMax truly blew me away, though, was the post-sale service. When the vehicle needed a few standard wear-and-tear items addressed under the warranty period, my service advisor, Muhammad "Moe" Chattha, completely knocked it out of the park. Moe is a true professional in every sense of the word. His attention to detail is incredible, and his communication was exceptional--keeping me updated frequently and clearly every step of the way while the car was in the shop. He went completely above and beyond, even offering to personally drive the vehicle over to the local Audi Exchange dealer if any manufacturer-specific issues arose. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. I got incredibly lucky with this Audi Q8, but more importantly, I found a team that truly cares about the customer after the paperwork is signed. My family was 100% right about CarMax. They have earned a customer for life!

Not only was I happy with their $ offer, but their customer service was top-notch. What a well-oiled machine! Their purchasing process is very structured, and the staff member who helped me was efficient and kept me informed about what the steps were and how much more time it would take.     My wife went to do 5k maintenance on 5/11/2026. 1. Service…read moreadvisor promised that maintenance would be done within 1 hr but it actually took 3 hrs. The person kept lying that "service would be done in few mins" 2. Service rep incorrectly assumed the car was from a rental agency. 3. After maintenance, the car was sent to car wash and the car got "lost" and advisor spent 1hr finding the car and finishing the wash. Was eventually told that the car in the service line never got in the queue for wash. 4. Also noticed a wrong key was handed to another customer. Absolutely chaotic management and gross service. It's been 6 months since I purchased from here and I continue to love my new ride! Nate guided me, step by step, throughout the entire process. He listened to what I wanted and respected it. He was not pushy and didn't try to upsell me on anything. He is extremely patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. As everyone knows, purchasing a car takes some time. Nate checked in on me even while I was talking with other departments (finance, IT, etc). At one point he got me food from the food court to make sure I wasn't getting hangry, haha. I traded in my previous car and got a very fair price. It was the highest bid when compared to other places I've been to - BMW, Mercedes, Tesla, Honda, and Carmax. I highly recommend seeing Nate if you're in the market for a vehicle. No BS and no headache, he's great! Tip - if you purchase a brand new car from here you get a complimentary 6 month service check in (tire rotation and full inspection) and your first year oil change. Loaner and Service Department: When needing a loaner Carlos provided me with excellent customer service. He thoroughly explained the process of borrowing a car and also offered to show me the features of the car since I was not familiar with driving a Lexus previously. He's very friendly and kind! During my 6 month service I had Marvin as my service advisor. The process was easy and quick. I opted to grab food from their cafeteria and he found me once my car was done being serviced. Throughout my apportionment I was receiving text msgs and videos of the status of my car. I found that to be very helpful. Car buying can be challenging but Carlos and Nate really made this process easy and enjoyable for me. I'm extremely happy with my decision on joining the Lexus family!
