I really want to like this place, and the pepperoni definitely does the job. However the fennel sausage was pretty underwhelming, not a single person in the group was a fan for some reason, and the sizing is a bit in-between. They're too big for a personal (as the box says, any pizza can be an individual pizza if you believe in yourself!), but they're a little small to share. Ended up with three pizzas for our little group and that worked out, but we definitely were not sure how much food we needed! It was pretty quick regarding the quality, and the farm to table atmosphere was incredible as the restaurant was literally in the farm where the food is sourced. The pizzas are small and light, but a filling meal for one person. We randomly found this yummy and adorable pizza place after a stop at a nearby store. Wow, I love supporting nice, friendly people who seem passionate about their business, and offer such unique and delicious food. We ordered for takeout the Chicory Caesar salad, pepperoni & vegan pizza, and burrata flatbread - all were fantastic. Also the chocolate chip cookie may have been the best cookie I ever tasted. Fiorelli is a wood fired pizza joint in a local garden. There are a variety of seasonal veggies and even some animals that'll keep you company (chicken coop & some bunnies). The garden itself is owned by someone else so check out their garden shop in the back. Since it is in a garden they have seasonal specialities right now it's a passion fruit cake. Seating is a variety of picnic tables and chairs on a bed of hay. Street parking is generally accessible and a short walk away from the restaurant. The pizza is handmade right in front of you and takes around 20 minutes to be ready. Be aware it is on the pricer side with a 12 personal pizza being $23. The location feels "farm" like. Expect picnic tables and to be seated by chickens (which wasn't a problem for us!), but be aware that there WILL be a smell and uneven seating on hay. Service was decent. The hostess was rude to us (presumably the owner of the property) wasn't helpful to our questions. Damn good pizzas! Wood oven fired. Every pie on the menu is delicious as the wood oven imbues a smokiness and char that makes this a top level pizza spot. The ambiance is farm to table as it's in The Cook's Garden, which is a quaint little co-op farm on Abbot-Kinney. The service is pretty fast unless there's a crowd, because there's only one oven. But it's still pretty fast for only two people. They're getting busy so go early or order ahead, because they do occasionally sell out of certain pizzas. Don't sleep on the cucumber-pistachio salad... it is one of the best things I've ever had! It's like pistachio hummus with Persian cucumbers and hot oil! So delish!!! read more
