I really don't know why this place doesn't have a mile long line out the door. Every single roll we ordered was more than delicious. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. I am recommending this LOUDLY to anyone that wants great sushi!!

My wife and I have been looking for a good Sushi restaurant in this area for quite some time. With recommendations from friends and acquaintances we managed to find a handful of places we really like. Four Seasons Sushi Bar and Grill is our favorite! The sushi is fresh and flavorful with quite a few selections of unique rolls and nigiri. The decor is typical of a sushi restaurant, the interior bright, cheerful and clean. The prices are very reasonable, and the service is friendly and efficient, thanks to Joe, the host at Four Seasons. Sean, the owner and chef introduced us to Seared Salmon Belly Nigiri. So good!!! We also like the Lemon Roll with its combination of spicy and tart. I tried the mackerel (Saba) the other day and it was quite tasty. We are looking forward to many more visits to Four Seasons as there are several items on the menu we want to try. So, thanks Sean and Joe for making Four Seasons our go to sushi restaurant!

Haven't visited in a while but I'm glad my partner and I did! If you're looking for healthy yet hearty eats, some Asian fusion, and good prices definitely check out their lunch specials at opening! The service is always on top of everything and it's admirable and we love it. The setting is still casual, but cute. Also, I have to commend their lofi playlist. It was nice to listen to!

Instantly when we walked in the place smelled funny. Not good not bad, just... not what I particularly wanted to smell. The service was awesome. Very friendly. The sushi was decent. Their salmon skin roll was a little different. Was glad to try this place.

Let me just start off by saying.. I've definitely had better. Much. Better. Passed by this place a few times but never got a chance to check it out. Saw they have a lunch special and figured I'd give it a try. Was debating between their teriyaki chicken and tempura combo and the pork katsu.. judging from the picture, the pork katsu was calling out to me more so I opted in for that. When the server brought out my order, I couldn't believe my eyes. I snapped the picture right away, that's how surprised I was. My husband ordered their dynamite and rainbow rolls which I failed to take pictures of because I was still in shock probably! The dynamite had 5 pieces of scallops on top and the rainbow had very thin slices of fish on it. Overall, he said it felt like he was just eating Cali rolls They do offer 10% off with Yelp check-in which I completely forgot to show at the end and still pretty sad about. Don't think I'll be coming back here unfortunately. I would have if the food was good but it was meh

Four seasons is one of my husband's favorite sushi places. He had a hankering for Sushi so we stopped here for lunch. I do not care for sushi, I always find something else on the menu that suits my taste. We decided on the spring rolls for an appetizer. After reviewing the menu I decided on the teriyaki chicken lunch special. Shortly after placing our order, the waiter was back with two steaming bowls of miso soup. I really liked their miso as other places seem a bit salty. This one was good. Just as we finished our soup the spring rolls were brought out. They come in an order of 4. They were crispy and hot. They come with a sweet and sour dipping sauce. My lunch special came out and it was the chicken, a big scoop of rice, salad and macaroni salad. The chicken teriyaki was a little bland for me, the rice, salad and macaroni salad was average. The place is clean, you can see two people making the sushi fresh, the waiter was friendly and attentive. Overall I would say my visit was average, and I will be back.

The food here is top notch, better than local Sushi restaurants and bar. My wife does the ordering, so I'm not familiar with the names... haha. But, all of the food we ordered is both delicious and aesthetically beautiful. The customer service and management is the best that we've experienced among Korean restaurants; polite, friendly, and they get our order correct. If I could take advantage and eat here everyday, I would. The meal preparation doesn't take long either, it's within 10 minutes.

