best customer experience ever. he was so positive and kind! okay, yogurt itself was more on the tart side and I typically like more of a creamy/ custard soft serve style but tbh... I liked it a lot. felt healthy eating it too but fun toppings! did matcha affogato

Was super excited to try this place out as a froyo fiend....I did enjoy but I will say this was the more creamy soft servy end of froyo and not the super tart and light kind which I usually prefer. I really liked the free sprinkle topping you can get- it adds the perfect crunch and it's great that it's free because the other toppings were like $2 each which I'm not tryna pay lolZ

The Mission District in San Francisco has many corner liquor stores. Throughout the Mission it's the first choice and last resort to buy alcoholic drinks , chips, candies , and food. You will find the same types of liquor at these corner liquor stores with bottles of Hennessy, Patron, E&J , beer, and malt liquor like the Steel Reserve 211. It's not the healthiest places to go. One place on the corner of 16th and Valencia has lots of healthier alternatives to corner stores of the Mission and it's in the Mission. The Foodhall is like the corner store modernized and reimagined to have healthier options. Instead of cheesy Doritos tortilla chips they have Non GMO Morenita tortilla chips. Instead of hostess cup cakes they have fresh baked goods which are actually flakey like some bakeries in SF. They also have of bottles of champagne and wine available . Foodhall offers organic foods. You will find fruits and vegetables and the self proclaimed best Frozen Yogurt ever. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The only drawback is its closes way before midnight.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Thanksgiving is "here "enjoy some wine and "beer" a good time to share the joy and " volunteer"and spread some holiday "cheer" Brown bagging it with some "alcohol" or need that extra bottle for that Mission "pub crawl" they have a bit of "all" on the corner of 16th and Valencia at the " Food Hall"

Unfortunately (for my wallet), the hype is real -- the froyo at the Foodhall is delicious. It's the perfect balance between Easy Breezy's Original Tart and the creamy vanilla soft serve from Gott's or Super Duper. The texture is smooth, the flavor is spot on, and honestly, it hits the spot in a way most froyo doesn't. That said, the price is pretty steep, $6 for a small plus $1.50 for a strawberry topping adds up quickly. It's definitely more of a once-in-a-while treat rather than a regular craving fix. But if you're in the mood to treat yourself, this froyo is absolutely worth a try.

The froyo is fantastic! It's not too sweet & it's lightly tart. I stopped here on a walk home during a warm evening and it was the perfect little refreshing treat. I got the mini size, it was around $5.

I saw the reviews and as a frozen treat lover, I had to try this place out! they only have one flavor (which is what I would've gotten anyways bc it pairs well with all the toppings) it was soooo good! the strawberries were $1.5 but so worth it! def coming back

Stopped by for dessert, specifically the frozen yogurt. It was good and we found our frozen yogurt fix but i wouldn't agree with the sign saying it was the ' best frozen yogurt ever'. Comparable to McDonald's sundaes, and that's not a knock since I like those.

The best froyo in San Francisco! They also have froyo you can ask for that sells in a pint. A hidden gem in the city.

Froyo:Super creamy yummy frozen yogurt. Slightly pricey but REALLY good. Even the strawberries were good. Aesthetic: loved it ate it up. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They did a great job with the interior giving it a warm mid century corner shop vibe idk[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Selection: I have been looking for these damn Torres truffle chips for months (carats know) and they had them!! I was scared bc they weren't priced but I got two bags for like $6 which shocked me. Btw u need to get these chips like rn. Trust.

Foodhall's frozen yogurt is SO GOOD. The yogurt is so creamy with a fantastic consistency--you can tell that it's made with good milk. We got it with the macerated strawberries, which added a nice bit of brightness to the tartness. I almost want to gatekeep this spot so that it continues to be readily available. The service was a little slow, but the cashier was still very nice! The frozen yogurt is a little on the pricier side, but it's such a fantastic sweet treat. The store also stocks other treats but still expensive.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Clean cute stylish grocery store with yummy froyo![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]There is a back area with open table and counter seats to enjoy the froyo or baked goods they have available.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Sadly they ran out of the hazelnut chocolate drizzle, opted for honey which hardened and was hard to eat. The froyo itself is nice and tart! Always a nice stop for a healthy dessert :)

