We ordered the morning meditation "fresh juice" (which was super sugary and perhaps had lemonade instead of fresh lemon), and the power wrap with a side of fresh fruit. The power wrap was good...with lots of turkey and gooey cheese. Our goal was a healthy, light lunch and although it was delicious, it was definitely not healthy or light. We told her at the outset we drink a lot of water, hoping she'd bring a second carafe of it and leave on table. Nope. I have been here for breakfast a few times and it was alway good for me and the wife. Today not so much, I ordered the Farmhouse, my avocados were not ripe and the potatoes were brown but not fully cooked. Possibly they are bought pre cooked so it must be the vendor or supplier. Whoever cuts the avocados can sense they are hard. Wife ordered the avocado toast, well you would think mushed avocados would be hard too, wrong they were turning brown. I think there is a thing you can do about avocados when they are mushed the day before, a drop or two of lime juice and they won't turn ugly dark. The potatoes she ordered were hard also. No matter how busy or crowded it may seem, First Watch is worth the wait. I was taking advantage of a birthday offer they sent me back during the summer. They have automatically updated the expiration date four times. I've never known any business to do this. Very kind and generous! There's so much to choose from on the menu that it is sometimes hard to decide. I knew I wanted something for breakfast, but started thinking we'll it'll be lunchtime soon, so what would I eat this afternoon? So I decided on pancakes, which I know would be extra filling because they are humongous. And I used my birthday coupon on a salad and burger. I decided to call in a to go order this time. I ordered the Carrot cake and pecan pancakes and they were so fluffy and light. Mouthwatering delicious! I visited this location previously and was really impressed by the food, and fresh ingredients. Today I placed a to-go order for a couple of sandwiches that each came with a side of mixed greens and not only was there no dressing or vinaigrette for the greens, the side of mayo for my sandwich was also missing. The mixed greens were dry and not tossed in any type of dressing, I feel like small details like this are important when preparing customers orders. But the staff made sure to keep us updated on wait time and managed the heavy traffic quite well. They have some amazing rotating brunch meals and drinks. I opted for one of their classics, the Italian Omelet. It was loaded with flavor. It had Italian sausage, monterrey cheese, tomatoes, and what I believe were sweet red peppers. I could be wrong on that, but it was damn good. My meal came with an option for potatoes, mixed greens, or fruit on the side. I went with the potatoes. It also comes with toast that was perfectly toasted with warm butter to top. The inside is on the smaller side, but their seating arrangements utilizes the space so it doesn't feel cramped. My boyfriend and I have made it a regular thing to go to brunch every weekend. We live in Lincolnville together. One of my favorite brunch spots is First Watch. We just went here yesterday for brunch. I came here yesterday craving the cinnamon chip pancakes that I got last time. Unfortunately, that was a special seasonal item and is no longer served there. I really enjoyed those cinnamon chip pancakes and I surely hope they bring them back around later this year. So instead I settled for the Floridian French Toast. It's not much of a settle, I love this menu item as well. First of all the bread tastes like way better bread than what I normally eat. It was white bread but it tasted really amazing. The French toast is covered in fruit including bananas, strawberries, and kiwi. I love this fruity sweet breakfast! And of course, as always, we ordered some of their Million Dollar Bacon. We always get ours extra crispy, which comes out looking kind of black, but trust me, they are still delicious slices of bacon! It's covered with pepper and herbs and syrup for a hot, yet sweet twist on bacon. The Million Dollar Bacon is a must try if you're dining at First Watch! I always get my meal with a cup of coffee as well. I like that this place has flavored creamers. They only have hazelnut and French vanilla, but hey, it's better than plain creamer. Overall, I love this little brunch spot. They are only open until 2:30p everyday. They will sometimes have a short wait, but they will text you when your table is ready. The food is always really good and seams like it's good for you too. The service is always great. The decor is nice. The place always feels clean. My friend wanted to do brunch, so I told her to pick the place and I'd drive! She did some searching and decided on First Watch. Neither of us had been, they have million dollar bacon, who's going to say no! We didn't call ahead or get added to the wait list before arriving so we waited about 15 minutes for a table. The place isn't that big, but they had the table spaced away from one another nicely and all employees in mask so you felt safe. We both ordered the tequila, pomegranate juice, agave, and lime drink. Yum! I actually went out and bought tequila and pomegranate juice the next day to make more! The drink was delivered to the table in this super cute vase with a cap type jar, (sorry forgot to get a pic). I'm not sure if that's due to Covid for safety or something they do all the time, but it was a really cool touch. We got the bacon of course which was delivered to the table 120 seconds after ordering so that was super impressive. And it's good. I like my bacon crispier and it could have been warmer, but cool concept, and come on, let's be real, all bacon is delicious!! I also had the farmhouse hash. Everything in it was super fresh, seasoned perfectly and really really good. My friend got the Benedict and loved hers. This place is great for brunch! I always recommend joining the line online ahead of time, or getting here early especially if you have a larger group. If you're here on a weekend, parking may be a bit tricky because they share a parking lot with a grocery store, pet store, and a few other places- so be prepared to walk a little bit to the restaurant. I always like to try something new and get one of their many great drinks like the purple haze. We also had an order of biscuits and gravy for the table that was delicious and we ate it so quickly I didn't get a photo! I was a little disappointed that my potatoes came out relatively uncooked, I usually like roasted breakfast potatoes. I took them home and threw them in the air fryer and they were delicious! Next time I will ask for them to be more roasted. I'll definitely be returning to try more dishes here! read more

This is what mine consisted of; fresh, whipped ricotta cheese with their multigrain batter. I want more right now and it's 9:30pm lollll! My husband got a special, the Haceinda Hash which was Chorizo, red bell pepper and potato hash topped with two cage-free eggs any style, Cheddar and Monterey Jack, spicy ketchup, lime crema drizzle, fresh smashed avocado and scallions. It was really good but the portion could have been bigger! So he ate some of mine. And then we split and order of their bacon but it had a twist to it, (Million Dollar bacon) and it was drizzled with syrup and sprinkled with cayenne pepper, also a must!