I figured a Sunday afternoon would be calm, so I decided to pop in for a solo lunch. What I Ordered: - Yuzu Mule: The drink was delicious and refreshing, so I ordered a second one. Definitely order if I return as well. - Hamachi Lime Roll: This roll had an odd texture to me, and ultimately, I grabbed the rest to go as it was a little off putting to me. The flavor was decent though I found myself wishing there was more crunch with tempura flakes or panko bread crumbs on top. - Crazy Roll: The winner between the two rolls in terms of flavor and preference. Though, I wish this roll had the spicy mayo the other one had. I'd definitely order again and ask for a side of spicy mayo that I could add to the roll. Love the soy paper option! As for ambiance? I thought country music was an incredibly odd choice for this establishment hence the 4 stars versus 5 star review. I'd prefer more traditional Japanese music, or heck, even some J-Rock over American country music. I'm guessing Sunday afternoon is a slower time, so it was employee choice. Overall, I'd visit again when in the area and recommend to friends/family.

Course 2: Spicy Scallop Futomaki/hokkaido scallop / benishoga / chili crisp/ takuan / wasabi mayo. This roll tastes great, scallop tastes fresh and I love the way it was seasoned. However the rice around it was too much that I couldn't taste the scallop fully. I wouldn't get this dish again because of the rice around it was too much. Course 3: Ocean Trout Mi-Cuit/ okinawa potato croquette / citrus cream/fried capers / crispy salmon skin. I love the cream and the capers in this dish. The fish is seared. Although not much flavor in the fish itself but because of the sauce, it complements the dish well. Course 4: Dessert - Yuzu Lychee Sorbet/vanilla whisky hojicha granita. Oh my gosh, this is my favorite dish! It was so good and refreshing! The yuzu sorbet was tart and creamy. And the hojicha ice underneath was delicious! I would come back to the restaurant just for this dish and the first dish!

Craving Noodles and bookmarked Daruma Ramen based on Elite & All Star reviews by Betty j., Kendall N., Lucy L., and Samantha N thank-you guys! Parking 4/5 The restaurant is small and located on the west end of the strip mall. Arrived approximately 3pm. Not a peak meal time the parking lot was very busy due to numerous business in the strip mall sharing the parking lot. A few trips around the lot snagged up a spot as someone was leaving. Atmosphere 4/5 Rating based on a small kitchen/Dining room business. Approximately 8-10 two seat tables. TV on the wall no decor, clean and sufficient. Service 5/5 Service today was by Mireya. She asked if this was our first visit, which it was and she thoughtfully covered their menu by reviewing starters, salad, Roman and noodles dishes like Yukasoba as well as beverages. The shared sampling order: 1green Tea. 1 Hot Tea. 1 Cucumber salad (shareable size). 1 Yukasoba. 1 Sapporo Meso Butter Ramen. 1 Spicy #5 Mayu Tonkotsu Ramen. Mireya got our orders in, and returned with the drinks and cucumber salad. The entrees came out in succession and the table filled quickly! She was very organized checked on us frequently and also had to go containers ready when we called it quits. An almost complete Yukasoba and half a Ramen came home. Food 10/5 Everything was fresh and delicious. I've never been to or had Ramens like this before. Amazing would be an understatement. The broth in the spicy dish was I would enjoy by itself. Spicy #5 was mild by my standards and wouldn't mind a bit more heat. The noodles were very nice and the cabbage was cut to size and skillet browned slightly before adding it into the dish. Mushroom added great texture and flavor. Both Ramens came with pork which was two thinly sliced pork chops. They were tender and took on some of the broths flavor, the pork quality was excellent! The Yukasoba is something I have fairly often however theirs was the best I've experienced. The pork was different in this dish, small diced pieces and the texture was soft perhaps a lower quality of meat with higher fat content which really excelled in the Yukasoba. The restaurant appeared busy all hours and had a continuous stream departures and arrivals. It fair to say the restaurant is small, a bit difficult to find your first visit and it may not be glamorous but you would miss out on some special food if you didn't give them a try! This was a great experience for us and we will be back. Daruma Ramen my friends-SYOY!

It didn't have the same flavorful filling I remember, and the texture was harder than expected. I was especially bummed because this was one of the things I had been craving so badly! The crab angels, however, were still really good and had great flavor. Those definitely brought back some of the taste I was hoping for.