I've been on an olive oil kick recently and this dessert definitely satisfied my craving of the day. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Think Whole Foods/Erewhon; the ambiance in this store is industrial yet chic. I love it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Foodhall only offer original tart (green flag!) with a wide array of toppings. The frozen yogurt itself was so thick and creamy, I'm still dreaming about it. The olive oil and sea salt was honestly a bit much, I was expecting a floral kick like salt & straw's but this tasted a bit too much like straight olive oil and sea salt. But I believe in the other toppings and would totally come back. This froyo texture is probably the best I've ever had! It was $10 per regular-sized cup which felt a bit ridiculous, but again I will be back. There was only one employee and he was meticulous with the toppings.

    it's true!!

stepped inside foodhall as a bit a joke with friends, looking like an sf version of erewhon, but literally lured in by the fro-yo sign. and had the best experience ever (not a joke) because the froyo was otherworldly, [[HIGHLIGHT]]the ambiance was amazing[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], and the family behind the counter working together so cute and cozy was the most adorable thing to see.

Froyo with olive oil and sea salt. Creamy, silky perfection.

I thought it would be similar to like a Hawaiian style latte with macadamia milk, but it was a lot lighter than I thought. It was definitely very nutty, but it also just tasted like water down latte. Honestly not much going on with the drink, but it does taste lighter in general. Crazy have to pay $1.50 more to add on this milk. Overall, its alright. We chose this large city location thanks to easy parking and a convenient stop on our drive. It was a beautiful morning, which was easy to enjoy thanks to the high ceilings, big glass windows, and open main door. The first floor has a central counter to order food and drinks; the glass cabinet has a bunch of rotating pastries from a local bakery. They have restrooms and a merchandise area here too. There's an upstairs loft that overlooks the cafe below, also with a test kitchen area and offices across to the front. The lady that I was watching was there for the matcha and I can understand why now. We tried the Yuzu Matcha Air Cloud and a Caramel Latte because I felt like we needed to try the coffee since it's a Coffee shop though I have to say I was not a fan of the coffee. We arrived just before the line outside started to form. There's seating available inside with a couple of people that seemed to be working. We originally sat in the middle section with the small round table that can't be moved but then a table opened up. There's a gender neutral restroom available that always seemed to have a line though I guess that's what happens at coffee shops. ~~Service: Good. It was quick to order and surprisingly very quick to receive our drinks as well. ~~Best Part: The Matcha. The coffee was a bit too bitter but it could be due to the fact that I do prefer to drink dark roasts. ~~Worst Part: Nit though maybe it's just me where we were expecting there to be a trash at the entrance so that we could throw away our cups as we were leaving but I guess there's no room for the bins at the beginning so you have to walk to the back towards the restroom to throw it away. ~~Tips: Get the matcha. I wanted to get the velvet but it looked so basic compared to the Yuzu matcha air cloud. The Yuzu flavor itself was refreshing in the foam form but I'm very basic when it comes to flavors and shouldn't have mixed the foam in because it was messing with me. ~~Return: Probably not. I wanted to check the receipt because somehow 2 drinks was nearly $20 but I realized there wasn't even an option to get a receipt.

Whether you are in the mood for a katsu sando, curry over rice, ochazuke with their matcha twist, or something sweet like the matcha cream pie, it is hard to go wrong here. All of the savory dishes I have tried have been great, but the fish katsu sando is one of my absolute favorites. The huge fish fillets are perfectly fried and flaky, tucked inside pillowy shokupan and topped with tangy yuzu shio koji sauce, tomato spread, and fresh crunchy cabbage. Every component works together beautifully, with richness, brightness, and texture all in balance. The pork katsu curry over rice is another standout. The katsu comes sliced into thick pieces that are still juicy inside, and it is fried expertly so the breading stays attached as you eat it. The curry has a really balanced flavor, even if I would not mind a little more spice, while the pickled radishes provide a nice contrast. I always add an onsen egg (for an additional $2) because breaking the runny yolk and mixing it into the curry adds another layer of velvety richness and creaminess. You can also tell they use high-quality matcha in their drinks, so the beverage menu is really more about choosing what fits your mood that day vs avoiding any bad options.
