Haven't been to Fin & Feathers in a while but I must say that it didn't disappoint. The Happy Hour was on point and Jordan out Server took great care of us. The Margaritas were surprisingly strong and delicious. We tried the Happy Hour menu items as well as a few Starters from the regular menu. But baaabbbbby the Chicken Thigh Nuggets tossed with Honey Hot STOLE the show!! Those delectable snacks are ABSOLUTELY delicious and plentiful. Will be back for that Happy Hour menu with my girls

Happy happy happy hour to all. I love a good deal and the $5 drink and food specials never disappoint. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Overall, the vibes are always great.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I'm hard-pressed to think of a time when I'm not dancing in my seat to whatever playlist they have on while I enjoy my catfish, rum punch and hookah.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food comes out quick and hot, the servers and bartender are always personable and attentive, and so many of my friends love enjoying this spot. W's all around. To the restaurant: PLEASE don't ever change your french fries, because they are so good!!!

I stopped by here with friends around 1am on a Thursday night. There was a security guard who checked license and did a pat down. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It wasn't busy inside and the music was on par for the environment.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There was food, drinks, and hookah. One friend got a hookah. They said it wasn't good at first. The staff left and brought it back. My friend said it was better then. My friend ordered egg rolls and fries. The fries were hot and tasty. The egg rolls appeared old and non appealing. They said it wasn't good but they ate it because they were hungry. The drinks were $15 a piece and STRONG! However, too strong. I got an AMF. I don't babysit drinks, but that drank was babysat until they closed where I STRUGGLED to finish it because of how much alcohol was in it and little of other items. For some, this may be great, but I wasn't expected it and it wasn't enjoyable. I had to eat fries in between each sip to get the overwhelming alcohol taste of my mouth. My friend's drink was also strong and not enjoyable. The menu was online which you can scan via QR code. There is a 20% gratuity on ALL bills, regardless of size. Service was hit and miss as far as attentiveness. On the other hand, staff were friendly. The lights came on about 5 minutes to 2am. Around 2am, security gave us and other parties present a gentle reminder to wrap up. We got another reminder around 2:05am. He was super chill and respectful in his approach both times.

I had to pull up to a handful of places while I had my routine trip to ATL. And had to stop at the great Fin & Feathers. Amazing service and great food. Our waitress took the time out to talk to me and my friend about the menu over the loud music. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The TVs were all over the place.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was a cool cool vibe.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The parking was a lil 'meh' but I found a spot for me lol. The catfish was crispy and cooked throughly. And the Mac & cheese was great too. I came here for happy hour and my colleagues and I enjoyed our time. Food was good and drinks were decent. I ordered the catfish nuggets and fries, as well as the Cesar wrap. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There was a nice vibe throughout the night and good customer service.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We'll be back.

My true score is a 3.5. There is some street parking but we went to find a parking lot and walked back over to the restaurant. The decor is simple and the seats are pretty close together. We ordered mimosas and found it super strange because it tasted off. When we spoke to the waitress she told us that they didn't use reg champagne which I think should've been voiced before we ordered drinks. We ended up switching to other drinks because no one liked what we were having. Not sure if it was a one off or their norm. We had a variety of foods from: catfish &grits Steak & eggs Omelet Chicken & waffles Biscuits Overall, we liked the food. It was seasoned well. This is definitely a loud establishment. There was a DJ and he had the vibes right in this spot. The music kept us jamming. The ambiance was great for us. The service was ok. If you're looking for kinda a lounge vibe this is def the spot for you. We enjoyed the other drinks that we ordered but they were mixed drinks. We stayed away from any other mimosa mixes due to the champagne issue.

My friend and I visited this location for the first time a few Sundays ago for brunch. The place was packed (and heavy on the hookah smokers), but the host was able to seat us without a reservation within 7-10minutes. The DJ was soo good I had to take down his information so I can see where he spins in the future. This is my second visit with Fin&Feathers since moving to ATL and the food is really good. I am from LA, as Ive heard the owner is too, and I like seeing the familiar names on the drink menu. I felt safe, had a great time, enjoyed the food. I just wish the service was faster because we did wait almost an hr for two very simple orders. I didn't take any photos of my food, but enjoy this photo of my friend and I.

Stopped in for happy hour, there was no wait time but they had changed their hours for the night and were closing early. The vibes were chill, not too busy, and we were seated quickly. We tried the fried catfish nuggets and fries around the table and we all really enjoyed them! We also had a round of margs, which were tasty but not my favorite! I definitely plan to try other locations soon!

