I came across Fuego Cravings on Yelp when looking for a place to eat. When I saw all the Birria options on their menu, I had to check it out. The restaurant is clean with a handful of small tables for indoor seating. I love Birria and I love cheese so I went straight for the quesabirria tacos. I thought the quesabirria tacos were a bit pricey at almost $5 each but they were very good. I liked that the corn tortillas weren't too crispy and the Birria was tender and juicy. I didn't realize you had to order the consume separately until after my food came. My husband ordered the surf and turf burrito (asada and shrimp). The chipotle cream sauce was good but the meat was mainly asada. There were only 1 or 2 shrimp in the burrito so he was disappointed. We also ordered a bean rice and cheese burrito for the kids. The kids menu items are $10 each and come with a drink and ice cream. Unfortunately, we never got our ice cream. There was only one person working the register and serving so she probably forgot. My kids were happy with their drinks so they didn't complain but it would have been a nice treat for them. Overall the food was good and the service was decent. There aren't many birria options in the area, so it was nice to see that one recently opened up a location conveniently located in Covina. Some family members had recently been and I had one bite of leftovers before knowing that I had to check it out myself. I didn't have much time before having to leave for the airport, but we decided to go for it. After walking inside, there was a short line at the counter to place an order. I saw a tablet kiosk that you could also place orders at, so I ended up using that. Since we weren't too hungry, we ordered 4 quesabirria tacos and a 4oz consume. The total came out to around $22, which I think is on par with other birria I've had in the past. While that might be a lot for 4 tacos, they were stuffed full of meat, so the portion definitely commanded the price. The beef for well seasoned and the consume was flavorful. Dunking each bite into the consume is the ultimate comfort food. They had several other options on the menu that looked like they were worth trying as well. I believe the restaurant is family-owned and I think the husband and wife were both working at the time, which is nice to see. After placing the order, it was only a short 5 minute wait before our food was ready. Since we ordered at the kiosk, they even checked with us to make sure we had been helped / placed our order. There are about 7 tables insides for dining and when we went around 4:30 pm on a Monday most of them were taken. I think it's a great option for birria in the area. I was craving tacos and this spot had good reviews. I got the asada street tacos and an asada sope. The meat looked almost white and was so bland. I places the green salsa and it was still bland. They were also really expensive for a little taco, but I get it but I also expected it to be good. The sope was okay. First off, let me start with a compliment. Their food was so good! I finally found a place that served amazing birria ramen, and my husband had the diabla torta, and that was fantastic too. My son had the carne asada burrito, and we ordered the taquitos to share. The lower stars were given because... 1. I tried to preorder over the phone, it took me to an automated AI sounding lady who said they would send me a text, with a link to order. Strange, but ok. When I used the link, I ordered my 4 requests and the total was a little over $80! Whaaaat? So I thought maybe they was some sort of extra fees for ordering by phone. So we decided to go in. 2. We went in. It was very small but cute. The set up was a bit unusual, but nothing to complain about. There was a stand alone self ordering kiosk near the ordering area, and we decided to order through that. When we got the total is was still much more than it should have been and I noticed there was a fee added that was close to $3. I asked the employee (VERY nice man with lots of hair) why there was a fee. He wasn't sure but offered to ring us up at the register, which came out to significantly less than both the phone and the kiosk. 3. Food came out pretty quickly, but the man had a lot of hair with no hair net. Luckily there was no hair in or around our containers when we got home. the food is perfect, i'd say five stars. why the four stars? no menu. three way they have the menu set up is on two tvs on the opposite side of the register. i think it's brilliant but unfortunately both tvs were off when we went. we didn't know what menu items they had other than the banners in front of the restaurant. we got a birria ramen and oh my god it was soooo good. best birria ive gas from a restaurant. the ramen noodles also had great flavor which i loved. i would love to try their birria nachos which i would have nabbed if i had known it was a menu item. i only found out what was on the menu going to their website after my visit. i didn't know the tvs were meant to display the menu until i looked at their yelp page. maybe i should have asked the team member for a menu but we were a bit uncomfortable, no music and it was quiet other than the kitchen. otherwise, the food!!! yes it was so good. i suggest looking at their menu on their website and placing a phone order cause there is a long wait. we waited maybe 20 or so minutes which was fine since we stopped at stores in the area. really good food. read more

