I love this place! I ordered some sandwiches for my sons party and they were awesome. Vivek helped me decide between the catering menu. He was very helpful very kind did not try and upsale me on anything. The day of the party everything was delivered on time and taste very good. I will definitely use them again. Amateur hour. I walk in order a sandwich with one person in front of me in line. I don't get anything for 20 minutes because apparently they lost my order. I watch customer after customer order and receive their sandwiches. It isn't until I asked them where is my food that they realize what's going on. Not even an apology. Like really? This new Firehouse Subs I was very disappointed in their turkey subs I purchased. It was too thin, not much turkey. The service was nice, but a little stingy with the amount of meat they serve on their subs. I use to go to the Firehouse Sub in Chino Hills and they serve a much better Turkey sub than this location does. I will not return to this place again. Disappointed yet again! I've ordered from this location twice now (3/12 & 3/24) via the app. Both times I've gotten the wrong sandwich in my order which is pretty pathetic as I've ordered a sandwich straight off the menu (no substitutions). I've eaten at other Firehouse Subs and truly liked their sandwiches but this particular franchise is a hot mess. Abigail helped me out at the register 6/20/20 at 10:44 and she has the worst attitude ever, I didn't feel welcome and she seems as though she hates her job.... not a good look for the company and their patrons. Being that this is my first time trying out firehouse subs, I am pretty disappointed I didn't get a pleasant experience. Receipt says "Vivek" as cashier but her name tag is "Abigail". I was unimpressed & severely disappointed in this place. I waited several weeks after they opened to go try it. I had to search for the meat in My sandwich, the beef & cheddar brisket. If I took the meat out & ate it without the bread, I might have had a bite of meat. The mac & cheese was way too soupy - decent taste, but too runny. The cardboard box was heavier than the sandwich, I paid basically for bread. Literally my pastrami sandwich had no pastrami, I'm not a person to go back and ask for more meat. No, i don't think you should pay for "extra" meat when the sandwich should clearly have a good portion of pastrami. I hope this changes . read more

The food at fire subs is usually great and i usually have no complaints. The reason I'm giving this restaurant three stars for today is simply to the fact that the employees were not diligent in serving the customer. I ordered my food online and it said that it would be ready at 1:59PM I walk into the store at approximately 2:06 give or take. When I first walk in I see there's a line and I walk over to the left of the counter and I say hi I'm here to pick up an order placed online and give them my name. The girls look at each other and kind of look around and look down and what seems to look as if maybe one of the workers is making my sandwich, thats the impression i got because no one said anything to me. As I'm waiting I walked outside for a brief second then I walked back in, by this time my clock reads 214. I'm still standing there and no one has said anything to me so I ask one of the workers again excuse me, do you know how much longer it's going to be because it was supposed to be ready 15 minutes ago. Again they look at each other and finally one of the girls says the pick up orders are to the left on the black shelf by the wall. That should have been the first thing that was said when I first walked in and when I told them i was picking up an order instead they waited until I asked not once but a second time leaving my food sitting there for the 10 minutes that I was there and who knows how long before that. When I get home my of course now my chicken on my sandwich is cold and the bread starting to sog, i also realize that there are no peppers on my sandwhich Not very happy it! read more

Was excited to try Firehouse subs, I love the concept and what they contribute but the food and service leave something to be desired. Let's begin with the fact that there were maybe 100 boxes prepared for a catered meal assembled and stuffed with chips... sitting in the corner of the dining room ON THE FLOOR. I'm thinking they had these prepared for the next day, but none the less, they shouldn't have been on the floor (and I'm assuming they got left there overnight). I got there at 7pm and ordered the limited time hot Nashville brisket sandwich, a chicken and salami salad and a cup of chili. It was already taking a while to get my order, and they told me it would take another five minutes to prepare my sandwich because they didn't have coleslaw and they needed to make it. I asked for lettuce instead because I couldn't wait - I was one of two guests waiting for an order and there were four employees wandering around, I expected speedier service. The sandwich was greasy but had nice heat to it. Salad was ok, mostly chopped veggies and not a lot of lettuce or chicken, but the peppercorn ranch is tasty. Chili was watery for my liking. They packed my bag sideways which made it difficult to carry out (everything on the side of the bag next to each other instead of stacked). read more