I usually visit the midtown location but the Edgewood location was actually pretty nice! I must say that fins and these catfish nuggets have me hooked no matter the location. I love how they plate the catfish nuggets as well! The layout of the restaurant is completely different and this location doesn't not have an outside patio. If you're looking for my space I'd recommend the midtown location however, if you'd like to bar hop Edgewood is the place. The bartenders are quick! Just like the midtown location I'd give 10/10. Go try them out for yourself

My husband and I stopped by one weekend evening (around 9 pm) and were highly surprised to find that despite the name, this place has more of a club vibe. Beyond entering, my husband was patted down and my purse was quickly searched. The music was very loud! You could barely hear yourself think let aloud have a conversation. When ordering, our waiter was really attentive. You get used to it after awhile but it was a lot even for us. There was a bar area, an area with booths, and then an outdoor section. We both ordered the chicken and waffles. I thought they were okay - nothing amazing or bad. The waffle was a little more doughy/thick than I preferred. Everything came out piping hot though and quickly. I ordered the California dreaming cocktail which was yummy but I couldn't really taste the alcohol. Also it came out in a plastic cup so I didn't really feel like I got my moneys worth. Overall decent experience but I probably wouldn't come back if I was in the area again.

I visited this spot for Sunday brunch a few weeks ago...It was when I came to Fins and Feathers that I realized brunches in Atlanta tend to be 80% women. Now there is nothing wrong with this but just something to be mindful of for us ladies or you men out there reading LOL. The vibe in here is great for a day party and if you want somewhere to enjoy food, drinks and hookah with your girls. Don't come here expecting to have a calm, conversation because the music is LOUD and LIT. You can make reservations on the weekend, so you can avoid the 2 or 3 hour wait of most brunches in the city which definitely gives this spot an advantage. Now let's talk about the food and service because I know that's what most of yall care about. I found the food to be reasonably priced but SALTY as all hell, and my friends also agreed. They smother most of their brunch entrees in this creamy, white sauce that brings a majority of the saltiness to the dish. And then don't even specify that the sauce comes on the dish. Now this makes sense for like a catfish and grits, which is what one of my friends ordered. But a Veggie egg scramble with breakfast potatoes really don't go right with that sauce. In addition, they don't do substitutions or even egg whites. I'm sorry but this is one of my pet peeves, a restaurant that allows you little flexibility with adjusting your meal to your taste. Ok now service..it was lagging. Unless I asked the server for water, I was sitting there parched from the salty food I was eating. He also took some time to bring checks when it was clear for about 10 minutes we were done eating. The food runners were very helpful, though so I'll give y'all that. Overall, I give it 3.5 stars and I think I would give another chance for dinner as the vibe looks more my speed and their entrees look delicious. Will update my review if I do! read more

As much as I want to support black businesses, they tend to be the worst. As a former employee in the restaurant business, waiting 40 mins for 3 Turkey burgers is insane. Everybody after me received their food before me. I inquired with the light skin male bartender 3 times about my food and he replied, "I'll check on it", and I never received a response. The restaurant automatically grats 20% so I feel as if they don't care about the service they provide to their patrons. Also, when I asked for a manager, the waitress responds, "There isn't a manager here, but you can talk to me since I'm the owner's daughter." I explained the situation and the only thing she says is, "oh I'm sorry, they had to get more aioli from the store." There was no sincere consideration, nothing modified or anything. As I walked out, I checked my food and there was no pineapple salsa on the burger. I informed them, and they gave me some cold ass salsa. I don't recommend this place to anyone anymore. The burgers don't look like the picture either. [[HIGHLIGHT]]On top of that, it was only 10 people in the restaurant, so it shouldn't have taken that long.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This is the 2nd time this establishment did this to me after coming to them a few times. This restaurant is across the street from Harold's. Parking is challenging. To enter there is a security guard who checks ID's and searches your bag. Kinda threw me off. I didn't know what kind of restaurant it was so that was interesting. Especially when they searched my 73yr old mom. This is a hookah bar/restaurant. We weren't there for the hookah - I wanted lamb chops. It wasn't too smokey. I've never been to a hookah bar before. Music is playing - not too loud. You can still talk. TV's had on sports. Nice relaxing vibe. My daughter ordered the dynamit shrimp - spicy!!! She also had the fried catfish, Mac n cheese and some blue drink. She didn't like the drink so I took it. Tasted good to me. Mom ordered fried chicken wings and broccoli. She's the picky eater and she liked the broccoli. SIL ordered the grits with catfish. He liked it too. I ordered the lamb chops with Mac n cheese - it was good! Our waitress was attentive and very nice. Since they have an automatic 20% gratuity, sometimes the service can be lacking and it wasn't. I would definitely come back but not with my mom. read more