We stopped by yesterday after our IKEA shopping trip. We are not from the area but found it on Yelp and decided to give it a try! It is def worth the stars it has. We arrived around 7:30pm they were busy, but their was seating. The ladies were friendly, especially the older lady. She was really kind and attentive. I ordered the birria plate, it was really good, good flavor of the birria and caldo. The rice & beans are really good too. The kiddos got the burrito, the chicken nuggets and the quesibirrias also really good! My hubby tried the tacos which he also really liked it. They kept getting to go orders and people coming to dine in. This seems like the spot for those who live in the area. We will be back when we are in the area! I am at a complete loss. Found this place on Yelp. Looked good and was looking forward to trying their food. But the customer service was so bad while ordering that I had to respectfully stop my order mid order and walk out. It is wild that they would hire anybody for a customer service job that had zero customer service skills. The girl was not even close to being able to represent the company let alone help someone take their order. With so many places to eat around here it's not even worth being treated like crap to buy food at a location that doesn't even care about treating their customers just slightly kind and welcoming... It was our first time coming here and I know it's a first of many! The pictures don't lie. This food is bomb!!! The quesabirria special was soo damn good. The rice and beans were really tasty which is always a good sign. The consomé and birria was delicious. The flavor was really good and not overly greasy/oily. I really loved the sope. It wasn't over cooked and tasted really fresh. Their asada wasn't fatty either. The burrito was yummy too but next time I'll add beans and ask for less rice. All the flavor was there though. It's definitely got a fast food vibe but we were really enjoying our time there while they played reggaeton classics. The service was great too! We happened to walk by this shopping center and smelled really good food. Turns our it was Fuego Cravings! They just opened and were cooking up a storm. We ordered up a few plates and everything looked amazing. It tasted great too! They specialize in birria and you can tell by the taste in the quesabirria. So juicy and delicious. The sides tasted fresh too. The taquitos were just right and the fish tacos tasted great too. We tried the horchata and pineapple juices. Very refreshing! I highly recommend Fuego if you live nearby or happen to be in the area. Their service was great and the cashier did a great job making sure we all got something we would like. Came here for the Birria pizza and it did not disappoint! It's a 12 inch pie stuffed with Birria and cheese. Dipping it in the consome is GAME CHANGER. I am just so confused... Maybe I ordered the wrong thing, maybe it was an off day or maybe it's just not fuego, como dicen .... Simply ordered 1 thing a Breakfast Burrito. I know, I know it's a Birria joint but you can tell me that description doesn't sound phenomenal together. Ordered breakfast burrito and pepino Agua.. Customer service was BARE BARE minimum at best.. tables were disgustingly dirty. Good thing I took it home but also if I ate there I could have spoke up and asked for a refund.. but an honest review wouldn't hurt instead. Now let's get right to it that breakfast burrito was AWFUL. I'm feeling robbed for my money. I seriously had HIGH expectations for this specific burrito. I'm clacking I cannot believe I was so excited to try this nightmare burrito. The pictures will speak for itself. I had to obviously re wrap my sad burrito which then unfolded to the sloppy sad ingredients inside and from there my heart was then shattered. Breakfast burrito was not wrapped properly, overflowing with a ridiculously amount of beans, TWO PIECES of bacon, small serving of cold carne asada, SPRINKLE of eggs, a gunk of CURLY FRIES, QUESO COJITA (threw it off, not the cheese advertised) and a dash of onions y cilantro. Pepino agua was the best thing.. very delicious and taste fresh. The red salsa was spicy and had a nice flavor but the green salsa tasted old. Definitely had that old pungent tomatillo taste. I had to drive to Covina from Corona because my dentist referred me to an endodontist that's out there. I was hungry after the appointment and searched "food" on Yelp. I was immediately drawn to Fuego Cravings, particularly due to the high rating. I decided to give it a try and I'm so glad I did! When I walked in, I first noticed how clean the restaurant was. It's decorated for Halloween/Dia de Los Muertos. A young man came out to take my order and was patient/courteous with my indecisive self. I chose to eat my birria quesadilla in and my food came out quickly on a plate. I don't think I've had birria before- this quesadilla blew my mind! It was flavorful and filling (I could only eat half). After I was done, I asked for a box and the girl up front offered a bag as well. I was craving tacos and came across this new spot that just opened up near my house and decided to try it out. I've been looking for a place that sells birria ramen and I'm so glad they do!! My family got some Asada and Pollo tacos along with one Birria Ramen and of course a side of Chips & Salsa. They have a large menu with lots of options ranging from street tacos, burritos, quesadillas, nachos, desserts, and etc. The cashier was very friendly and was nice enough to offer extra lemons and radishes. Overall, the tacos were pretty good. The asada could've had a little more flavor and the pollo wasn't the usual type I usually get but not bad. The Birria ramen was definitely the star of the show.
