Stopped here after a run! Great service , good food & enough vegan options to satisfy. I had the chia seed pudding power fruit bowl & potatoes with a fresh squeezed watermelon juice to drink . Yum.

We love First Watch, every one that we have been to is great, this place is no exception. Our server had a new trainee but service was still quick! I had the Pesto quinoa chicken bowl. It was a delicious mix of quinoa, kale, tomatoes, chicken, pesto sauce and feta. Nice! A blackberry tea to wash it down went very well too. Yup, it gets a big recommend!

Food was good but waited 15 minutes for the drawer to open and it sucked. I was now late for work. I paid cash.....do not do that again. Loved the food though! But just received a "sorry" and here's for your next visit. Me: ok at least I got a BOGO or a free meal...nope! The manager gave me a five dollars off coupon. Great thanks that makes up for the 15 minutes that you made me late. Back to the food, though I really loved the food and it was very flavorful and I really appreciated the helpful waitress. I recommend this place as long as you're paying without using cash.

*This review is for a visit on 10/09/22* It's a Sunday so everywhere is expected to be packed for breakfast and/or brunch. I called in advance and asked about their wait time and they said 45 minutes which was completely fine with us since other places we tried were over an hour. I joined the online waitlist before we got there so that we would be 15 min in our wait time by the time we arrived. The only problem I had with this experience is that the wait time was definitely at least 1 hour 15 minutes instead of the 45 minutes that was told to us prior to us going. By the time we got seated, it was 12:00 and then it took another 15 minutes for the server to come around to get our orders. We were extremely patient and understanding given that it was a Sunday and this place was packed. By the time we got our food, we were super happy to finally eat and everything was delicious. I ordered the lemon ricotta pancakes which were unreal and so fluffy. I couldn't finish all of it but it was very good. The only other complaint is that the water glasses were a bit dirty so we did not drink water. We stuck to the coffee which was meh also. However, I would go back for the food alone.

I've been here a few times (4-6 times) so I'd say we've become regulars. The atmosphere is welcoming and clean. Every hostess and server we've had has been attentive and polite and the food is consistently delicious as well. Most plates are about $11-14, fyi. Also shout outs to Mia and Emily. read more

Well, I have been going to First Watch now for years and up until recently had very good experiences. I really like this restaurant and all that it offers. I had a very unfortunate experience about 9 months ago that was handled very well by the area manager (Alan). The negative experience I had involved cross contamination of cheese in my salad. The issue was resolved by Alan and I was even sent gift cards and told that my comments helped a lot. He said they were paying closer attention to the possibility of cross contamination at their prep station and that due to my comments changes were made to ensure this wouldn't happen again. I dined at a different store than the one I had trouble at due to it being closer to where I was that day. The issue happened again. I found cheese in my salad that I asked for with no cheese. The manager on duty was notified and I told her of my previous experience and she asked if I would allow her to make me a new salad. She did and it was fine, but I still made a comment on First Watch's website. I received an automatic message that I would hear from someone soon. I never did. I went back last week, ordered the same salad with no cheese and it came to me with bits of cheese. Obviously not added, but again, likely cross contamination at the prep station. I took pictures of the cheese bits and again reached out via website to First Watch. I even said in the message that I could provide the pictures. I received another automatic response that I would hear back soon from someone. The message came from a Jennifer. To date, I have not heard back from anyone on either one of my comments. Obviously that means that this is not a concern to them. Even though this is a very sensitive matter and someone could really get hurt. I was only trying to help a restaurant that I enjoy by letting them know of these highly important concerns. So, as a word of caution- if you are allergic to dairy, especially those that are severely allergic, BE CAREFUL ordering food at these restaurants. I will probably not return anymore. 3 strikes. I discounted the first because it was handled professionally, and I was not ignored. But that seems to have changed and I am not even getting the courtesy of a response to at least say we are sorry for your negative experience. I am not looking for a handout. I never was to begin with, it was just something that was offered by the area manager as a thank you for bringing the matter to his attention. Like I mentioned, the food is really good, but the lack of care and concern is enough to not want to come back. read more

Very nice ambiance in this quaint cafe tucked on E Broadway west end of mall. Having heart surgery 13 days ago I had heart surgery and today was my followup appt. So we looked for a heart healthy cafe for Bruce and did enjoy our meal with a Tucson friend. I asked for OM eggs and they were just too runny to eat. They seemed short staffed as we had to wait and a customer came to the counter. However, it gave us time to catch up and we will probably visit again and I'll just try something else from their menu . I;m still tired and have a lack of appetite. Service was friend,y and they checked in to make sure we had everything. I probably should have just asked for my eggs to be cooked a little more, but I used to waitress myself before business college and understand busy morning shifts very well. I do recommend giving it a try. Is tucked away at west end of mall. GPS just took us to parking lot N entrance and we went the wrong way in search then almost went right by it. Good place to meet friends or family for a booth and privacy. Nice cafe. read more