The initial experience at the door was great. The security guard was pleasant, no complaint. My guest was seated pretty quickly but once we sat down, the experience went left. Our waitress attitude was horrible, the QR code didn't work, and the service was extremely slow. We only ordered drinks, no food but waited an extended amount of time. The experience probably would have been better if our waitress was in a better mood. read more

Please come here the next time your in Atlanta. We booked reservations through the #on the website, because it's usually crowded. It's a small space but very roomy. The vibe was great music was between r&b and oldies. The food tho !!!! Omg everything was seasoned to perfection and definitely with love. They had happy hour on drinks which was strong and also on apps. For apps we had fried pickles and the jerk chicken spring rolls . So mouth watering! I had the lamb chops with mash and Mac on the side . The mash was that thick mash and definitely seasoned and buttery. The mac was good and cheesy and the lamb chops was great no particular difference. They also have hookah! Would definitely come back next time I'm in town. read more

My friends and I found this place through yelp after trying to get to another restaurant who had a crazy waitlist. The food here was so delicious. I highly recommend the chicken and waffles, the chicken was so crispy and season so well but I fell in love. They were offering happy hour we are drinks for only five dollars which were perfect and they did not skim on the alcohol. Our food was reasonably priced and well worth the price as well. If I lived in Atlanta this would definitely be my go to place. read more

I went here twice in one week. I Love the restaurant, the food was good and the lamb chops are excellent (BUT) small. The Mac and cheese is very good. They need to add some good HOMEMADE yams to the menu PLEASE AND THANK YOU The service was nice and always friendly. My only downfall was and is the parking. It's 20 dollars to park or you can park for free with the vagrants up and down the side and back street that are wondering about. That's taking a gamble with your life read more

Absolutely phenomenal Sunday brunch! For starters, we pulled into parking lot (20bucks) and noticed a line out the door. Think dang...im hungry dont want to wait. Turns out this is more than a fabulous brunch spot, its hookah, dj, fun, and black love. We were greeted by the manager Monte (hope i spelled it right) who was nice enough to say we have a 30min wait but can help ourselves to a drink and chill by the bar. It was live in this place and im from Cali so this place was right up my alley. Our waiter was D, he was great in light of it being extremely busy and me asking him for 10% off for the offer I got from yelp. He was like i never seen that lol. But he still went and asked the manager Monte if we can make it happen and he did what any respectable and flourishing business man should do-make the customer happy. Visited Fin and Feathers for my first ever brunch and y'all this place was bomb! They had a female dj who kept all the good songs in rotation (both new and old school) as well as she was very interactive and came from behind the booth to dance, sing, and interact with the people there which is dope! The service was great and my food was also great! I would recommend and definitely be back. read more

We arrived to find and feathers after learning that another restaurant waiting list was too long, so we parked into the parking lot connected to the building, which was $10 to park. We went inside the restaurant and while the hostess was too busy cleaning to greet us, when she did decide to speak, she seated us immediately. Now mind you I'm dressed down do to prior arrangements, but people, DRESS TO IMPRESS at this place because the other customers were already dressed like they were going clubbing afterwards. They have hookahs available, it kinda gave off a lounge feel. But the space inside is intimate so be mindful. Our waitress (I forgot her name she's the one that looks like Meg the Stallion) but she was graceful and pleasant and before I could ask for anything she already had it to our table. She has a special place in my heart :) The Food was AMAZING! The salmon and the catfish was well seasoned, the mimosas was equally yoked with enough juice and champagne, the grits was creamy and had a good amount of cheese. I even finished my plate (which is rare). We even got a chance to meet Jo, I think he's the manager of the establishment and he looks young but knows what he's doing and knows how to treat his guests. I WILL DEFINITELY RETURN BUT I'LL BE DRESSED TO THE 9s THIS TIME! read more

I've been trying to get to this place for months but it's been very difficult. MF's tired of being in the house and want a good vibe, so I get it. So my friends and I finally made it. If you want a good brunch, and a lil turn up...this is def the place. Thank God they follow protocol with mask upon entering and temp check. It's a bit tight in there. Collectively we the lamb chops, shrimp and grits(added lobster tail), steak and eggs and the side of fried chicken. Presentation was on point. Everything was really good. Especially the grits alone. The chicken lacked flavor, which was disappointing. But hey, we enjoyed the experience. We also went with the bottomless mimosas, a couple patron shots and hookah. Good times. read more

