I usually avoid leaving negative reviews because I understand how hard it is to run a small business. However, I brought my friend here today to celebrate her birthday, and the experience was very disappointing. While the food came out quickly, the service was lacking. We repeatedly had to flag down servers and were assisted by the same server each time, who seemed uninterested and unconcerned. We requested vinegar and soy sauce, and when the vinegar was brought to our table, there were multiple fruit flies inside the bottle. We immediately brought this to the server's attention, but he did not appear concerned. Flies around food are a serious issue. He simply returned with a small bowl of vinegar, leaving us unsure of its source or whether the issue had truly been addressed. After returning home, I began experiencing a stomachache. Additionally, the other servers appeared attentive only to customers they were familiar with. There were flies flying throughout the restaurant and around our food, making the environment feel very unsanitary. I have been this restaurant for a couple of times. They always have new dishes cooked by the skilled chefs. Today, I got a package offers with delicious food and good discount. A big grilled fish and a lot of side like needle mushrooms, potatoes, and Fuzhu, spicy taste just right, juicy, crispy, sooo delicious! The package comes with four dishes, others are golden Guoba, XiHu beef soup, and Yangzhou shrimp fried rice ( Chao fan). Those food are so good and the price are surprisingly cheap, everything is tasty. Beside the good food, the restaurant looks very nice and clean, and the waitress are friendly with good service. I like this place. I will definitely come back again, and I will recommend my friends coming over to enjoy the wonderful time in here as well. read more

We have been here for so many times since we moved to the area a year ago. First time we came here, we were surprised by the exceptional service they provided. We have a little one who is good at making mess but the servers there are very patient and nice to us all the time! As for the food, we ordered the spicy grill whole fish and sweet and sour spare ribs at the first time. We definitely loved it and always had the fish and ribs when we went back. Now they added a lot more dishes to the menu and they have very authentic shanghai dishes and spicy dishes. Today we tried the dry stir pot and with no surprise, we love it too! So far they are just soft opening but as soon as you see their menu, you can tell this authentic Chinese restaurant. The second visit I order the Shanghai spareribs (紅燒小排), Sliced Beef in Chili Sauce (夫妻肺片), both are very delicious. Ther sparerib is on the sweet side because it's Shanghainese dish. The Sliced Beef is very tender but not super spicy (which is perfect for my standard). Price is fair at this location, service is good but there is room for improvement, decors are nice and clean. Overall I will recommend this restaurant to my family and friends if they are looking for authentic Chinese restaurant. read more

Fiery Shanghai's soup dumpling really put it on top. A nice silky wrap and keeps the soup intact really sets the dish up. The wonderful soup explodes in your mouth as you get a bite in. The pork is very yummy that has a very wonderful distinct flavor. Top it of with its included dipping sauce, and you have a very epic Xiao Long Bao. The decor is inviting, I did like the splash of turquoise that adorn the restaurant. The menu alone puts a few wedding albums to shame, pretty nice! I've never actually been to Shanghai so I'm not sure if the food here is really authentic, but it seems like it is. I got an order of the pan fried dumplings. The outside of the dumpling wasn't too thick or too thin. I also had the maps tofu which was absolutely amazing I couldn't recommend it enough. read more