We come to Tucson every year for our annual church conference, but this place is new and seeing all the positive reviews we gave it a try this is the one on Irvington . Oh my so glad we did this place was amazing !!!! The service was excellent our servers name was Emily I hope I spelled it correctly thank you for doing such a wonderfull job. This place definitely deserves 5 stars. Although we waited for about 35 minutes to be seated it was well worth it. After all we went on a Sunday for breakfast/Brunch. Great selection of pancakes, French toast and other favorite's. They have a great selection of fresh squeezed juices. We went there to celebrate my mother's birthday. I had a mimosa, Eggs Benedict's. It was a delicious. An English muffin topped with hefty amount of ham, a tomato slice, poached eggs and a delicious hollandaise sauce and side potatoes. Some of my family had French toast, omelette's. They also have great Bloody Mary's and mimosas Great service and environment. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend. read more

I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

Perfect level of sweetness and tartness. I knew I had to order dessert after how good everything else was, even though I am usually not a dessert person. The oolong tea cake was nothing short of incredible. The tea flavor was subtle but paired well with the fluffy and light honey buttercream. Not too sweet at all. Of course, the service was great too. Our waiter was very attentive and personable. My first experience at 5 points made me realize that this is what restaurants should strive to be. I can tell there is passion poured into every dish with every ingredient thoughtfully melded together. I can't wait to bring everyone I know here so they can experience this too!!

They were super busy when me and my 2 kiddos showed up but the wait went by really fast they said 15-25 mins and we got sat with in 10 mins. Very clean and bright inside. Our waitress was very helpful and attentive our glasses were never empty. The food was FANTASTIC! I got the chickichanga ( ) my 12 year old got the florida french toast and was in heaven and my 7 year old got the kids french toast. He is the pickiest kid and he ate every single bite!! Coffe was amazing the fresh squeezed orange juice was amazing and their fresh squeezed juice blends were incredible as well. When I came in I was greeted by the manager Fernanda in like 3 seconds it was beautiful! My son ordered the "I cant decide" sampler, cheese sticks, onion rings, chicken tenders with ranch and bbq sauce. Nothing out of the ordinary. Cute name. His burger was called the "Master burger" 2- 2/3 patties with the normal fixins and Cole slaw. When it appeared it was nothing amazing, two patties and cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion on the side with pickle slices. He ate it, said it was good, that was about it. I went with the chicken fried steak breakfast with two eggs over medium, hash browns and bacon with a waffle. Standard frozen chicken fried steak, pepper gravy which saved the steak. Decent crispy hash browns, two eggs cooked perfectly to order. Bacon, ZERO flavor, in this economy I can understand it probably being generic, non cured bacon. The waffle was homemade but the syrup was so sticky that you had to twirl the fork to keep the sugar stands from running down your chin. I give it three stars mainly for the friendliness of the staff. They weren't busy even though the gym show is right there and it took a bit of time for even the appetizers to come out. With all of the food choices around this town, there are much better burgers and breakfasts around and close by. If it was the only option for the type of food I guess I would go, however I am not going out of my way to return.

When I checked out, I asked for a blueberry muffin, bear claw, a blueberry danish and raspberry turnover. I assume it was the owner ringing me out because they seemed to act the owner but when they went to put the items in the bag, they had to excuse themselves to blow their nose. I am watching this all happen, but instead of washing his hands first, he reaches into the case with a parchment sheet hand no gloves to grab my blueberry muffin. We have been frequent and normally satisfied customers of Little Anthony's for 25+ years. Up until…read morerecently there has never been an issue that warranted us asking to speak with a manager. Now there have been two pretty complete failures in only a couple of months. The first one involved getting getting food cold and waiting until over halfway through the meal for at shake to show up and it wasn't even blended completely. There were large chunks of unblended ice cream in it. Now for tonight. We got there and they were fairly busy. They got us seated in a reasonable amount of time. We were at our table long enough to figure out what we wanted before the server came to ask us for our drinks so we ordered everything together. Queue a 30-minute wait. We got one refill and a promise it was going to 'be up in a couple of minutes'. We waited another 10 before deciding to leave. The order FINALLY came up as we were getting to the counter to play for the drinks (which they didn't offer to comp), so they asked us if we wanted it bagged up to take home. We said yes they bagged it up, charged us full price, and when we got home the role for the salad had been crushed. The chicken on the salad was cold. The onions rings with the tuna melt were old and gummy. If this is the service and quality of food we can expect from Little Anthony's now, we won't be coming back. It is very sad to see such a great place lose their touch.