Had Sunday brunch and wow hot only was the good delicious the energy was awesome. If you like R&B and hip- hop this is a great place to dine and two step. A great DJ knows how to hype the crowd and that is exactly what took place. The food was so good I ordered a second entree. Heads up reservations are required and they hold true to the time. There is a two hour limit which makes sense because you could easily exceed that time limit. Great place for friends to gather. I was visiting Atlanta and friends booked the restaurant and because my friends were late we decided to split the reservation. The fried catfish amazing crispy and flavored. This is my favorite F&F location. Parking can be iffy, but there's a lot right next to the building. This location is small so be sure to make a resy during busy hours. They have one of the best happy hours in town & they offer daily specials. If you're looking for the most bang for your buck come here. There's usually a DJ & it can get very loud. If you're looking for a good time with great food, drinks & hookah, check them out. Service is usually decent. The Catfish with spinach & mashed potatoes is my favorite dish. Be sure to get it with the remoulade sauce. read more

Yall why I went to Fin & Feathers in ATLANTA! I put my hand on the couch and it something lightly touched my hand --- it was a DAMN waterbug on my hand. He own that establishment he was so big - he was checking on his investment . I'm convinced - he had timbs - DOUBLE SOLES! The bartenders here are attentive and really nice. The food is good and the music is live. It can get kind of crowded, so if you're not into crowds, come earlier than 7. I think they have happy hour daily from 12pm to 8pm which is nice. The hookah is okay; our person never gave us new coals though. And it's a little pricey at $40 for one flavor. But nevertheless, this particular location is a yes. read more

This place is bomb! Delicious food, great service, and a fun vibe! The hookah is really great, the mimosas are strong- definitely will be adding this to my brunch rotation! I had the French toast sandwich which was really good and filling. Fluffy French toast, tender sausage. My best friends had the lobster and grits. The sauce was DELICIOUS and so flavorful and very well seasoned. There is a long wait on Sunday's so you should definitely make a reservation. I will definitely be back. Went on a week day and the atmosphere was amazing. I got the stuffed chicken breast with spinach and Mac n cheese and my bf got chicken & waffles with eggs & cheese grits. All the food was good!! Gave it four stars instead of 5 because they don't give you a physical receipt until after you pay and add gratuity. We tipped and didn't know she already added gratuity in the price she told us so we tipped twice. I went on a Sunday for my friend's birthday and the service was crazy. The vibe was definitely there. Great music, good drinks and food. Our server just was having a bad day. We all ordered entrees but none of us got our sides. If you want hookah, you have to place your order with the hookah girl (our server did not notify us of this information which prolonged our wait for hookah). The mimosas were 90% champagne and 10% juice (no complaints there). I ordered the Ultimate French Toast Sandwich with turkey sausage & it was absolutely delicious!! I'd definitely order again but maybe Togo because I wasn't a fan of the dine in experience. And the parking was horrible! I definitely recommend uber or Lyft read more

I always enjoy their food but I literally HATE texting for a reservation and I HATE that they include the gratuity and don't tell you. It's incredibly loud as many of the restaurants here are too and I was there for breakfast. It was 10am and I was not ready for the Gucci Gucci Versace music set. The catfish and grits do be rolling tho. They should get open table or resy and TELL YOU THAT THE GRATUITY IS INCLUDED. Food is good but same scammy ATL vibes as the rest of them. read more

Not sure why this place is so hyped and they fake long wait times and availability. Wanted to go here for my anniversary brunch. You have to text a number and wait for a reply to get a reservation. I so happened to call the restaurant right as they opened and someone really nice picked up. They basically said for two, I should be fine to come and try to be seated. Even though I received a texted back saying the were booked and full for the day. They were not booked and full and seating us was no problem. We ordered the French toast egg sandwich, it was ok, the turkey sausage was weird, hard, and dry. It tastes like grade school breakfast sausage but worst like a burnt freezer instant patty. The best item was the shrimp and grits. I hate grits, but I ate theirs because the texture was good and the shrimp has great flavor that added to it. Drinks were ok as well. This place is mostly for the vibes because all the menu items I wanted to try, were not available like catfish nuggets, jerk chicken egg rolls, jerk turkey burger, among other items. Very limited brunch only menu. DJ is cool and the staff is great/fun, but I prefer other breakfast/brunch spots because I go to brunch mostly to eat and drink. My company and I create our own vibes. This gets a 3.5 based on the entire experience but the food gets a 4. We walked in and its packed, Sunday btw. No social distance being practiced. However, they did give us plastic utensils which i liked. It took a while for a server to come to us but like i said, it was super busy. If you like Hookah then you'll like this spot cuz they have it. The smell was very strong but it didn't bother me. There was a DJ - he played the ratchet playlist. Food: We ordered shrimp & grits, the brunch chicken & waffles & the ultimate french toast sandwich. I enjoyed my chicken and waffles very much. The waffle was perfect, not too light or too heavy, was a nice medium fluffy with powdered sugar on it. The chicken was fried perfectly. It was nice n hot when i got it. It was supposed to come with blueberries and strawberries but they forgot and i asked the waiter but she never brought them. My sister ordered the French toast sandwich and literally did not get her food until the rest of the table was done eating. Apparently they ran out of french toast, but the waiter did not tell her. You order by standing in line & they place your food into a styrofoam box & you can eat it there or take it home. I opted to take mine to go. I waited in line for about ten minutes which I hear is good for this place. I honestly did not know what I was going to order until I saw the fresh fried pork chops come out (please see my picture). Not only did they look fresh, but they were big, crispy & well seasoned. The meat only option included two and the price was more than right. Instead of showing concern, taking responsibility, or making a genuine effort to help resolve the issue, he was dismissive, spoke to me in an unprofessional manner in front of other customers, and ultimately walked away while I was still trying to discuss what had happened. I understand that mistakes can happen, but losing an item that had already been found and acknowledged by staff is a serious issue. More importantly, the lack of accountability, empathy, and professionalism shown by management was unacceptable. No customer should be treated with disrespect, especially when trying to recover a valuable personal item. I hope the company reviews its lost-and-found procedures and provides better customer service training to its management team. My experience left me feeling frustrated, embarrassed, and completely unsupported.

The guacamole is exactly what you expect, simple and comforting while the charro beans are the best I've ever had, seriously. Service is top tier and food is served quickly, which elevates the whole experience. I've been twice and I'll be back for another marg!

While visiting the Atlanta area, I decided to check out Fin & Feathers. From what I'd seen online, I expected it to be a restaurant with a lounge atmosphere and hookah, which is exactly what it is. Overall, the food was good. Nothing that completely blew me away, but definitely enjoyable. I'd give the food around a 7.5/10. The prices were fair, and I felt like they matched what we ordered. The drinks were decent too, probably around a 6.5/10. They were good enough, but not something I'd go out of my way for. My biggest issue was the atmosphere. The restaurant was extremely crowded, and the tables were packed so close together that it felt like we were sharing dinner with the people next to us. There wasn't much personal space, and it made the whole experience feel cramped and uncomfortable. If you're looking for an intimate dinner or a place where you can actually relax and have a conversation, this probably isn't it. The music was good, and if you're into hookah, they had that available as well, so I can definitely see the appeal for people looking for a lively environment. Would I go back? Probably not. I'd order takeout because I thought the food was worth eating again, but I wouldn't return to dine in. The lack of space and overcrowded seating took away from the overall experience. Overall, I'd give Fin & Feathers a 7/10. Good food, fair prices, decent drinks, but the crowded atmosphere kept me from really enjoying my visit. read more

Just left visiting Fin and Feathers for a friends birthday, and where do i start!!! Although we only had drinks and appetizers, everything was amazing!! But i need to applaud our server, Chandler. The way she handled such a big party with such patience and grace, all on her own needs to be noticed! We never had to remind or ask more than once for ANYTHING! Attended the soft opening June 29th...great service and attentive staff. Ambiance is sexy but not stuffy; DJ booth is ideally situated in a lush padded platform -- great use of space. Milan was our bartender and did a excellent job on the drinks. My next visit will be the Grand Opening on July 18th when I will try the menu items. I loved the vibe of this lounge. The music was great! the food was everything and the customer service was on point! I felt welcomed. Everyone was doing their own thing. It was a whole vibe! Next I'm coming for the dinner menu and the hookah! The only thing I didn't like was the 20.00 parking and the fact the the attendant was not there to collect the money so he comes to your table. Fin and Feathers Midtown was awesome. Great food, great hookah, great music, great staff, especially Lee. I had an awesome experience. Our table ordered the majority of the menu and every single item was delicious. The music was also a great mix of hip hop and r and b.
